The guys at Team Auto are top notch! This business is run like a very well oiled machine. A person really couldn’t ask for more! Not only do they back the parts they sell, the customer service is impeccable. These guys are so friendly and professional. I’ve used Team Auto in the past and had great experiences but this week, I had to gets parts unexpectedly for my vehicle on two separate occasions. I don’t live in Winnipeg and had the parts picked up by a courier service. From beginning to end the transaction was absolutely seamless. As a woman that doesn’t know a lot about mechanics, I’ve experienced being spoken down to at many auto body shops. Not Team Auto! Not even close. All staff that I’ve interacted with are beyond helpful. I don’t write many reviews, but I felt it necessary to share the amazing experiences I’ve had with Team Auto and want the staff there acknowledged. It’s not common to have experiences like these these days. Shout out to Daryl who helped me today

They do have a lot of parts and I did buy the transmission for my car from them. Will update on that once I get it fixed, it's a used part anyway so no complaints on that.

They did offer a 90day return/ warranty on it.

Staff could be a little more friendly.

Did not offer any discount though it's used parts.

Not sure how this works but charges full tax for used parts, but does not reflect in the invoice which also only says deposit for work order and not the actual product.

Been coming here for awhile its hit or miss if you get a nice person at the front or phone. I was lucky and got one LoL. Decent prices Staff was friendly. They had the parts I was looking for.

One of the best and knowledgeable staff in the city. If they don’t have any particular parts you’re looking for, they will source one for you.

Ordered a low mileage transmission for my Mini Cooper S from these folks, and couldn't be happier with it. Price was cheapest by $1000 and shipping to Edmonton was reasonable. Got the transmission installed and works like a charm. Thanks guys.

This place is ridiculous. I paid for my part and they accidentally broke the part after I made my payment. They promised me to have a new one ready next Monday, but I waited more than a week, by which time my pending safety has already expired. So I don’t need the part anymore, but they won’t do a cash refund and ended up charging $80 for something I never got. Poor business practice, think twice before you give them money, you will never get it back!

we just bought a Toyota sienna I dealt with team auto years ago when we had a Camry they were a good bunch of guys

Now that we purchased a used Toyota sienna recently, we will need some winter rims steel rims. I will be contacting them soon. I’m sure I will be treated well as usual.looking forward in seeing them again

Called in for a used transmission, the quote came quick, the price was right.
Sadly the part was not performing well so Team Autoparts decided to inform me and canceled the sale.
Really honest and great customer service, I appreciated that time was taken to inspect the party before shipping it out.
They also had a recommendation for me to call Astroid Auto Parts over in Calgary AB. They ended up having a quality part for me ready to ship.

Large selection of used auto parts, Team auto combined with Progressive parts, most of the time has what I’m looking for. Good staff here.
