Absolutely fantastic! I wish I had allowed for more time to relax as the lounge is very nice too.

The pedicure itself is amazing - 5 star! The reason for the 3 is because there were no lockers available in the woman’s change room. Their solution was to put all of my belongings into a bag and they would keep it at the front desk, but that did not work because I was using the steam room and shower prior to my service and needed access to half of my things. I also needed to find a staff member to help me with the shower because it was not working properly.

For the amount it costs to receive a massage at Ten Spa, the experience is not matching the price tag sadly. Small renovations and minor facelifts are being done but there are still ridiculous imperfections that should not exist. The shower diverter connected to a new metal panel works but the silicone was not secured correctly and 10 cm was hanging and dangling off. The cleaning cart being transferred around had an enormous hair clump attached to the wheels which was disgusting. The floor corner tile and grout in the female washrooms need a deep cleaning. Hair, dust, debris etc.has been cumulating there obviously for a very long time. The lack of easy access to amenities is very limited and you have to constantly go to the front desk reception area to gain access. Missing tiles throughout the showers and steam room continue. Numerous guests were talking in the quiet area and no staff seemed to acknowledge or correct the situation after another guest brought it to their attention. A minor imperfection but again something to be noted was my robe had a huge tear in the side with no belt loop. All these imperfections add up and take away from the experience as a whole especially when paying their price tag.

I booked a head to toe massage. I had Lindsey as my RMT. FANTASTIC JOB! The massage was the perfect pressure and she incorporated different stretches. I left there feeling fantastic. Exactly what I needed!

Wow, what an amazing day. Take your time, relax, & enjoy the amazing atmosphere at Ten spa. My massage from lauryn was genuinely the best massage I have ever had. 10/10 experience.

The condition of the spa is not what I would hope for the prices charged. Holes in robes, beds that creak with every movement. Facial was standard. Really nothing above and beyond.

Great ambience.

One star less due to service at the end when paying. The person seemed clueless and couldn’t figure out how to charge me for the spa service. Held us up for more than 10 minutes.

Appointment for the Signature Pedicure. The experience was relaxing and the service was excellent.

Hamam Fully Loaded - Staff and facilities were excellent particularly my attendant Tetiana! She did a fabulous job making me feel relaxed and comfortable so I was able to fully enjoy my experience. She is a naturally gifted massage therapist and I hope she is still there next time I come!

Only one slightly negative bit of feedback would be the "quiet lounge" I was put in after the hamam was definitely NOT quiet. This wasn't the staff's fault though, just some rude ladies who wanted to sit and talk loudly about negative and stressful things going on in their lives as well as gossip about local politics. I probably would have been better off in the lounge. Kind of annoying because I was absolutely wiped and could have used some quiet time before the massage I had scheduled after the hamam.

Ten is definitely high end, but having frequented several spas and salons in the city, I have always walked out convinced that the cost is worth it. Not because of the lovely facilities (though they are nice) and not because of the cute lounge with unlimited healthy snacks available (though that is nice, too), but because the services they offer are exceptional. Ten really does hire the finest therapists; their facial services, hammam, and massages are a cut above. I have had many massages in my life and three of my top 5 experiences have been the three I’ve enjoyed at Ten. If absolute relaxation is worth any price to you, I recommend splurging on the Head to Toe Massage Combo. It’s transcendent.

Relaxation at its finest. The hammam experience is second to none. The complimentary snacks are tasty and healthy. And they have a small but diverse menu to order additional food from. Ideal spot for a girls getaway or to celebrate an anniversary.

I recently had the pleasure of experiencing a Deep Detox Facial with Mariana, and I must say, it was a truly rejuvenating and refreshing experience.

Pedicures where very good. Service was excellent. Steam room was not very steamy and water wasn't very warm in showers. Showers and steam room could use a refresh, looking a little worn out. Also miss cloth hand towels in washroom. Can you please consider reusable glasses in washroom for water. Thanks.

We had a wonderful day at Ten Spa again. The massage was amazing and I love all the snacks they serve. It’s just what you want when having a spa day. I didn’t do 5 stars because I was a just little disappointed due to a few things that didn’t meet the expectations I have for this spa. When we arrived we were asked to share a locker. I was with my sister and it wasn’t a big deal but when you pay top dollar like you do at this spa, it seems like everyone should have their own locker. There wasn’t that many people there yet so not sure how the lockers could all be full already. Second, we wanted a bottle of wine and they were out of the house wine and didn’t have any other sauv blanc options. Again, a very small thing but a spa of this level should ensure they have at least one type of each wine to choose from so you can at least get the blend you enjoy most. Last, I showered again before we left and the water didn’t get hot for some reason. Warm but not steamy. Unusual for this spa. But all things considered still a good experience and I will go again.

Everything is always great, until you get to the front desk. I’ve been a customer for years but for some reason the check out process is always so painful. Products aren’t in the system, line ups that take forever, there’s always something. Fix that and it’s a five star experience.

I was at GLO, not Ten Spa, but the service was just as amazing. Not quite as fancy as Ten, but once you close your eyes, it's every bit as relaxing and the results were just as amazing. This is me, minutes after my facial.

Massage therapist was inexperienced and caused havoc to my body. My neck hurt badly and I left in agony with restricted range of motion in upper body needing muscle relaxants next 24hrs (didn’t make it to work next am).
WORST massage I’ve had at the spa after 15 years of visiting, this place going downhill in quality. Intention of visit supposed to be a romantic and relaxing visit with my new boyfriend but tenspa had other plans.

I’ve been seeing the massage therapist Paulo for years! His massages are fantastic. He always professional and is incredible at what he does. I always recommend him to friends. I only ever book with him when I go to ten spa!

Ten Spa is definitely my favorite spa. It's always a very relaxing experience. It's pricey but it's nice to treat yourself to a me day every once in a while. The staff are friendly and the spa is very clean.

Elmira is the best! My facial treatments with her have amazing results and her patience, kindness and attention to detail are next level. Tenspa is lucky to have her. Beautiful full service spa!

The Ten Spa is definitely the best spa experience I’ve ever had. However the reason I’m giving my most recent visit a 4/5 is because of two reasons. Otherwise it was a beautiful day of relaxation.
1. The woman working the lounge bar during my visit on the afternoon of July 23rd was abrasive and kinda rude to me. Which was much to my surprise because typically the staff at ten is excellent!
2. I’ve said it once and I’ll say it again, the pedicure room is far too bright. I inevitably fall asleep every time with a towel over my eyes to block the light, and wake up at the end walking out of there squinting in the light. I don’t get why they don’t put up some curtains to make the space more moody to match the lounge experience. People don’t go to the spa to be blinded by the sun on the 10th floor lol!

Seriously though, you impressed me yet again today ten spa! I’ll be back again soon.

I love escaping to Ten Spa. It is luxurious and takes you away from the day to day. Great service and experienced staff will make your experience memorable.

First time there and absolutely amazed! All the staff were fabulous! Also huge shout out for Paolo! One of the most amazing massages I've ever had! Perfect balance between massage therapy and relaxation!

You can arrive an hour before your treatment starts and have some complementary snacks, tea, etc, shower/sauna

Ten Spa is the premier spa in Winnipeg. The change room features the most relaxing steam room and experiential eucalyptus/mint shower, as well as the best showers with glass-enclosed towel and robe nooks and multiple rainforest shower heads.

The lounge area is spacious and the spa snacks they serve are the best (hello hummus with cucumber and homemade pita bread). There’s also a quiet lounge area where guests can grab a blanket and pillow and have a nap if they so wish. So relaxing.

The hamam is a must-try service - such a neat experience. And their facials are excellent. You can’t go wrong choosing any of the services and enjoying all the amenities Ten has to offer.

Highly recommend hammam fully loaded experience! Ladies are very professional and leave you feeling like a brand new you!

Beautiful facilities and amenities. Really enjoy the snacks, steam room, easy-to-use lockers and full suite of toiletries available. My massage therapist did a wonderful job. My only suggestion would be to get new straightening irons as the ones in the change rooms looked rough/didn't really work and to get high-quality hair dryers.

Staff were welcoming and attentive. Treatments were very good. Overall, a truly relaxing experience.

We thought Ten Spa to be a wonderful experience on the whole and would highly recommend it to family and friends. As a couple, we only wished we could have taken steam together as the facilities currently does not permit this.

I had a great experience at Ten Spa! I was pleased that all the staff are still wearing masks, even though the mandate has been lifted. The majority of people visiting the spa also had masks on too! I was very pleased with the services I received and I will be returning again soon!

It was my first time experiencing a Hamam treatment so I was very nervous. The experience was relaxing and enjoyable, but it would have been even more so had the instructions on how to prepare and what to expect had been clearer. (E.g, what to wear under the bathrobe, bathrobes must be worn in the lounge, wraps are only for the Hamam treatment, talk the newbies through the experience so they know what is coming next). Now that I know how it works, the instructions I received make sense, but as a newbie, they were easily misinterpreted. This actually increased my embarrassment, anxiety and tension going into the experience, and so I do not feel I received the full benefit of the treatment. That said, now that I know what to expect, if I am ever in Winnipeg again, I will definitely return for another Hamam experience.

I went for the Signature Pedicure with Svetlana and it was nothing short of incredible. A lovely day at TenSpa as always. Can't wait for my next visit

The massage therapists were both so professional and made my husband and I feel very comfortable. For being in my third trimester the therapist was so careful and made me very comfortable and safe as he worked on me. We were able to use all the amenities which was fantastic! Great time of relaxing! Highly recommend.

Absolutely loved my experience, it was so relaxing and peaceful! The only criticism I have is to have better instructions for the lockers, another woman in the change room was also having similar issues.
But other than that, it was amazing and a perfect pregnancy pamper day!

I tried the Intro to Hamam and a massage last week and had a great experience! The Hamam was a very unique experience. I would like to go back and try the Hamam 101 for the full experience. I booked a facial yesterday and enjoyed that treatment as well. After my treatments I stayed a while longer to relax in their quiet room, enjoyed a few light snacks and checked out their steam room.

The facilities were nice and clean and staff were all very friendly from the front desk team, the cleaning staff and the service providers. They all added to a very relaxing and warm atmosphere.

I highly recommend trying out their different services.

The whole experience is worth every penny. This was my first time and I went for the Cleopatra Milk and Oil Cocoon. What is also included in the price is a steam room, essential oil infused mist/cold shower, rain shower, lounge area with snacks, tea and water and a quiet room. The staff are polite and courteous. A great place to unwind and relax. I will be going back and highly recommend.

I received the Ten's Ultimate Pedicure. It was perfect. I had such dry feet with extremely cracked heels. I left with feet that were smooth and healed (lol pun). It was the ultimate pampering experience. The staff was kind and I appreciated the amenities and relaxation room to read afterward. If you are going to get a pedicure at ten spa, be sure to go early to enjoy the steam room as you cannot do a steam after the pedicure. I can't wait for my next visit:)

I’ve been going to Ten Spa once or twice a year for the past decade and the staff (particularly the masseuses) and the cleanliness of the facilities has always been great. However, there doesn’t seem to be much effort made towards general upkeep. For example, neither function in the men’s experiential shower worked (and one definitely hasn’t for at least three or four years), the labels in the same shower are completely worn off and unreadable, there are tiles missing in the steam room, the steam chamber in the women’s room was malfunctioning, toiletries were empty, straps on sandals were broken and I was told couldn’t be replaced, etc. It’s hard to justify the “world-class” descriptor and price tag when something new is broken or hasn’t been fixed each time I visit. Used to love coming here but unfortunately it no longer feels worth it.

Had a fantastic, relaxing ladies spa day! The staff are wonderful. The front lounge did feel a little crowded at times, especially because of COVID, however it could just be that I’m not used to being around groups of people anymore. The quiet lounge was wonderful and peaceful.

The experience here is one of a kind. I cant wait until covid is over so I can return for the hamam

I visited Ten Spa for my first time on April 24th for a 50 minute massage to celebrate my birthday while staying in the hotel.

The spa is located on the tenth floor of the Fort Garry Hotel. I was welcomed by a friendly staff member when I walked in and provided with a basket for my shoes and socks and given a rope, towel, and sandals.

I arrived early to enjoy the steam room and showers before my massage and also stayed afterwards. The changing rooms were clean and pretty! You are assigned a locker to put all of your belongings. The steam room had heated tiled benches and was cozy and relaxing. If you press the button beneath the steam vessel, the lights on the roof turn on and hot steam mists down from the ceiling. The sign outside the steam room said that there would be an aroma in the room, but I didn’t smell anything. Beside the steam room was the experiential shower. There was only one but thankfully, I was the only person in the area at the time so I didn’t have any issues with that. You could press a button for a lovely tropical rain scented mist and then use the shower at the same time for a beautiful experience.

The regular showers inside the changing room were beautiful. They had pretty blue tiles and a glass cupboard inside the shower to hang your towel and robe. I loved the rain shower and there were shampoo and conditioner and shower gel inside to use. I enjoyed using the facial moisturizer and body lotion provided in the change room afterwards.

My massage was lovely! I was taken to one of the treatment rooms which looked very sterile and felt almost clinical. I would have liked if it had a bit more of a cozy feel. My massage therapist was Lisa and she was great. She really worked a lot of knots out and used good pressure.

There is a small bar area in the lounge where you can buy wine, beer, mimosas, snack platters and salads. I had a mimosa and it was delicious! There is free herbal tea, water and small snacks (cookies, muffins and dried fruit). I had a great experience at Ten Spa and will definitely return again. Would really love to try the Hamam!

I felt super safe at Tenspa, staff were friendly and very helpful. The amenities are beautiful and I always leave feeling like I've had great value for my experience.

Lounge was okay. Snacks amenities were okay. Overall it was an "okay" place. Definitely not a "hotel spa". Place is 3.5 stars at most.

I am giving 2 stars because my massage was waste of time and money. I could feel that my RMT was done for the day - she gave poor massage & poor customer service. They should get rid of the mandatory 15% gratuity.

The best spa experience I've ever had. Such friendly staff. The place is beautiful. It's so much more than your typical spa, it genuinely has a unique Ten spa touch. I will be going again and again. I left feeling very zen.

Been going to Ten Spa for messages and facials. The staff is always friendly, it is always clean and their services are the best in the city. A bit expensive but worth the best in my opinion.

The Hamam is amazing, no doubt about it. If you haven't been, take you and the Mrs or the Mr. It is a spa treatment unlike one you've likely had if the Hamam is new to you. Warm and cool water massages on heated marble slabs. Arrive early to Ten Spa to enjoy the steam room and the experimental shower. Plus, they have light snacks and a food service while you lounge out and wait for the Hamam to begin. You'll leave feeling amazing.

Haven't had the opportunity to treat myself with a Ten Spa experience (maybe its time) but they are always very helpful when purchasing gift packages with suggestions that fit the occasion and audience.

The hamam is literally the best treatment ever. It's my 3rd time and each time has been equally amazing. I've had facials, massage and pedi.which were great too. Staff is amazing.

First time here. We were greeted promptly and given a short tour, mostly finger pointing where to go. The girl spoke way too fast to understand most of it, but the place is easy enough to figure out on your own. The environment is really nice, as you'd expect at the Fort Garry. Everything is spotlessly clean and the staff do a great job of keeping it that way. Snacks were delicious.

Lounge area could be quieter, we found it impossible to relax. Headphones would help. It was a little chilly too, warm blankets would be a nice touch.

The massage service however was excellent, we both can't say enough good things about our RMTs.

Overall it was a pleasant experience.

Love the hamam experience but we were kept waiting for some time after each portion of the fully-loaded experience. How do they charge so much money and skimp on the little things? For example- the women's dressing room has broken hair styling tools, hair dryers that are not powerful to do anything quickly, sub par products. The men's dreasing room had Axe body spray. Yo, this isnt your target demographic. This afternoon cost me $556 and there wasnt enough spa snacks either. Get rid of the plastic trays, provide top of the line hair tools and necessities, give us tablets to read magazines from instead of wet, torn, and crinkled magazines. The hummus was awesome.

I LOVE Ten Spa. I've had most of their services and they're all amazing! I HIGHLY recommend their body scrub and wraps. And the hamam is so relaxing. I could spend hours here in the steam room and rain mist shower. They have little snacks that change throughout the day, cookies and dried fruit in the morning, pitas and hummus in the afternoon and rice with seaweed wraps in the evening. I especially love the cookies they have in the morning!

I've usually enjoyed my visits. Tammy is an incredible esthetician. Once I started asking specifically for her my visits drastically improved.

The staff are all fantastic, massage was amazing (did the Head to Toe one) they would get five stars. I can only give it four stars because of the amenities which are only about a three.

It's probably a product of being on the 10th floor of an ancient building, but the plumbing doesn't seem quite up to the task. Water temperature in the showers fluctuated randomly, which detracted from the experience. Also the bathrooms themselves are quite small and a bit uncomfortable, although they are well-stocked and impeccably clean. The hair straighteners all seemed to be in various states of disrepair. Personally I was quite disappointed with the steam room and the one "experiential shower" - their website mentions German design, but that set up was a far cry from even the mid-range spas in Germany.

The main Lounge is comfortable and the snacks are a very nice touch, personally I would have liked it if they had some windows to let in natural light and give people a bit of a view.

I'm glad I tried Ten as my masseuse was amazing, but I think I'm going to stick to thermea because their facilities are just so much nicer.

I have been a frequent patron of this spa for the past 5 years. I have always had a good experience in the past. I've been noticing the massage qaulity declining for the past 3 visits. Last time their customer service was also subpar. My RMT used cold oil and no hot towels at all. My massage was very poor and the issues I discussed with her were not addressed. This was my first time getting the rose oil massage (usually I get the custom) ; however, my mother who had the same massage received warm oil and hot towels. The disappointing issue is that after questioning if the massage does include those services, I was treated with ignorance steaming from the staff's lack of knowledge of the services. They were unsure and had to go and check. Their extreme disregard for the customer's concerns became apparent when I was impolitely handed a $10 coupon (which by the way can not be used during weekends) with no explanation before the staff turned around and started talking to someone else. So I have to come back and spend another $200 for bad massage during the week, just to get $10 off! Later, I filled out a survey in the email they gave me and nobody even responded to me!
