As a first time reviewer, I felt compelled to write this review as my experience today at Tmac was incredible. I brought my son’s car in and everyone at Tmac was so friendly, professional, and honest. The pricing was extremely fair and they exceeded my expectations in the repairs and in making me feel comfortable. If you are looking for exceptional and friendly service with very fair pricing and a welcoming environment, I highly recommend you take your car here.

Dropped by unanounced 16 Nov 22 to T-MAC for my left rear tire which had a slow leak due to a nail. Adam was quick to welcome me and got my car in the shop quite straight away. The repair was done efficiently by JP and I was on my way in no time for a pittence. Thank you to Adam and JP for your amazing service and warm hospitality.
I highly recommend this shop for the outstanding service, expertise and incredibly reasonable prices.

Ron and Adam are the best by far in Winnipeg. I have known these guys for a few years now and the service is always exceptional! Took my 2009 Kia Sedona for repairs the price is hefty because of the work that needs to be done, but the quality of work is great. They would treat you like family and would always be able to squeeze you in for same day repairs if possible. Since I only have one vehicle these guys are the best!

Been going to T-Mac for years. Ron and his group are very knowledgeable and trustworthy. Ron is very fair on what he charges for work done. With warranty being computerized no need to remember if something is still covered.

We have been taking our off warranty vehicles to Ron and his team for the last 10 years. We always get exceptional service and more than reasonable pricing. They are very up front about the costs and expectations. We will continue to bring them our vehicles to work on and recommend them to anyone who asks.

I took my Kia to another automotive shop a few weeks ago and the price they quoted was extremely high. But at T-mac I was assured that my struts were still in good condition. I still needed to have bar links, differential axle which was leaking replaced. The price quoted blew me away.it was alot lower than I expected. I will continue bringing my Kia to T-mac because the prices are fair and they are honest.

Bad experience. Tried this shop out of convinience. My brake was stuck on a rear wheel. They said they fixed it by lubing up the caliper. Same problem a day later. Took back again. They replaced the caliper. Paid them again. Went to leave with the car and it was seized worse. Oh all of a sudden it's the e-brake cable. Did not charge me for cable and installation but I already sunk $400 into the repair. Ron the owner was apologetic, but they failed me miserably. This was not an engine rebuild but a simple brake problem. If I didn't have access to a spare vehicle I would have been even more angry. I will not take anything to this shop ever again.

Honest about costs and what needs to be done. Started out getting oil changed but have now been taking my vehicle there for repairs. Highly recommend ghem.

This business has endured in an era when many similar operations have vanished. That is because they are fair. They could easily have taken advantage of me recently, but just gave me honest information and a plan. For peanuts. This was not my first experience here, and certainly won't be my last.

I live a few homes away from them so I went there for convenience. I had two tires needing a simple valve replacement. The tires were off the vehicle already. A simple 20 min job. Told me no sorry. Not booking until the following week Tuesday.
I'm self employed and know how to conduct business. I would never tell a customer NO. I would stay the extra 20 min beyond my hours to get it done and receive a 5 star review. They must make too much money and wont take small jobs. I drove 4 min down the road and Ness Auto Service appeared busier but still took my tires and honored what he said.
Before winter I bought a new windshield wiper from TMAC and within 3 days the rubber came off the end of the wiper scratching my windshield permanently! This was the most expensive wiper they had over 25 dollars. Do you think they'd take responsibility and replace my windshield? Ya right! Very poor customer service and product quality. Go down the road to Ness Auto and get serviced better.

Honest and reliable and professional work. At a decent hourly rate. No upselling. If you need it done you do if not you will not be convinced to have work performed that is unnecessary. A fantastic owner Ron. Try his shop once and you will be back.

These guys are so easy to work with, and treat me so well! I've known these guys for more than 15 years, and am completely satisfied. I've had four vehicles in 15 years and everything has been taken care of without any issues.

Went in to 29th of December asked if he could change rear air bag on my Mercedes told him all about the part and asked him to watch the manufacturers video on how to replace. Contacted ron on the 2nd to bring car in after part arrived left car to fix at 2pm on Friday he phones to tell me he dosent have the tools to do the repair.so I watch the manufacturers video to see what special tools are needed on thing I can see ar a socket a wrench and a pair of side cutters. After talking to them for a bit as I picked my car up it comes out that he is scared to work on my car and break anything so now two weeks into needing my car I'm at square one because of this shops incompetence.

If I go there in a Flash they help me when I am in distress and I am on my way and gone in less than a few minutes. They have kept me out of trouble.

Excellent. Just needed a filter change and they never charged me for labor for the 5 min.it took to change it.

Great service, Manager was super friendly. I was not over charged. I shopped around a bit and they gave me a fair quote.
