My wife & I have been pleasantly surprised at how well our rescue dog has responded to the training through Taming Cerberus. When we adopted the dog, he was extremely anxious around any animals & it made our daily walks very difficult. Since we’ve been training with Mike, Grizz has become very calm & at ease with meeting & socializing with other dogs. Grizz has had training classes with other trainers & nothing has been successful until we began training with Mike. We found the article about Taming Cerberus in the local Neighbours of Linden Woods magazine & Mike has exceeded our expectations. Grizz loves his time with Mike & meeting new play friends.

We contacted Mike for our 8 month puppy Maple! He was so good with helping us socialize her and get used to being around other dogs. Now we take her to daycare and we can tell Maple has a great time! He gave us helpful information to stop her puppy biting and helped us with her recall by suggesting different games. Thank you for Everything Mike!

I boarded my dog here for 3 weeks while on vacation and continue to bring him for half-days once a week. The business is run by good people and I have peace of mind knowing my dog is in good hands. Rates are very reasonable.

George the Beagle is a handful. With his expertise and experience, Mike has taught us to help George learn good behaviour and puppy manners. Mike's passion for animals shows in his work. He is patient, gentle and kind. He is also very accommodating, coming to our home for training and at a time that was convenient for our family. Thanks, Mike! Mike’s walking service is so convenient and our doggo is always waiting by the door for the group. Their play dates are a great way for my big dog to get some exercise while I’m busy with work. Mike has a reliable service and I’m confident leaving my dog with him. Will be boarding my dog with Mike later this year!

We found Mike a few months ago. Our dog Cooper is a fun loving golden doodle and we love that Mike provides such active days (time outside, walks and dog park). Cooper always has the best time and comes home tired! Mike is incredibly flexible and is eager to help whenever he can. He is reliable, professional and the best part is that Cooper loves him! We have been using Mike’s daycare service for about 3 months now. Mike is excellent to work with, he made sure to give our pup a proper introduction to the rest of the dogs as he previously had not received much socialization. Mike will give updates and training tips when I have questions or if he notices some work that needs to be done with my high-energy (husky-shep mix) 8 month old pup which is SO appreciated. He loves going to daycare so much that he knows exactly where we’re going in the morning and gets so excited, he beats me to the front door. By pick-up time our dog is wiped from the day. Mike’s family is wonderful, friendly, and patient. It makes me so happy that my pup gets to engage with children as well along with socializing and playing with other dogs. We’ve also used overnight boarding service which is a huge help when needed. I highly recommend Mike’s services, your doggo will be happy too! Thanks Mike and Family!

We boarded our dog Rocco over a week with Taming Cerberus. Mike was excellent taking care of Rocco. He sent regular updates with photos and videos, going on walks and playing. Mike is also a phenomenal dog trainer, and I can't recommend him enough! I rate Taming Cerberus a five-star! Mike is the best!

Mike is incredibly passionate and knowledgeable about what he does. You get the sense that he actually loves every dog and is devoted to helping them live their best lives. He also has the amazing ability to tailor each training session. My doggies love his daycare experience too.

My dog has been boarding at Taming Cerberus since October and I am so glad I chose them. He enjoys being there, they don’t pressure him to spend time with dogs he doesn’t like, and they clearly enjoy having him. 10/10, would highly recommend.

Had some amazing training lessons and now walking Hannibal is a joy! He is also super excited when he recognizes the driveway to the daycare and is super eager to burst through the front door and join in the fun and games. Just an overall great place! Highly recommend!

Mike really helped us with Harley! Our 18 month old heeler mix suddenly turned aggressive towards oher dogs at about 15 months. He taught us how to slowly introduce her to other dogs again to help her feel safe. She has a puppy cousin who at one time we thought she was going to bite her head off, now they are BFFs!
We will definitely be using Taming Cerberus for our future training, daycare needs!

I boarded my dog here for two weeks during the holiday season, and have used their day-care services several times prior to that. Bottom line, Mike is a very caring and professional boarder, I trust this service with my dog.

Throughout my dog’s stay at Taming Cerberus they kept us regularly updated and made me feel very secure about my dog’s physical and mental wellbeing. Dogs are allowed to play with the other dogs staying and living there, rather than being kennelled away by themselves all day, and the boarders give them plenty of attention as well to make them feel at home. It is a friendly and warm environment. My dog’s behaviour have also improved significantly after the boarding, as he is now more friendly towards kids and more calm in general.

It’s so obvious that Mike and his family loved animals! Our baby girl Bella stayed with them for a week while we were away. She had other little dogs to play with and also got to know Mike’s family. I would certainly recommend using his services it’s nice that they look after dogs in a home setting

I will definitely be using his services again.
