Service during my visit was ok. My friend noticed the servers hardly smiled (or just be welcoming) when presenting our food or taking our orders, negatively affecting the experience for that reason. The chicken wings and sirloin steak was tasty.

Quesadilla's were burnt. Been there numerous times before My wife and and enjoy them, But not this time.

Great atmosphere, awesome drink and food specials as well as a killer happy hour menu. The servers are very bubbly and on the ball with refills and simply great all around service. I will be returning. Thanks for the great food, drinks and evening.

Was gonna go for wings after work but theres ton of kids in there with their folks. Probably good for business, but not my speed.

We were there for a Christmas party, upstairs and food and drinks were great but the serve wasn't the good. The bartender was great but we didn't have a server so he was trying to do everything. After a while a server came to help but it was slow. The people that ordered with the bartender, their food came quick but the the serve it was slow.

Been here about 4-5 times now for a few drinks with friends as it's kind of central location to where we all live.we have been fairly patient with the horrible slow waitress.last visit there they had 1 table with about 15 people and I was ignored for about 15 minutes while the 2 girls hung out at the bar after serving that 1 table their food.guess they needed a break.we will not be returning.

Terrible results from the tavern kitchen which completely ignored the instructions of what was needed to be removed regarding allergies, swapping sour cream for salsa, etc.

Calling, i was informed that since it was a delivery, aaltos is responsible for the food, despite it being prepared in the tavern. I await a call from the manager, but im not optimistic. As of now, i spent $60 on food i had to throw in the trash.

I have never had a problem.with exactly the same order while dining in, but this was probably the worst product i have been subjected to in a restaurant for at least 20 years.

I have next to no faith that the tavern will be taking responsibility at this point, but i await a call from the manager, Megan, and will edit this if they are able to redeem my opinion.

As of now, i would strongly urge others to go elsewhere, since there is little to no care taken in providing the patron with the expected purchase.

Went here for the first time this week and was not disappointed. Great service, great food. Would definitely recommend this place.

Took 15 minutes to get seated even tho the place was maybe 1/4 full. Food was good and came out at a respectable time. Server got pretty defensive about a mistake she made about one of the orders instead of just offering to fix it right away. Server wasn’t very attentive though and our table had empty alcoholic drinks for most of our dinner. Not sure why the server was so absent. I did notice staff was more concerned about clearing tables than checking on their current customers. Most of the tables were empty and available, so why are you not prioritizing the tables you have? Might have to consider going elsewhere (somewhere they value alcohol sales and customer service) next time

Stopped in Sunday July 10th at 4 PM. Not overly busy.
We were greeted and seated. Server comes to take our order. Getting a drink took forever. From our booth looking down there was plenty of food on the carpet as if this place was not cleaned in weeks. I mean pretty big pieces of food not crumbs. 20 minutes later a different server brings our food order and walks away. No cutlery, no condiments and no napkins. I had to go the bar to request these. We will never go back.

Terrible service here! I came with a bachelor party and they basically messed everything up from food to drinks. I understand restaurants are understaffed but don't put servers on the floor if they're not ready. Would not recommend.

The food there is amazing you will be stuck in awe at the mouth watering flavours in all there dishes the mac and cheese bits to die for and the service was top notch I encouraged everyone who is over 18 to go dine at this wonderful establishment

Went during wing and game night. I know food always a pleasure but service this time oh man let me tell ya.this girl sits us down and not only that she hugs her friend whose just sat down at the bar beside us and the service not so good that night but I should be fair especially with the amount of staff I figured she be a lil more intentive right up to the point of the bill.and let's face it.by all means I am no small person by any means and are table was I mean if u were 5'6 maybe you'd be comfortable but not me and she said I'll move ya and that was it she never asked if we wanted to move for jeepers sakes I could've tripped a bunch of ppl although it might be hilarious I don't enjoy doing that but remember when u go there don't sit in that spot if you're over 6'. I warned you

Loved the sweet chilly wings and Mac and cheese dip. Great service.
I had the beef Taccco but there wasn't enough beef. Way too much of everything else so I definitely do not recommend that meal.
It was an awesome time as there are lots of choice to choose from.
I forgot to take photos of the meals before we started.
To top it off we had fried cheese cake which was heavenly divine.

It's always full whenever we go here. Expect to wait 15 - 30 mins.
Their wings are bigger than Smitty's tho ooohh

Amazing food and great prices. They follow covid protocol perfectly and the people here are great and super friendly!

Spacious sports-bar ambience. Great staff. The menu options were generic but well prepared with promising and affordable specials. Could be more fairly priced for alcoholic drinks. Lacks vegetarian options in the mains, my friend was not satisfied by the vegan protein and prefered real vegetarian delicacies instead of plant based chicken or beef.

Always th best bartenders and management!

My husband and I come here for Thursday wing nights - our standing date night! We love seeing and talking with some of the staff who are incredibly friendly and welcoming!

Server didn't check up on us as frequently. We also requested to change the channel in the corner tv and was told she would try but never got back to us. Had to buy another server twice for some help.

Really fun venue. Reasonably priced drinks and snacks. Professional staff and very good entertainment! Worth checking out!

My server was AMAZING. I went on a UFC fight night and the place was packed. She was very sweet. I have a severe allergy and she went out of her way to talk with me and then the chef to check ingredients for me and was straight forward if there was anything they weren’t sure about. She didn’t make me feel like I was a bother or extra work. She made the night a lot easier for me to enjoy and I have to say it was a first for me. I do find some restraints brush off allergy’s it’s make it seem like your a bother and it makes you not want to go out to eat. I did Not find that at the Tavern. Thank you so much for an amazing experience! I definitely recommend.

Was wing night, which they have Wednesday and Thursday. I thought it was a very good value for a couple drinks and a couple appetizers. I had the clam chowder, which was good and hot, and sweet chili wings, which were very good, and had some kick!
Server was friendly enough, and knew what she was doing, but somewhat distracted.

Tony Tuesdays, are fantastic! Management and staff are really great. But that bartender. He great go check it out. Can't go wrong.

Had a reservation for 7pm for 10 people/family for my birthday yesterday, food was really delicious no complain about that. But I have to say, Customer service was not that great. We did not get drinks although we asked for water when the server gave us menus and she actually asked if she can bring drinks first. We did not get cutleries and actually asked for them after a few minutes when our food was served. Customer service was never like this in the past hence I chose to make reservations for a special occasion of mine to celebrate with my loved ones and the location is very close to our place which is very convenient. I normally tip 15-20% but sorry, I did not at this time because I didn't feel like we were treated well. No matter how good and tasty the food is, if customer service sucks, you will lose your customers.

Very poor service at this location. Really brings down the tavern experience.
Naomi is one of the worst servers here, she was rude, didn't speak to us directly nor answered questions when we asked her. She messed up our tables order and didn't apologize or fix it (another server did). She avoided our table but was checking up at surrounding tables. We were the last table to be served and last table to be checked out. I would not reccomend this location and to avoid her section. Disappointing night out for a table of 4.

Went there for supper tonight with my husband. By far the worst service we had there, it usually really great! It wasn't too busy when we went so I don't know what the issue was. Our server was ok, only saw her a handful of times though. There was a point in time we didn't see her for almost 15-20 minutes which prompted my husband to ask me "did she go home or something? " The food wasn't as good as it normally is, the wings had little flavour, my hamburger was good, except for the soggy bun that came along with it. I asked for a starter, that came out with our meals. I'm fairly convinced that either the staff has stopped caring or it was just an off night that had really turned us off from returning. The only saving grace was my hamburger being comped - the 3 bites I had of it was good minus the water logged bun.

It's unfortunate that this facility, has lost there luster, food very plain, at one time it was the place for great food & fantastic service.
We use to always use this facility in the past, but with the current standards, it's over priced for what you receive. They do have great parking & some very good staff members within the restaurant.

Very busy - fast and friendly service - food was hot and tasted great - will definitely be coming back for wing night - cheap

Worst place I have been to. Not good service. Bills comes in 10 seconds but ask for refill it came in 12 mins. Increase your standard

Waitress Lenaya was very rude and staff overall was very unprofessional, took us 20 minutes to get our drinks and almost 30 minutes to get our food which came out burnt and tasted disgusting. As well we had to get up 3 times to get sauce, refills and our bills. Waitress never checked up on us and didnt even bother to ask if the food was okay. Place lacked proper etiquette.

Amazing service, our waitress felt bad about the long wait for the food ordered, so gave our table complimentary chips and salsa. That is customer service!

Best place i have been to by far to celebrate with my brother and to have a good relaxing time but at the same time keep it fun staff are always friendly and welcoming would reccomend this place to everyone good place to bring friends family or even a date too.

As a group we enjoy wing night on Thursday, however we were utterly surprised and shocked upon noticing how discoloured/dirty looking the stucco walls appear. Perhaps with the dimmed lighting and looking from a distance it's not noticeable but when you see it from your table it is quite dreadful.

Well the service wasn't the greatest, got there with several friends just after 4 and they weren't busy yet. They were reluctant to make more space for us with some tables, drinks and food took a while. The server didn't even take my food order for the more than two hours I was there so I ended up just having one drink refilled once and others shared their food with me. I've had better for sure, even the wings were just "okay".

Good pub food. Always seems to have a special on. Be it happy hour, or Jets games. Priced very well and the food is really consistent.

Great wings, and a lot of different flavors of them. One nice surprise are the great french fries, with a curry dip option. Keeps me coming back. I've been many times and see no reason to stop. Good place to watch sports too.

Friendly barkeep, good food and a comfy atmosphere. A nice place to blow extra cash, maybe more than what you have extra

Waitress was amazing. Food was on point. No fights or negative situations. Great place to unwind.

The wings came out so fast I thought they might have been made and just sitting under a lamp. They were hot and fresh and crispy, tasted great, and they had one of the few beers I actually drink.

Over 40 minutes to get a Beer i orderrd constantly told not my server abad over 20 minute wait to pat nyang tab
