We upgraded our phones on Black Friday weekend. It was very busy. David R (usually at the Polo park store) was excellent. He provided exceptional customer service, explained our options and focussed on us (even though there were customers waiting). He has a great personality. Very personable and made the effort to connect with us. Deserves 10 stars!

If i could give more stars i would. I stopped in to get my phone updated last week, Aries helped me from start to finish, he was great to work with and answered any and all questions I had. He made the process so smooth and he was very professional. Couldn't have asked for a better outcome!

The customer service at the Telus location in St Vital mall is the worst customer service I’ve ever received, on multiple occasions. They make you out to feel dumb and like a burden, as if it isn’t their job to work with you…. If you can, I would highly suggest going to the Polo Park location instead. Polo has always been very helpful, complete opposite of St Vital.

We got new phones the other day and we're assisted by Segundo. He went above and beyond ensuring we got all the deals available and making sure we knew everything we needed to know before signing and getting new phones as well. I didn't expect the perks we got, as we were already with telus. I got scammed by the phone case kiosk just outside their store and he went and fixed it for us, we were so thankful and we definitely recommend him for your Telus questions! He was upfront and honest and friendly. Thank you for a great experience.

Un professional, un friendly.the worst store.

After wasting hours of waiting, they don't know ant thing about their stock. They clsim this store has no store Manger and they don't want customers with them.

I an porting out my two lines due to this store.

We were one of the customers that Virgin Mobile dumped for the BellMTS merger. Virgin Mobile had sent us a letter informing us that we had until March 31,2019 to sign up with Xplore Mobile. After reading customer reviews and talking directly with Xplore Mobile staff at St Vital Center.it would be a cold day in hell that I'd sign with Xplore.
Went to Telus St Vital, and got a new phone and contract. The sales rep that handled everything was Manny Diaz. Couldn't have wished for anything better. He knows his product and is professional. I would say to anyone looking to switch to Telus, to go see Manny. It would be a totally pain-free process.

Nope, never again with Telus, they flat out lie. When asked specific questions such as for the xp8 "Can I use a second sim card for a additional line" they said yes, and then when I pull out the phone they sold me, I'm told it would not work because it's been disabled by Telus on all the phones, quite the opposite of what I was told initially.

Really helpful (ok he was gorgeous) Rep. Cell freaked out. In like a minute or 2 he solved my problem knew his stuff. Ya know, I'm lucky I can even partially work this cell! Lol

One of the best experience I've ever had with a mobile/phone company the guy who had helped me was very reassuring and thorough, went through my contract with me as I was very hesitant to switch over made sure there wouldn't be any changes I wasn't aware of.super great and would recommend him to anyone. Very patient kind and caring staff. Thank you!
