I hope you feel good taking $100 from a child's birthday money and not taking ownership of it. Take Time was a mess to deal with, wouldn't read the notes for the file, wouldn't come at the time they specified, didn't clean regular routine things that was on their list, and was a disaster to discuss with. They will surely tell me to "take time" to do something more productive then to rip down a local company, but I was appalled that they came into my house on a day that I told them not to, refuse to leave until they completed the clean, and took a spare $100 for their troubles off of our counter. Do not recommend, my son says shame on you. Say what you like about the review, but it is real and a shame that they would operate like this.clearly not bonded, clearly don't care.

- “cease and desist orders” nice touch, although also fictitious as is your claim that I’m referring to anyone but you. Go take time stealing from another client and denying it, nothing said here is false. Buyer beware.

We’ve been using Take Time for the better portion of this year and have always been happy with the service. Today, we used the carpet cleaning service and it was exactly what we needed. The office was able to get us into the schedule quickly and the cleaner was extremely knowledgeable about getting stains and smells out of carpet. He was able to quickly make a heavily trafficked area back to basically new - and provided us some advice on cleaning for our couch as well. I would recommend the carpet cleaning service from Take Time anytime!

My brother, who has been recently hospitalized, has mobility issues and lives alone with his dog. I am his only relative and live in the US. He used to have social services come to clean every month, but that ended with covid and never started up again. The house was very dirty. Take Time Cleaners came to do a deep clean of the entire house and basement. It took three young women five hours to scour the house from top to bottom. They were fast, efficient and thorough. I am very pleased with the result. When my brother returns it will be like returning to a new house. I would recommend Take Time to anyone who needs a hard cleaning job done!

The wonderful team at Take Time never disappoints and this latest clean was no exception. When I came upstairs after an afternoon of work meetings, it felt like cleaning fairies had magically transformed our home. The team was so quiet I didn’t hear them working or leave when they were done. The house looks and smells absolutely fantastic! Such a lifesaver for our busy family! With two small kids, a full time job and shift work in the mix it can sometimes be hard to find time to do a good clean of our house. So happy with the results!

We’re very happy with Take Time cleaning. We initially did a top to bottom clean and do bi-weekly cleaning. Their team does great work, are prompt and the service is very well priced. We would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to save time!

Take Time has been great for us. They are always professional every time they come. Very friendly staff. Communication with them is very easy and response times to questions or concerns is always fast. I would recommend this company for any cleaning you need done.

We had a very disappointing experience with Take Time Cleaning. Used them for about a year. The cleaners were almost always half hour to an hour late showing up for the 8: 30am cleaning time. I had to call in multiple times after the cleaners didn’t show up and was told we would have to reschedule for later in the week. I gave some leniency due to covid issues that may have impacted them but was never communicated to that the cleaner wasn’t coming until I called in multiple hours after they didn’t show up. We rarely had the same cleaner, after they told us the cleaner would be consistent and the same. The original top to bottom clean was great and very thorough with two cleaners but the quality of the cleaning became average at best after that. We also paid for hourly service (3 hours) and the cleaners would often leave 45 minutes to an hour before the time we paid for was completed. I have a video door bell so this was not hard to track.

I honestly think they must be paying for reviews or something has changed recently. They charge premium prices for their cleaning service and don’t provide even an average level of customer service or quality of cleaning. Feel free to message me if you want to verify my review. Cherry on top was when I called in to cancel after the cleaner didn’t show up for the 6th time in a year, the person on the phone was rude and aggressive. We have always been extremely forgiving with Take Time. Maybe they are short staffed? I don’t know but they showed zero concern in losing us as a customer.

Absolutely avoid this company if you have other options.

In response to their copy and paste response below - yes I was a client of yours. I really don’t think many people would take the time to write a review just to degrade your small business. You should TAKE TIME and figure out how to run a proper business and stop paying for positive reviews.

We loved how clean and fresh our daughter's home was after you cleaned it she was coming home from hospital, and this was our treat for her.

Take Time Cleaning went the extra mile for us on a short notice deep clean! This was a special return home from hospital deep clean sanitizing for special medical needs. They listened and worked with us with every step of our needs. We are very happy with the results and feel the return from hospital will be a safe and clean in environment. Workers were punctual and efficient as well as very caring and friendly! Put up with my anxious needs at a stressful time! Thank you again for a great job!
