Bought a tv from there yesterday 11/11/23
The staff was amazing, did absolutely everything right, they made me and my girlfriend so happy with how they were treating us, they were funny, nice, and super helpful. I would hands down buy another tv or even furniture from them.

Purchased fridge from a competitor who stated they would call/text when it came in for pickup. Wasn't called nor told I would need to load it in my vehicle. I am all for a challenge but for a $2200 purchase and 265 pounds not that much of a challenge. Immediately went to The Brick, purchased the exact same fridge and was told check email Wednesday (purchased on a Saturday) and sure enough it was ready. As I couldn't pick it up that day I was also given a call late Thursday morning as well. Much easier to deal with and pickup was loaded into truck without issue. Purchased September 30th 2023, picked up October 5th 2023 in Brandon

I was so very pleased with the staff and their willingness to accommodate me on a Sunday when I was in desperate need of a freezer. I will definitely shop here in the future.
