Unbelievable
For the last 4 visits, I ordered wings which was served cold. Even though I emphasized my request to receive the order hot, I still received cold wings.
When I asked for new hot dish, they put it in microwave: (: (: (

I went on a Saturday night, and even though there were around 10 guests in the restaurant, the service was slow, and the server was not knowledgeable about the bar or food menu.

Showed up for pool. Got seated near the pool table and served drinks and got settled and then were informed last second the big party had the pool table booked from 8pm on. And we got there at 730. Paid our bills and left to go elsewhere for pool. Should have been Informed. When we arrived and seated for pool before we ordered drinks.
