Taco Bell

Absolutely awful! I’ve had some bad meals in my time and this ranks right near the top.
In the pic of the taco I added the taco sauce. The beef cheese burrito had some kind of super salty strange taste to it. I threw out most of the meal. It was truly inedible. Order at your own risk!

This place has gone downhill in many ways. This goes for KFC and Taco Bell. I was going through drive through with someone as we were on our way to get someplace. I ordered Taco Bell while the other person got KFC. Let's start with KFC, it was terrible. The food was cooked using old oil in the fryer while the chicken and the fries were terrible. Even though I have had bad experiences at other KFC locations, the fries are still usually good. But this is a joke. The other person in the car stopped eating the food. I took a taste and it was as bad as mentioned. And Taco Bell was no better. I ordered a Nacho's supreme with my steak Burrito. What's so supreme about it? Nothing! Just a bit of cheese and beef, little bit of sour cream. That's all. What a joke. Not to mention they forgot to give us our reciept. Did you guys forget or purposely do it so we can't ask for a refund? I last came here two years ago, and it was better than this. Well, you did better before and now you guys blew it. Never coming back unless we get better management and staff. How do you guys even get away with this? AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!

The food was not bad for being KFC but they seem to forget items often so I would recommend checking the bags before leaving the shop!

Very bland french fries and both my taco and chalupa didn't have tomatoes in them, they were so boring

Why so cheap on the mild and hot sauces?
And no tomatoes on the fries supreme. We didn't ask for chili fries

Have never tried tacos at a restaurant before and didn’t think Taco Bell would deliver, but it definitely did! They have prices that can compete with McDonald’s, and I was quite satisfied with my portion (tried a $9 value box). It was a good amount of food and typically after fast food restaurants you feel sick or stuffy- not at all here. Very clean feeling after eating which is a good sign when eating meat and/or cheese, and is quite rare at fast food places. Staff was mediocre, and waiting time was short (but it also wasn’t busy). Really good tacos, mediocre fries, but drink machine failed on the iced-tea (it was quite watered down, most points it was just water coming out)

This is the second time going to this location and they did not have chicken options available. It's a combination KFC/Taco Bell. I believe the C in KFC is chicken. Can't they borrow some chicken? The employee mistakenly said there was no beef either, but there was. The fountain drinks were watered down and the ice maker was broken. At least, the food we received tasted ok.

Would have loved to not leave a bad review but I tried talking to customer service and had no help when I asked for 2 crunch wrap supremes and got 2 with jalapeños and they were so hot I couldn’t eat them

Constantly forget sauce or don't send it on take out missions. Also wish they'd have their specials from in store listed on their take out business website.

Each and everytime i come here they never give me what i ordered, its like they purposefully try to steal your money. Also the employee was NOT WEARING A FACE MASK, during these times id hope the employees would respect the public and our safety. But it seems like this place is runned by a bunch of kids, not coming back.

Their portion sizes are always so small when I order from this location.the other locations are much better

The staff is needing some anger management classes. The cleaning crew need to re-read the safety guidelines. This location needs new management or new staff members. I can not believe the evening management allows very disturbing music to be played. This location needs to be closed for proper cleaning and staff change.

Me and my friend both just got hella bad food poisoning/vomiting after eating there a few hours ago

45 min drive thru wait. Obviously VERY understaffed. Took forver for the line to even move between cars. Not blaming the staff that were working but holy sh#! There is obviously an issue. No longer had chili cheese burrito meal so had to buy everything separately rather than them bundling it. Tried to short us a drink. Never got extra toppings i ordered. Not nearly good enough to justify the cost or the wait anymore. Over 30 buck for a meal for me and the wife.could have gone anywhere.

We were in drive through for over half a hour with only three cars ahead of us. And then they messed up on every single thing we ordered. Chicken burrito with no chicken in it, paid extra for that. Chulupa bread was burnt cardboard. No sour cream on the fry supreme. Tried to call, no one answers. Never got a call back from head office either. This is by far the WORST location I have gone to.

Went through drive-thru, when I got home my order was wrong. Also was given no receipt, so I don't know if I was overcharged or if my order was entered wrong in the system.

Sooo dirty! Had to ask to get my table cleaned and he wiped one little circle in the middle and ran away. Definitely not taking the proper cleanliness procedures I'd expect during covid. Social distancing was non existent as well. Someone came in after my family, asked for a clean table to sit at, and they sat them right beside us!
I definitely won't be back. Oh yes, and the food tastes just like the pop, that taco bell taste that isn't great and leaves you sad.
