I was expecting a delivery from Amazon Friday. Friday late evening I was wondering where it was so checked my app which stated it was delivered Thursday (it wasnt), then shortly after I received an email from Amazon saying the package was just delivered (this was now 8 PM Friday) so i go to check and it was not there. I then managed to find a site where I could track the package via TForce Logistics and it indicated "Returned to Sender". Finally called Amazon and they were great. Refunded my purchase and sending another order. I also asked to have TForce (Dynamex) removed from my account as a delivery service based on all the negative reviews I see here and my own experience. I cannot imagine how they managed to get an Amazon contract and feel pretty confident it will not be renewed based on their historic performance. Lome others I would give a negative review if possible. BTW, I did try to contact them directly (as did Amazon when I was talking with them on the phone) but neither I or them could get a hold of their customer service because it was closed. I would expect someone in this line of business to have customer contact ability outside of business hours given that is many of their deliveries take place.

Worst. How hard is it to ring a doorbell or knock? 'Hmmm, it's pouring rain. Should I put it behind the screen door and maybe ring the doorbell to alert them? NOPE! I'm going to leave it 2 feet away so it can get nice and drenched. But maybe I should knock or ring the bell? NOPE! I'm sure they'll just be able to sense that it's there. Yes! ' SMH, Amazon is going to hear about this.

I wrote a very unhappy review yesterday about a delivery that didn't happen because the driver said that he couldn't get to my door, mailbox, or driveway. That shouldn't have been an issue because I live in a condo building with a doorman on duty. I called TForce, complained, and was told that my item would be delivered within 24-28 hours. Just have to say that my package was delivered within about 6 hours. Thanks, Dynamex!

If I could give less than one star I would. Ordered this through Amazon and Dynamex driver delivered my package to the wrong house and had someone sign for it. What's the point in getting someone to sign for it if you don't verify who they are? Entered as delivering it to my address but it never was, now they don't know if they can retrieve my package and if not the person that signed gets a new item with no issues. If the driver was doing what they're supposed to do and verify it was being delivered to the right address with the correct person this all could've been avoided. I do not recommend this company at all. I don't know why Amazon continues to use this courier, I've requested that my parcels don't get delivered with this company again and I hope Amazon listens.

Saw the delivery guy and he didn't even try to open our front fence gate? When I tried to get him he'd already driven away. Now it says "not open" on my tracking like what.

These guys are the worst. I've been checking amazon all day for my package only to see that they "tried" to deliver. I've been home all day. There was no nock on the door, nor was there a call. This is very frustrating.

TForce Final Mile used to be Dynamex.

This company is quite possibly the worst shipping company I’ve had the displeasure of working with. I’ve called them three times for three separate issues and every single time I’ve waited over two hours on hold to speak to someone.

While you’re on hold, a robotic woman chatters a short promo speech on loop, without stopping, while sad piano music plays in the background. If you last until you reach a human, join CSIS because you can survive any interrogation a captured spy would be put through—because this is worse.

You can’t call your local office, you have to call their 800 number where you’ll be on hold for a long time. If you call the head office in Brampton, more often than not you will hear a recording saying they are having system issues and the call is then terminated.

Beware that Amazon Canada uses this company for their most expensive and fastest shipping option. If you are able to ship or receive with a different company (ANY company) do it. It couldn’t be worse. I would give this company zero stars if I could.

The only thing Tforce does is post apologies to bad reviews. Don’t let that fool you into thinking they’re trying to solve any problem, they’re not. They hope by replying with apologies and promises no one will believe the 28 1-star reviews they have. I am shocked Amazon hasn’t received enough complaints to terminate their contract. I’ve called Amazon and sent them to this page to read all of the reviews because this level of incompetence and laziness on TForce’s part makes me not want to buy on Amazon out of fear TForce gets assigned.

I really wish I could give them 0 stars, or negative stars. This is by far the worst delivery company I have ever encountered. They were to deliver an item to my office from Amazon. It's a gift for my son. All they had to do was to pick it up at the Amazon facility here in Winnipeg and deliver to my office. The first day, they lost it, the second day, they tried to deliver it to my office at 6: 45 in the evening.an hour and a half after the office was closed when they were told that the building closes at 5. I am not going to be working at my office today and asked if they can re-direct it to my home. At first they wanted me to cancel the order and re-order it from Amazon. The gift is here.in Winnipeg, and they can't figure out how to deliver it. They now say they may be able to deliver it to my home, but they need an additional 24 hours to sort it out, and redirect to my home. The person that Amazon and I talked to on the phone last night was horribly rude and did not seem to understand what we were talking about.
Just the worst service and worst customer service I have ever encountered in a delivery company. DO NOT use them to deliver your packages if it is at all avoidable. I strongly suggest that Amazon discontinues using them as well.

Never knocks to advise of package delivery. Packages often thrown over fence near garage which is no where near the front door of the house where you would expect a package delivered to.

If any of you have any complaints don't just leave it here. Ensure that you also leave a complaint on the BBB website as they are not accredit meaning they are shady.

Dont leave a notice they have been there to deliver your package. Leave your package most times without your consent. Amazon needs to get rid of this company.

Poor organization and customer service. Expected my package 3 days ago, the driver told me he could not come inside my apartment building to leave it at the door. After telling him I’m a nurse and was at work he paused like he just expected me to appear at the door out of nowhere. I called the 800 number for the company and was told it would be sent the next day. It wasn’t. The following day I see “delivery attempted” on the tracking but I did not receive any phone calls or buzzes at the door. Now today the driver calls from a personal phone number and does not attempt to buzz into my building. Again this is counted as an attempted delivery. They will not allow me to pick up the package. All of the other delivery companies are able to figure this out, why can’t this one? Calling the 800 number does not help.

Horrible. Says they tried to deliver when we were open and they didn't. Call their system to track a package and the phone system hangs up on you. What is Amazon doing using these guys?

Waiting to hear back from you. How about you deliver my package that you said you attempted to on Saturday. You realize I have cameras all around my building and know you didn't. Easy for me to show to amazon when I complain about not receiving my package that was promised to me saturday.

Again, package they tried to deliver last night, yet ALL DAY they can't come back with the one they missed. You guys really are horrible and we should all complain to Amazon about this as if they can't do the job right, then they will lose the Amazon contract which would be major.

Dishonest and fraudulent to the end. Should have delivered Amazon parcel by 8pm. Was indicated 'out for delivery' at 7.32pm - at this point I turned off the TV and waited for delivery. 8pm passed by with no delivery - this is fine with me since it was not an urgent item. At 8.28pm tracking states 'delivery attempted' which it most clearly was not. This is appalling business practise since it makes it look like it was the customer's fault delivery failed. Further, I have 2 wildlife cameras to capture animal activity and the only living creature around the house last night was a deer! Amazon should cancel all business relations with this company. Take note Dynamex, we will be reporting this to Amazon too.

I'm not too hopeful for a timely delivery and I can see the local owner responds to all negative reviews and with 'copy and pasted' standard reply. Whilst I am waiting for my parcel, I'll contact Amazon and demand a refund on delivery costs - something I urge everybody to do in order Amazon may consider giving their shipping business to a more honest / truthful company. I despise folk who lie.

I have ordered many packages from Amazon seems as though on the weekends they use this carrier. I get notice that they tried to deliver but haven't left a note or try calling/msging me. I'm home all day on the weekends an no one has attempted to deliver, I agree with the previous comment Amazon should get rid of this carrier, not happy that I have to wait an extra 2 days when I payed for same day or two day shipping.

Dynamex (now TForce logistics) was the worst courier from amazon. I complained so much to the point that we weren't supposed to be getting any deliveries from them anymore. Yet, here I am waiting for another package to be delivered by them.

They always "mis-scan" the packages and say it's been delivered even though I've been home all day and there have been no deliveries attempted. Quite literally the worst courrier. The drivers also don't read instructions for the delivery. I've put it in the instructions on Amazon AND my address line to place our packages at the side door yet they continue to leave it in our front yard. We've since had to wait for our packages so that we could grab it right away as we had an incident where someone stole our package.

I would give it 0 stars if I could. My calls were dropped as soon as I was next in line. "Delivery attempts" apparently have been made, yet I have been home for all these "attempts" and no one has buzzed in. And my order that came from overseas arrived earlier than the package that came from within Canada, all because this company do not know how to deliver packages.
