Cannot recommend Sam highly enough. In my opinion, he is the best realtor in Winnipeg. As first time home buyers, we were totally unsure what we were getting into. Sam was always available day and night to explain things and answer our questions. He always got back to us within a few minutes. He took us to see a ton of houses and never once tried to rush us or pressure us into anything. In fact, he talked us out of making offers on a few places he knew weren't what we really wanted.

He is very experienced and knows the market inside and out. He is super well connected and can put you in touch with the best mortgage brokers, home inspectors etc. Most importantly of all, he made the process fun. Looking for a house can be stressful but Sam always kept things light and relaxed. We had tons of laughs along the way. Ultimately, working with Sam felt like working with a friend who we could trust was always looking out for us. We would not have found our dream home without him. Plus, he’s funny and adorable and really great to be around.
