Good Food! Straight forward no fuss burger joint. Probably the only place where the burgers are BIGGER than they look on the menu. Order modestly. You can always go back for more.

The food is amazing and I've NEVER met a rude staff member. My experience is always good!

It is certainly one of the great fat boy burger shacks in the city. Definitely worth checking out. The burgers are large and taste great. The poutine, and chili fry portions are quite large and taste good. The only reason I don't give this place 5 is because I ordered onion rings today and the portion was tiny, and they were clearly just generic rings nothing special. Other than that I love the place

We ordered a 3 weeks ago & it was amazing. Had a craving this week & was extremely disappointed. Missed a gravy that was ordered, burgers were soggy.

Awesome burgers! 2 years later still amazing. The deluxe bunless burger is freaking amazing. This is my family's go too place for a burger!

My new favourite burger place in the city!

When i first arrived, i was greeted by the manager who asked if it was my first time. I said yes, and he gave me a big scoop of chilli on some fries just to make sure it was to my liking. It definitely was!

The burgers are big, delicious, greasy, and very fairly priced, and the poutine was fantastic. I highly recommend this place to anyone who has a few minutes and wants to crush a big meal.

Was in St. James for some errands this evening so I popped in for a double deluxe no onion, no chili, add bacon, add jalapenos. Got chili and no bacon on the first burger. No problem, returned it and they made it again. Second one had no chili but still no bacon and this time I got onions and no jalapenos. Was pretty disappointed, but I had to get going so I scraped off the onions and made due.

Decent portions, OK burger, OK fries. Probably wouldn't make a special trip.

Well my husband conquered that beasty burger he ordered, it was the size of his head lol but yes he was super happy. 2 thumbs way up.

Have been going here for many years. Their fries and chili is one of my favorite meals in Winnipeg. Great portion and always tasty. One of my favorite restaurants in winnipeg.

We ordered our food it was fast. The fries were cold our burgers were cold we all had fat boys and the gravy was semi-hot. For $40 I would expect more than that. Last time I go. Fast doesn’t mean good.

It had been too long since I had been back here and it did not disappoint!

I ordered a large half poutine/half chili cheese fries and a deluxe burger with bacon and when I put it on the passenger seat of my truck to drive home, it was heavy enough to set off the warning that my passenger seat needed a seatbelt! 18$ for this order but the value is real.

Classic Winnipeg fatboy style burger, onion, chili, shredded lettuce, great mustard and a sesame seed bun. It's going to be messy, and it's going to be great, up there with any Fatboy in Winnipeg. The fries are alwayys homemade and crispy and definitely not skimpy. Same with the cheese, gravy and chili on the fries, you will not be left thinking more sauce was needed.

It was another magical meal and will be back after I work off this calorie deficit!

Great burgers and tasty great job guys I got home and fries and burgers still hot is my best place for burgers and fries.one thing I like about this place is they are not scared to give you a lot of fries.

This place is absolutely delicious! I’ve never been disappointed, the staff are awesome, customer service is stellar! The owner is so friendly! The prices are good, and the food is incredible! This place makes me drool just thinking about it and I would 10/10 recommend it to everyone! Now stop reading these reviews and get yourself a mouth watering burger or sides from the burger place!

Hands down my favorite place to get burgers in Winnipeg. I particularly like that the fries are hand cut and more automatically salted

I’ve been there a handful of times. Normally quite good. Today the owner wasn’t working. The fries were overcooked and the burger was quite bad. Go during the day when the owner is working.

With my line of work I get the chance to eat everywhere in the city! At the start of 2019 and into 2020 I decided to try all the Greek burgers at every famous spot in Winnipeg (about 6 per month). I’m talking VJ’s, dary whip, red top, all George’s, Mrs Mikes, all juniors and many many many more. Every time a fully loaded double deluxe (fat boy) with no fries, they aren’t my thing. So I’m only really rating the pure burger quality only.
I owe nothing to this owner and would really never bother to rate any place I don’t even live close to this place it was just a random stop in not even recommended by any friends. That being said this is THE BEST Greek style burger in Winnipeg. They use the right generous amount of meat sauce and they’re patties are the best. It turns out to be the absolute perfect Greek style combination, no matter who is cooking. Hands down the BEST. You will not find a better Greek burger.

As a bonus they take Debit and have a few tables too, staff seems friendly.

I actually don’t want you order from here or go here. Just mail this guy envelopes of money so he can stay open and I don’t ever have to wait for the BEST BURGER IN WINNIPEG!

We have been going here for over 20 years and the food has remained excellent. The burgers are great and the chili fries are among the best in the city. Great local place I would highly recommend.

I have been eating here for 20+ years. I've always loved it. The poutine is incredible!
I did recently attempt to try their veggie burger. I just assumed it would be homemade and blow store bought veggie burgers outta the park. And I was looking for that. Sadly, I visibly saw my frozen veggie burger being taken out of it's PC bag.: (It was good. Just disappointing. And I could have got 6 burgers for the price. But oh well.

Food is awesome, I eat here every time I am in the city. Health could take the back burner, because it's my only cheat food I ever need.

Service? Um, I'll be kind here.
Seems getting a order @ times correct is a challenge. It's almost like there's a language barrier (which there isnt) or just the fact that the girls taking orders, just don't listen.
They seem (at times) preoccupied with other thoughts. Not rude or anything like that, just not paying attention. Maybe if I was to text my order to them or post it on Facebook, they would get it correct.
My advice, check before you leave!

Best burgers for the price I've found. Deluxe cheeseburger is my go-to from there. Always fills the void when im craving a good burger.

One of my favourite burger shops in the city. Doing burgers the right way, sauced, loaded and hot off the flat top! Fries were crispy and so good too! A must try for a Winnipeg burger!

Great Food. Was an issue with our order when we got home but when we called they were quick to sort it out and were very helpful. When we returned the Manager was very polite and helpful. Appreciate the effort to keep us happy Burger Place!

Best chili burger I've had in Winnipeg, and I've had a few of the top rated. Tons of chili, beef was cooked perfect with lots of crisp. Old pop music playing in the background was fun, backstreet boys, nsyc, etc.
