I had a terrible experience at the Bra Bar today. I had just spent $550, left the store, walked to the car but half way to the car I regretted buying a $200 bra. It was pretty but I really didn’t need it or could afford it. So I turned around, went back into the store to return it and they refused. Their policy is to only do exchanges or store credit. This is actually printed on the receipt. Ok I get it if you go home and decide it’s just not the best fit and you want to change it, but I DIDN’T EVEN GET TO MY CAR! That’s just ridiculous beyond words. I will NEVER GO BACK NOR WILL I EVER RECOMMEND THIS STORE TO ANYONE! The customer is definitely not their top priority!

I took my 88 year old mom in a couple of years ago and they were great with her. I went in today and Shelley helped me. She was awesome. This is the firat time I have ever felt that I was properly fit, she showed me lots of options and I couldn't be happier. I felt the bras were reasonably well priced and very good quality. I recommend the Linden Ridge Bra Bar!
