The lady helping really didn't know what she was doing, she wasn't properly trained and is not to blame. Team needs better team training.

Such friendly and helpful staff. I was stuck out of province with a rental car insurance issue and they helped me over the phone. I am going no where else for my insurance needs after this. Shout out to Kevin too, one of their employees who helped me.
