We broke down on hyway 67. They came in a few minutes and we were towed to the dealership at a very reasonable charge. Richard was great and had good ideas on how we could resolve our problem. He handled our vehicle with kit gloves.

After being told “Sorry we can’t help you” by 2 other services Mike at Terry’s Towing sent me help ASAP

Had a flat tire out on the highway. The day was extremely humid and hot and I had 2 young kids. After waiting almost 2 hours for CAA, who continued to be later than anticipated, I decided to call Terry’s. The operator was kind and sent a truck within 25 min. We were so relieved when it arrived within the anticipated time. The two men that came were friendly and had us on our way quickly.

Just had my truck towed out of EOM, 4x4 didn't want to engage and got stuck in the mud in a camp site. Called up Terry's towing and they came out and got me out in 15 mins. Very professional, well experienced, Mike knew what he was doing right from the start. Fair priced, I highly recommend and I'll definitely be using the services again if need be.

They were very rude after having towed my son's company vehicle. Temperatures were -45 with the wind chill and when my son asked if they would help him boost his vehicle they told him they would for a $50 charge.

Super positive experience. I called and was greeted by a helpful, truthful colleague. They estimated a 4 hour wait due to the bitter cold weather. To my surprise, they called about 10 minutes later and said my job would be their first due to logistics. I was ecstatic and grateful for their prompt service. From start to finish under half an hour and my car was in my driveway. I recommend Terry's Towing 100%.
