If I could give 0 stars I would. This school is a literal SCAM. They will scam you out of thousands of dollars and steal from you. They don't care about you whatsoever. It is a BUSINESS that is in the BUSINESS of making money. Profits over everything! The absolute worst experience of my life.

They cancelled my appointment without telling me! I showed up for my hair cut and had a confirmation email and everything and they just cancelled it! Did not call me in advance or anything! Very unprofessional.

I went here to get my hydro-derma facial which improved my skin texture a lot. A highly recommended place to go as they provide supervised service. And moreover the prices are way better than all other salons in the city. A must go place! Keep working hard guys.

Just got my hair done for folk fest, it was a great experience. The student was great to work with and easy to talk to. The teacher was helpful and kind. Will definitely be back!

Don't waste your time coming here. 1st apt the lady mocked me, repeatedly laughing saying I wanted a mullet because I asked for short layers. Very unprofessional. Then my second appointment, I waited 25 minutes past my appointment time, the stylist didn't show up so they had to cancel and reschedule me after making me wait. And didn't approach me once to let me know what was going on until I asked when am I getting in. I get its students but we're paying customers and also value our time.

I was there a couple hours ago for a hair cut and it was fantastic! Ella was the stylist who did my hair and it came out better than I had imagined going into it. I can't stop touching it and looking it from all angles in my mirror. She did an amazing job. Thanks again Ella! (will def come again <3)

Went here for the 1st time May 9. The esthetician Amy did a great job with my hair, asked a lot of questions, and did the best job possible. I left happy!

Experience was awesome. She was so patient while doing my haircut and it result comes flawless.

I'm going there for the last 7 years and almost tried there all services so I would highly recommended very reasonable and a very good experience everytime.

Was very disappointed in the quality of service, but even more disappointed by the lack of accountability when a service is done improperly. A haircut can be subjective to interpretation, however one should not have to pay for a service if there is zero result (ie.poker straight lashes after a lash lift.)
My biggest concern was the fact that the instructors regrettably do not seem to want to teach customer service to their students, and instead make up excuses and openly treat the customer poorly after a valid complaint. The point of a salon is to make the client feel better after the visit, instead of the opposite, no? This ‘professional’ academy may seem cheaper, but not when your time and funds are wasted completely in the end. I won’t be returning, and I would not recommend this establishment.

Had my first visit today. Finally after shopping around and seeing three different hairstylists in different areas of the city, I finally left looking like the picture I brought in rather than looking like what the stylist wanted me to look like. I still can’t get the grin off my face. Staff super friendly, did a great job, didn’t push product and explained how to style hair at home with success. My next appointment is already booked. Thank you!

I stopped going here after the instructors were gossiping about clients with students in the spa.

I got my nails done here and I loved it! I got a design and the nails looked better than the nails I got a a professional where I paid $100, but this place is cheap, helps students learn, and it was nice talking to the girl doing my nails!

The education that I have been receiving at this school has been horrible
I have had three different teachers in the last month also the supplies I have been give aren’t enough for my education
I have put in all my saving into this school believing I would be getting everything I need for my own business but I haven’t
