I will never go there again! I bought a wig that was defected and wanted my money back and they said no, instead she tried to sell me another wig by paying the difference of the other wig. I just took a loss and the wig is garbage. I wasn't impressed

Horrible experience!
Was told it would up to $200 for hair and make up it cost $335!
Make up artist was horrid! I had to go to a wedding as a bridesmaid, I was flying in from out of Canada and couldn't go with the other bridesmaids to Sephora. So I hired The Beauty Box, my make up was so low standard, so mediocre, so sad and I paid THREE times as much! Hair was fine but for that price, sheesh I'd have passed. Everyone else paid $60 for their makeup job. I'm so angry! Do not go to these people, EVER!

I got my makeup done by Lindsay#7575 for one of her classes, had an amazing time! She was professional, and the makeup application went so smoothly and lasted the whole day without any need to touch up. If you’re getting your makeup done for photos or just want to be dolled up for the day I would highly recommend her.

I can't explain how satisfy I'm with them Amanda was amazing I really love the make up she did and I feel really pretty and ready to show up to my grad I was nervous before coming because I've never got my make up done before but as soon as I got there it was a really welcoming environment thank you for everything

Amazing! After covid we all feel a bit shlump, so when I was invited to the opera I definitely needed some help. Enter the wonderful ladies at Beauty box! Professional, friendly, And extremely talented. They made me feel like a diva in no time. Would 100% recommend them for your special occasion. Again, thank you ladies!

Absolutely horrible customer service. I had to call Carla the morning of my wedding because there was no one at the salon. Staff were 10 minutes late and then told me that she was there to do my hair when I booked a make up ONLY appointment. I sat there for an hour and half knowing what I was going to look like. I asked the day I made my appointment and the day of the wedding if lashes were extra, and both times I was told that they are included in the price.well. Carla charged me extra for the lashes. The anxiety that was added to my day was uncalled for.no one should have to go through that at all. I would never recommend this place for any service.

My two daughters and I had the wonderful pleasure of attending a birthday party for their friend here.

Everyone had such a blast! There was fun music, a beautiful photo booth, awesome food, cute decorations, and tons of exciting activities that were included.

Highly recommend throwing your party here if you want great bang for your buck, plus a memorable experience!

Amanda and Carla are the most amazing people. I took the Makeup Artist certification and it went beautifully, The course is very well designed and very professional. If I had troubles with anything Amanda was right there to help. Even after getting my certification Amanda makes sure I’m happy by giving me employment opportunities. If you’re looking for anything related to makeup the beauty box is the best place to go!

I got my hair and makeup done by beauty box for my wedding and I was very happy with their services. They traveled to where I needed arrived on time, and sent just enough people to also work on my bridesmaids, we all looked amazing. Their make up and hair artists are very kind and professional!

On the day of my best friend's wedding not only was the entire team 2 HOURS late, resulting in the bridesmaids having to choose between getting their hair or makeup done, Beauty Box decided to change our bride's hair stylist! Resulting in our bride getting a hair style she did not like and the girl having to redo it. The level of unprofessionalism was outrageous! The most embarrassing part.the photographer pulled the head stylist aside to tell her they owed the bride an apology!

I would just like to say thank you for such an amazing job that you’ve done. The spots on my face that look like bruises. The way you covered them up made me get my self-esteem back. It made everybody remember the old me and build my confidence. Thank you for showing me how to apply the make up so I could do it at home by myself. I was very shy coming in and I left with the confidence that I had in me all along. I have gone into other salons, make up stores and had other people look at my skin.the way that they judged me was so uncomfortable but with you guys I liked that it was a personal relationship.every time I’ve come in I have left happier and more and more confident.
The birthday party that you had thrown for my daughter was out of this world. Because of the pandemic we couldn’t have another party like that this year but the girls had definitely asked. They loved the fact that every single one of them felt like they were princesses. They love the fact that they got to feel so special.

I was one of the bridesmaids to a wedding that The Beauty Box by Sheriff did the services for. I was not impressed with their professionalism. They showed up late. They rushed everything because there were 1.5 hours late. The bride had to get her hair done twice causing her to be TWO HOURS late for her wedding because the first hair style was NOTHING LIKE her trial hair.
The company then tried to turn around their mistake on the bride and her bridesmaids saying it was all THIER fault and NO fault of their own.
TWO of the bridesmaids did NOT get their hair done. They left the bride in tears. The bride then was slammed with a bill, that I personally feel as a civilian was NOT right especially after what had all happened. The bride had paid 50% of the services and this company expected MORE money.

I'm sorry that is NOT how one should treat their clients on any level. They mad a mistake YES.but mistakes like this should be recognized and FIXED, usually a situation like this ends in some kind of compensation for the client.

Great shopping experience for a vast array of beauty products. My daughter loved shopping in the kid's corner and we ended up booking a "Just Glam it Kids Spa Party" for her birthday.it was a big hit! It's good to support Winnipeg business.

I had a Mobile instructor at home in Calgary. It was a lot of fun. She started with the products and knowledge I had and gave me great tips. I think it will help me feel more confident. I really recommend the experience.

I literally had the beauty blender in my hand and was told I couldn't purchase it because they just got an online order. I specifically came for that product because the price is cheaper than sephora. Bad customer service to still have them on the shelf. I didn't take any of my other items because of that.

My daughter just had her 5th birthday here with friends. Just glam it party. She kept telling me it was the best birthday ever. The staff was wonderful and did a great with the young girls. I would highly recommend this place and will be going back again.

Got my makeup done by Toni, she did an amazing job! She made me feel comfortable, getting my makeup done was therapeutic! The foundation and contour was perfect and my eye makeup was so so beautiful! 10/10 would come again

Just finished the makeup certification course at the beauty box, was the best and fastest experience i’ve had. Meet so many new people in the beauty industry, & went to makeup events for experience which was a plus. Id highly recommend the beauty box if you are looking to get your make up certificate fast & easy.
