The food was ok but no real presentation. I was there twice in a month and both times there were items missing from our order. The real downside though is that you can only do all you can eat, and it's very expensive for what you get. The bill was over $70 for my son and I and we definitely did not eat $70 worth of sushi.

If you ever had a bad experience in the last few years and stopped eating at Sushi Hut due to quality of food and services. Good news new owner changed my opinion today. The food was awesome and staff was awesome. So much faster then before. Keep it up! We will finally have our family dinners there again for sure.

Very good food and the lady who owns the place is very kinda and welcoming the food came out fast and the menu is so easy to use try out the tea

Avoid this place like the plaque. Our whole family got food poising. The new owners have ran this place into the ground. What a shame.

Sushi hut it's so good. I always get everything I order from there. Every time everything is hot and delicious. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable of the product they are selling and making. Love it. Will order again!

They now have a Robot that assists in serving food. Kids love it!

Food still is awesome.

Sakura roll is a must try.

I had been wait ing months to eat there actually came all the way from Quebec to see some family and was so excited to eat there but they told me they were closed on Tuesdays which was fine but when we did have the chance to go back and eat there the service was terrible the rice was still warm and sushi rice is meant to be cold even the fish was warm I was so disappointed it made me feel sick afterwards to and the lady’s in there were rude

I didn’t get a chance to order because I was kept on hold for eight minutes to where I finally hung up and write to this second as I type this the phone still hasn’t been hung up so I can call and order lol

Worst delivery ever. Took 40 minutes from the time it left restaurant to the time it arrived at my house Normally only 10-15 minute drive. Take out boxes we leaking covering everything in sauce and hot food was ice cold. Daughter didn’t get her special lunch (ended up having a sandwich)

Best sushi buffet in brandon. I’ve been here multiple times and no complaints yet, everything is tasty, portion sizes are good. Customer service is top notch! Prices are decently priced as well.

Love the place! Have been a regular for over 5 years, sadly can’t go as often as used to but still my go to place for sure! Will get my little one hooked on it too as soon as he can eat everything!

Very bad experience. The owner intended to downsize your sashimi order and double the other stuff like tempura. I guess this is their aim to reduce the cost. But if that it is don't advertise as all your can eat.

I love going here. I wish there was some sort of reward program or earn points or punch card for when you come here. Delicious food though and I love the use of ordering from your phone. Wish there was more photos for items.

This became one of the worst sushi restaurants I've been to. Because this restaurant wasn't like that before. This time I waited about 40 minutes for the sashimi and was told that the other types of sashimi I ordered were out, so I only got the salmon sashimi. Later, I still waited a long time to order salmon sashimi, and the experience was really bad. I went to this restaurant a year ago and the experience was still great, so it wasn't like that before the change of owner. I was very disappointed with this experience and will not be going again.

Make sure to eat EVERY SINGLE BITE on your table, otherwise they’ll charge you extra! And I mean EVERY bite. To top it off, the manager argued with me about how she will not make money if they don’t force patrons to eat every bite, I told her the cost of the buffet is your money! NEVER going here again. Terrible experience.

-They say they are open until 10pm but regularly close at 9pm.
-The building is in need of maintenance, its generally dingy.
- Pricing is reasonable, if not a bit expensive for the experience.
- Service is among the worst in town, and in many cases its not clear if the employees speak English or not.
-There is no competing Sushi Restaurant in town, and it really shows.

Smell humid, I didn’t like the atmosphere… bathrooms were not clean.the food was OK.but not delicious. Sorry, I think we are not coming back. I try to see the sushi area and I was basically intercepted by the manager… weird.

Do not tip! Do not tip! Do not tip! The owner keeps ALL the tip and staff gets NOTHING! Apparently it’s legally to do that in Manitoba. According to Friend of mine used to work in there. When I dined in, the owner was literally screaming to server through out the entire time. There were at least 8 other tables but her voice covered all the customers who were talking. Spend your money somewhere else which won’t treat their staff like slave.

Menu that is posted online is no longer accurate, owner should remove and repost the menu. Quality has also gone downhill.

Brutal service, we waited 30 minutes for our first 3 rolls, then 45 minutes for 2 more. We ended up having to leave and just as we were leaving the 2 rolls showed up that we were waiting 45 minutes for. They had the audacity to charge us TWENTY DOLLARS for the 2 rolls. I hope they put that 20 dollars to good use because that's the LAST time we will ever eat there.

I love this place and the food, but when I saw that they opened their dining, I called to make sure. When we got there with our child there was a line. During the waiting time they never mention that everyone must show their ID’s to see if we live in Brandon. I didn’t have mine but my BF who was driving that day did. Still I couldn’t enter so we had to go all the way back to our house to get it. When we got back they said we couldn’t sit together “what? ! ” Because our addresses did not match. (We moved together a few months back) so that’s why it didn’t match. I explained, still they told me that I would have to sit in another table. It doesn’t make sense, I get that they want to verify that people are from Brandon but in the same house? ! So no couples or friends, family that is not living under the same roof can’t come in. It’s absurd we just left.

Great quality products and quick, efficient ordering process - I just wish there was a different option other than the styrofoam/aluminum takeout containers - our tempura and rolls are always so soggy by the time we get home. Otherwise, the taste and creativity of their creations are top notch.

Overall good. Ordering through skip the tempura sushi rolls were mostly made of the flakes. Otherwise the sushi pizza was made better then when you order at lunchtimes.
