Zero effort made for plant based food or non-alcoholic drinks. So much for “Don’t drink & drive. ” Healthy food or drink? Not here. Not even a little bit. Soft drinks come with 6 tons of ice and a shot glass worth of soda.

First time there. Niece wanted to go there for her birthday & was glad of the ribs special! She had been there before.
We ordered 2 baskets each of the ribs, 2 with sauce & 2 dry. Our choices different so we could have a taste of each. Ordered large basket of fries to share. As I need to watch my sugar, I asked for mustard which I usually do other places. Our waitress was great, friendly, courteous and attentive. I do wish she had told me that there was a charge for the mustard. I wasn't expecting it & unfortunately did not see the $1.50 charge on my receipt until I got home. If I had noticed it at the restaurant, I would have addressed it then. Even though I took it home, a bit of an excessive charge for mustard to dip fries in. Would have done without.
Kinda dampened my spirits after a nice meal & pleasant evening.

My experience was mind blowing. Courtney was the best server I’ve ever had. She was friendly, attentive, and made me laugh the whole time. The food was amazing too. Ayoub is killing it in the kitchen.

Went for dinner with my family. Worst dinner that I've ever had at a restaurant. As a matter of fact waitress didn't even bring my food as the rest of my family were eating and almost finished there meal I hadn't even received mine. A waitress that brought drinks to table dumped water all over my plate that had my appetizer on it which was soaked an not edible from being drowned in water. I approached the manager and explained what had happened and all that came out of his mouth was an excuse to justify poor service. Great way to look after your customers.

Maya was a real treat of a server! We had a ton of fun. Bacon Wrapped Jalapenos were super grreat.

Stopped by the Canadian Brewhouse, Alyssa was an amazing server. The food was fantastic and she was extremely friendly. 10/10! Will definitely be coming back.

Worst experience ever. Didn't expect racism from a popular place like this.
The menu had free garlic fingers for first timr which we did along with other order and asked for no bacon and they put bacon on it. Instead of saying sorry or swapping the item the server says you are not paying for this item anyway its free for you so what are you complaining for. Ruined our evening so thank you very much we left right away without having dinner.

Staff was super nice. My wife and I had brunch here 11/20/2021. She had chicken sliders, I had breakfast poutine and we shared fried pickles. All were very tasty. One thing I would change is the lighting in the booths. Relies too much on the light from the TVs so every time the TV fades to black (before & after commercials, etc) it's like someone is playing with a dimmer. Not a deal breaker or anything though. Would still recommend.

I'm not a big fan of sports bars but I was pleasantly surprised by how much I liked the food. As for it's Brewhouse name it would have been nice to see some local craft beers on the menu.

Got shorted on my beverages that I ordered along with my food. They were able to refund skip credits which were more than enough. Thank you

Decided to go here for dinner because I've heard good things. Stood at the "wait to be seated" sign for near to 10 minutes before I left without any acknowledgment from the staff.

Not a bad stop for us. Had a nice meal of finger food and a cold beer. Tons of screens if you are looking to watch a game and lively atmosphere for the Jets. Large offering of draft beers but not many adventurous offerings.

Amazing experience here. My friends and I had just come from somewhere else for drinks (was a nightmare) and just mentioned it when sitting down. Our waitress brought us free shots and shot glasses cause she wanted us to have a good rest of the night. Service was fast and drinks were delicious.

The brisket poutine is amazing! However, the wings are very small and they are priced close to, if not more than competing restaurants despite being smaller.

The host said it would've been a 10min wait but ended up being way more than that so we left, and I get a text 40min later saying our table is ready. About 10 people left while we were there and 4 other people walked in and got tables right away. What a joke of a restaurant you are. Disgusting service you offer. We will not be returning there. If you have long waiting times just say so instead of wasting people’s time

Nice patio, would give a star or two more if it carried some local beers on tap. I always like their nachos.

Terrible service from start to finish. We waited for an hour and 10 minutes before anyone came to take our order (we went on a Monday and it was not busy). During our wait, the manager looked over at us multiple times and didn’t send any waiter/waitress to take our order. Food is overpriced and not very good. If I could give this review 0 stars I would. I think it’s clear to say I don’t recommend eating here.

Seated super quickly which was a pleasant surprise for a friday night. Highly recommend the beef and cheddar yorkies. The service was very good and quick. We have been there before but this visit was definitely the most impressive! I would recommend

Good food. Fabulous patio. Whether it's hot or cool out they've got it covered. Even when it 30° plus they have great shade. When it's cool they've got plenty of heaters.

Great service, great drinks, good food. Just felt the nachos on the combo platter could have had at leqst some cheese and hamburger on it.just saying the plain chips were a let down.

The food is always good but their new policy if fulfilling SKIP orders first made it a 35 min wait for a nacho platter.wasn't impressed.

Cauliflower wings were good but it's disappointing that they don't have any local beers on tap.

Turning my review fr a 5 star a few years ago to a 1:
We all understand that restrictions would be effecting our time out to restaurants, etc but after showing my 2nd Covid immunization confirmation, which was 18 days past the time I had taken it, thx for wasting my brother and I's time waiting for a table. I have spent the past five birthdays at Cdn Brewhouse but prob won't be going back. How is it fair that we were not sat indoors when the patio was full b/c my brother and I weren't from the same house hold, yet w/ him having his 1st vaccine and again, myself having both, well past the 2 week time frame, that we had to wait the 2 hours to NOT be seated? There were plenty of well spaced tables and after coming back there was a table that didn't have a barrier in between them yet the parties were sitting at seperate tables and enjoying their meal. What a waste of time. I understand restrictions are hard for restaurants but try to be fair and reasonable to all your guests. My brother and I left, me being upset that we had waited the 2+ hours (were never called back and after returning to check) were still turned away. I drove to the newly reno'd Smittie's near by, they noted we weren't fr the same household && yet we were sat 6 feet apart after 10 mins of waiting and moved to a patio seat after 10 mins at the indoor table! THAT'S service! Note that we arrived at 2105 to their restaurant and were still able to get a full meal and drinks on a Saturday evening.

I came to the Brewhouse this evening for the first time and I had the most amazing time! My server Emily H.made the experience so wonderful. She made me feel welcome and so safe (I haven't gone to a restaurant in a year because of COVID). She was attentive and went above and beyond to make sure my friend and I had the best night ever. The food was delicious (especially the golden fingers!) and the drinks were fantastic. I will definitely be back, and I hope to have Emily serve me again!

Well I was not happy the eggs were not to my satisfaction, The potato is from a frozen bag, The coffee was way too strong, The steak was good a little to do well done, The service was good

Food is good, but the service is hit or miss. On my last visit we were told the wait was an hour so my gf and I got starbucks across the street and almost immediately got the text to come back. We returned and the hostess was cool enough to get cups for our drinks. Problem was that I overheard the supervisor or manager making rude comments about my gf and I. If it is such a problem please just tell us to put it in the car. They've also become more rigid on modifying your meal lately which is dissapointing.

The food and service was lower quality then what I had come to expect of them this time around. I don't know what has changed but go back to the way it was before. The owner replied to this review but when I sent him an email he never responded. So what's up with that? It's a bit cowardly to say the least.

Dine in service expectations were not met. I am only rating 2 stars mostly due to poor service. This was my first time dining at this restaurant, the food did meet my expectations but the customer service did not. However the whole bad dining experience could of been avoided. Our server spent more time chit chatting with a co-worker & failing to check on our table. We were @ the restaurant for 1.50 hours & most of that was due to waiting for our server to bring us our drink refills, our bill, & paying the bill. Finally after waiting so long I walked up to our server & interrupted her conversation with her co-worker to say we would like to pay & leave. When the server brought us our bill I noted a $2.00 price difference on the bill compared to the menu. The server excused it saying the lesser charge was the lunch price which was not the case since we showed her the lunch price was $6.00 cheaper. We paid the bill but the waitress did not change the bill to reflect the menu price. This experience was not a positive dining experience in any way & was disappointing.

Apparently the patio is full, you don't have to book for reservations. Didn't let us in but let the couple behind us in.

To begin, this was our first time ordering from here. We had a free appetizer but they would not honour it because it was meant for dine-in even though restaurant dining is closed. Every other restaurant has honoured these types of promotions given the current code red state of the province. I asked for an “uncommon” dip substitution and the employee on the phone said “that wouldn’t taste very good, but I guess that’s your choice”. In addition the portion of the food was pretty small. My fajitas came with large shells and hardly any chicken, as well they forgot the sour cream and by the time we got home they were closing and it was too late. Overall, it was not a very good experience.

I honestly thought the food would taste like cheap pub food but it was excellent everything came out hot all the food (besides the pizza) was extremely good. Their pizza is what dragged it down to 4 stars. All in all though it's affordable and awesome.

Fantastic visit despite covid! We sat on their beautiful patio and enjoyed some drinks and entrées. Honestly, they have such a spectacular patio! Food was great, service was great, and prices were fair. I highly recommend visiting this location. Thanks again CBH Team!

Got told there was a short 30 min to 90 min wait to sit in the patio area, had no problem with that so I went to my car and waited. Next thing you know it's 9 hours later and they've now closed, and I wasted my whole Saturday waiting to eat your below average food. I'd rate -100 stars if I could.

We moved to Winnipeg from the states and our first meal during quarantine was CBH. Skip the dishes delivered and everything was amazing. Food was carefully prepared and sealed to ease our minds during COVID. Highly recommend!

Absolutely fantastic service along with decent food. Only thing I was a little put off with was how loud the music was. I DO enjoy my music loud.but when I go to a restaurant for an evening.it's hard to have a conversation others without shouting there. Would definitely recommend and go back again though.

Good food, friendly staff, decent beer selection (even though they don't have stouts). A little pricey, but not bad.

We stop by here every couple of months. Food is so good. Service is awesome. Grab a table, servers are friendly, bartenders not so much, but still a good view of TVs at the bar

Visited this place for the first time last night.didn't know there was such a great place for Trivia! The host was charismatic and our bartender Bryce really knew how to make us laugh.will be back!

Stopped in on our way through Winnipeg. Funny menu! Food and service exceeded expectations. We have similar chains in Ontario. None as good. Rare these days that you see a manager helping out and greeting the guests. Very friendly people. We will visit again in 3 weeks on our way home. Thanks Canadian Brewhouse Winnipeg!

My fries weren't hot. This is a bar/ restaurant for jocks so if you don't mind having UFC fighters beating each other bloody on a dozen TV screens while dining then you may enjoy the many beers they have on tap. My burger was pricey but good, ($16)

I have been enjoying this location since they opened. Great atmosphere. Watched many Jets games here. Food is always good, great daily specials. My personal fave is taco Tuesday! Staff and management are great, always friendly and attentive. I highly recommend checking it out. Plus the TVs! So many TVs for all your sports needs.

Been here a couple times and enjoyed my burger and cold beer. Today I had the Saturday ribeye special. I wouldn't have it again. Very tough steak, shrimp that came with it was cold, unseasoned and perhaps microwaved.

Went there for lunch this afternoon for a work event. Food took a little longer than usual but seeing as the place was full it makes sense. Our server Courtney was fantastic. Will be back for sure.

We feel very lucky to have a Canadian Brewhouse in our corner of the city - probably the only place in town that will always play the Oilers game. Wife likes the Habs and they'll play those games too. Once I saw them play a Leafs game. That was not so good.

Bryce is a great bartender and the rest of the staff is very friendly. The food is wonderfull and priced accordingly. Management is accommodating and ensures all needs are met when requested. The staff genuinely cares about your day and how everything was from start to finish. Drinks to food and helps when ever possible to ensure a positive experiance.

Good food, good menu. Service is generally good, sometimes slow but mostly good! Easy going atmosphere. I've been back here several times.

I bring all my colleagues here because I can count on the service and there's something for everyone on the menu

Emily served us tonight and we had excellent service by her! She was very attentive and fun with our group. Will be coming back for sure, Garlic fingers were to die for!
