Absolutely horrible customer relations on the visa side! They will not call you if there is an issue.

And the normal banking side will not do anything for its long term customers (I’ve been with them for 20 years)

Time to switch banks

Went in, was told I'd need to call the call centre. Unsure what my annual fees are paying for.

DO NOT BANK HERE. My mom discovered that TD bank had not listed the proper beneficiaries on her investments. TD would not assist by faxing forms, we had to arrange family to drive 2 hours, as she was literally on her deathbed. Got the forms, sent them back, found out (after she died) they hadn’t even processed the changes! Made numerous trips to the bank (2 hours round trip, as they closed our local branch) to sort out THEIR mistakes. No apologies, no accountability, lots of excuses and “these things take time” (wouldn’t take near as much time if they entered the changes, and entered them correctly!). Terrible customer service and no compassion for a grieving family. We have all pulled our accounts from TD and tell everyone we know to do the same. What’s the point of dealing with the “middle man” who has no idea what’s actually going on? Save your time, money and sanity and bank anywhere else!

Never have an issue. Staff at this branch have always treated me in a professional manner and were well versed in assisting me with whatever I needed. It would be nice if there were more accessibility to the ATMs after hours.

After a death, we made an appointment with the estate person at our local branch. The person we met with called himself the middle man!
He was a customer service teller with rather limited knowledge and who spent a good deal of time on the phone with an estate rep in Toronto then repeating what they said.

Grieving people don't want to deal with the middle man. We wrongly assumed we would be confidently helped by someone experienced and trained on this.

Also, TD branch sent two emails to the deceased confirming the appontment to discuss his death and estate! Very hard on his spouse to receive those.

I just put in a call to my financial planner only to find out he has left the bank. No one was even was considerate enough to let me know. I am now to deal with the person I do not want to deal with. I have dealt at the TD for over 25 years. This is very disturbing for me and for the future care of my investments. I am extremely disappointed with this situation.

Terrible bank now! Financial Advisor I dealt with was terrible and couldn't do his job right!

Since they started closing there ATM machines at the branch and leaving just 1 ATM for a whole city that is down half the time or doesn't work proper.time to find a new bank

Today I had to go into the branch as I am having some issues with may bank account. The Branch Manager Bryce listened to what I said was happening and he went and tried to get me answer. He said the department he needs to talk to was closed but to come back tomorrow morning.
I just want to thank Bryce and his team for being so considerate and understanding for what was going on. Bryce went above and beyond with helping me and my family.
I can truly say that without his help things would be a lot worse. So thank you Bruce and to your team!
