I was waiting in line about to go to counter, when an adviser behind the counter motioned to his client to cut in front of me and go to counter. Then they all continued to make small talk while I was waiting. Finally another employee noticed me waiting and helped me. (I was grateful to her) I was NOT impressed and very upset. I've never experienced this type of in consideration and rudeness at RBC.

This branch needs more “Kristin’s”. The front line staff is empathetic and try their best but beyond that there is a lot to be desired. Kristen cared and tried to connect to make things move forward but the bridge between “old” technology, big bank ways, account updates and loss of information in between, is left on the customer to prove and not the bank, Left to feel like a shyster versus valued. Unfortunate. No “pre” digital records (2004). Shame. Any business that values customer would have scanned and had records available for reference Point of interest, major banks no longer hire full time front line staff to keep shareholders happy, Shame! They expect loyalty and demoralize by providing less than what one can live on for the sake of shareholder dividends. Shocked that this has not been addressed. Monopoly? All of the major banks do not hire full time frontline staff.

High staff turnover. Poor communication e.g. One line letter denying loan despite qualifying - it was reversed but not without stress and a revisit.

Worst bank. I thought it was just me but seeing these reviews, I wasn’t wrong. Closed my account after only having it for a week.

Really bad service, not mean everyone, but there is a Chinese lady not being polite, try to ask phone number or fax number from her, she told me there is no fax number at their branch for verification of the bank draft.

The drive through touch screen hasn't worked properly for about a year and a half now. I guess I'm not going to this branch anymore

Just met Simran at the branch today, Being a business customer I came to exchange some money and she simply says they don't do money exchange. You are sitting as a teller in the bank and you don't know what you're doing. Just improvise yourself.

The ATM took my money and didn’t deposit it into my account. And they need 5 business days to find it out. I could be missing my rent payment and got evicted. Be careful their machine is capable of that.

One of the worst places I have ever been. I had an appointment with financial advisor. She never looked at me. I talked to describe the situation she interrupted and she said better try a Credit Union and she said I even got my mortgage from a Credit Union. I have never seen such things for a bank. When I was talking she was looking through the window. I wish I could give a zero star

Walked in with the intent to open an account for investments. Turns out after sitting with an agent for 10 minutes that I need an investment account and the agent who opens those wasn't available and I was advised to open the account using the online portal.

I thanked the agent and asked to use the washroom on the way out to which the agent replied "so sorry, not for public use. "

"I just tried to open an account with you. "

"But you didn't. "

Douche move, Yuen the personal account opening agent. Douche move.

This place is horrible, people lined up and only one teller, there are 2 others chatting/laughing near the back, but won't just do their job.

They are just bad, please don’t waste your time here. I asked for money order that I can use in US she came back with cash. So she had to put the cash back and guess what I was charged extra fees and she was insisting that I told her I want cash. I said I want to talk to the manager but she was also as useless as everyone else working in this branch.

I made an appointment with Li Huang after the death of a relative and she was rude and didn't even really try and help me. Didn't even say sorry for your loss and was in there for like 5 minutes. So Glad that this is not my bank.

This branch WAS great about 15 years ago. Today, I had the WORST experience that I have never imagined at this branch. I made an appointment with Li Huang a week earlier, I went to the branch 20 minutes early, and I was directed to wait in front of Li Huang's office. Since then, I had been waiting there for MORE THAN AN HOUR! Li Huang didn't even come out to give me an excuse, and I couldn't even see her face. Meanwhile the other staff asked me whether I was waiting for her, and the staff told her that I am waiting, but she didn't come out until 12: 15 PM! Because I had other schedule, I just had to leave afterward. On her email, she was directing her own fault to her colleagues at the branch, saying that no one had notified her. (One staff saw me, and acknowledged her that I am waiting. You must have a surveillance camera there) She was even saying that she didn't see me at 11: 30 (from inside of her office). There was no effort to check outside whether I am waiting for the appointment. Business in banking is all about credibility. How can I trust such a banker to deal with my money? I wasn't even a walk-in client. This is my worst experience in the entire TD branches. This is my last time doing business at this branch.

UPDATE: This place called me at 7: 00 PM, I told them that call me again at 8: 00PM, they said they close the branch at 8, so I told them that call me at 7: 30PM. They agreed, but they didn't call me back even after 8: 00PM. I think this place doesn't know the meaning of "promise" or "Appointment".

To ridiculous branch,
To Worst Manager,

Opened TD bank with a smile and closed with the frustration.

Manager ”Sadaf Kohistani” so-called Customer Experience Manager, is rude and ignorant.

Each and every time from day 1 whatever they say next day their statement changes. You can’t trust this branch at all.

They made me suffer a lot.

I’ve never ever written any negative review for someone, trust me if I’m writing its serious.

They never do the job properly and they charge you more for their own mistake, it’s ridiculous how they can not do a simple task in this branch

Treated rudely, the receipt was thrown back to me on the counter. The representative’s name was Jane.
