I brought my fiance here after years of telling him how they have the best, biggest chicken burgers in the city.
Not sure what happened, but the chicken burgers we were given were smaller than what you'd get at A&w and just not good. The patty was half the size of the bun and had no flavour. I also ordered onion rings, they came burnt to a crisp. Waste of time and money.

Burger factory is always great. I wish there was another location but it's worth the drive.

First time eating here. Just happened to notice this place while on my way to Princess Auto. Grabbed the steakhouse burger and fries. Very good burger and fries. Will definitely stop in again. Clean restaurant and friendly staff.

Had the classic burger factory special, which used to be a favorite of mine when visiting the Portage location years ago. Let's just say "The glory days are gone. " Cheaper ingredients, different buns, and hamburger that makes you question it's origin all contribute to an underwhelming experience.

Since the girls took over for their father the quality of the food has gone down the buns are horrible you cannot eat a full burger because the bun will completely break down before you can finish it the interior is quite bland not appealing bathroom door womens first lock half of the time it’s just the whole place is going downhill

First time visiting this location and we were not disappointed.
I probably would have given five stars for food because the poutine was amazing. However, the burgers were a bit bland but that shouldn't take away from the overall experience. I did appreciate that we could pick what toppings we wanted and was impressed that they had fried onions as one of the options.
The staff are super friendly and very helpful, especially for a newbie like me at this location.

The burger is nothing like in the pic it's not real hamburger patties or home ade. Ones it's a processed burger like you buy from the store. Huge let down. I ordered a hot dog last time good I didn't notice.and onion rings you get like 6-7 little ones.
