Amazing experience with Terri.
I went through an assault a week ago during which I had my iPhone, Mac, wallet, and basically everything stolen from me. Terri was very compassionate with good humour that made me smile, which definitely helped make me feel better during this challenging period in my life.
She worked hard and made it possible for me to keep my phone number, even though I didn’t have my other phone with me and I couldn’t remember the password to my Telus account (the app). Excellent service. I’d give her a raise; just saying:)

The gentleman at the counter did everything for me. Handled the data transfer, set up my new phone, added the accessories even the casings to my phone and made it look easy. I was very sleepy that day so it was much appreciated.

Store policies sort of suck. Tried to get a new phone. Paid for my phone bill two days earlier. They refused to give me a new phone. They still haven't received the payment yet. That's what they say. They never have phones that you want. Customer service is quite unfriendly. Suggest another store to go to.

Ying was super informative, patience and went above and beyond my expectations. I went in the store with issues of online Telus purchase and was able to fix it all and give me the same deal as mentioned online, on top of giving me the phone I wanted which was discontinued online. Super happy with my service and time at Telus with Ying. Highly recommend

Work had an EPP with Telus, and after wanting to switch from Rogers, Colin was so helpful! I signed up during Telus's Boxing Week sales, and despite how busy they were, Colin patiently answered all of my questions, and sent me all of the necessary information I needed to successfully switch providers. Would highly recommend!

Boxing Day Week is not a fun time to try and switch cell phone providers, unless you happen to be dealing with Terri. An amazing, personable young woman, who not only helped me in getting new phones/plans for my family, but had to juggle a store full of customers at the same time. All with a smile on her face! I would not hesitate in sending friends her way!

It was Black Friday and super busy. They helped me transfer all my information over select a new case and applied my screen protector. Would definitely use Telus again.
