By far the best place to deal with, I have been in the automotive industry for 20yrs and have seen it all. They are honest, strait forward and helpful.
Would definitely go back when looking for another vehicle!

Purchased a 2016 BMW 3-series 328i in October from the car store on main, wonderful car and experience. Had some minor issues with the vehicle that the dealership addressed and covered the repairs at no additional cost for myself which I was appreciative for. Overall good experience and the guys did a great job attending to my problems. Would recommend.

This was my first experience purchasing a vehicle from a dealership. I was pleasantly surprised and thankful that I went to The Car Store for my first stop in what was supposed to be a full day of car shopping. Charles and the rest of the team were very helpful and able to provide me with plenty of information so that I could make the best decision from the options given to me (especially when dealing with a tight budget). I’m super happy with my new SUV and also glad that I decided to get a remote starter installed before winter! All in all, I would strongly recommend stopping by if you are shopping for a new (used) car!

We purchased a Subaru Outback for our family and absolutely love it! We dealt with Charles and Elves who are both very knowledgeable and answered all our questions (and more). We had a sensor issue that came up shortly after purchasing and they dealt with it immediately. This has been the best car dealer experience we've ever had and I would highly recommend to anyone! We will be going back again in the future when we need another vehicle!

Recently purchased a 2016 BMW series 3 328i x drive from this dealership. I was in an urgent need for a new vehicle as mine crapped out on me. The finance manager was able to answer all the questions I had on this vehicle. The process was quick and easy and I was able to leave with the vehicle that same day after signing the documents. I appreciate the teams effort in quickly getting me the best possible rate for my vehicle and getting me on the road that same day. Was also able to purchase new rims and tires for the vehicle which was a nice add on needed for the winter.

I can honestly say that I had the best experience purchasing my SUV at this dealership. The vehicles are in good shape wth lots of new parts put on before they are sold, including tires, which is awesome. Charles goes above and beyond to make sure that you are completely satisfied with your vehicle purchase and is the nicest and most honest salesperson I have ever met. If you are looking for a good used vehicle check out this place first, you won't be disappointed.

By far one of the worst dealers I’ve ever went to, Charles was unprofessional from the first phone call, his little experience in customer service shows when you deal with him.

Once I didn’t take his below average offer for my vehicle he came aggressive and defensive and accusatory.

Not only did he become aggressive, he lied several times to try and get him out of a deep hole he couldn’t stop digging.

Coming from a person who runs a big Manitoba based buisness with many years of customer service this guy must be very new to the world of selling and making customers happy.

He failed to include the vehicle was damaged and repainted and also had a whole new poorly painted bumper.

He also wouldn’t tell us where the car came from and he didn’t know.

Very sketchy energy forsure.

If you want a modern hipster poor car salesman this is the one for you! I would not recommend to my worst enemy.

I’m not looking for any reply from the buisness to try and act like this didn’t happen, people need to see bad reviews as they delete all the bad ones.

Bought a civic here a couple years ago, they sold me a car that does not heat up in -25 or colder, ive taken it in to get it in to get looked at somewhere twice already still having issues. Then I was told that my vehicle is missing the entire skid plate underneath the car, so I was sold a car with no skid plate. Also cant wait to drive my 9 month old around in no heat this winter. Also had a sensor issue the week after having the car, i took it back and im assuming they just wiped it to clear it. Took it in to get looked at since it keeps coming on turns out i also have damage from mice, so i was sold my car with wire damage from mice.

Hands down the best experience we have ever had purchasing a vehicle. Charles was very patient with us. We felt zero pressure when we visited the dealership (multiple times over 3+ months) which made us want to do business with him. They were extremely fair with our trade. We've since been back for maintenance on our Acura MDX, and they will continue to get our business.

I bought my car from The Car Store on Main Street in May. I was very impressed with this business. I primarily dealt with Elves. When I test drove the car, the engine light came on. I brought it to their attention and they told me not to worry that they would take care of it. After trying to rectify the problem, they told me to take it to the car brand dealership to have the problem diagnosed. The brand dealership fixed the problem and The Car Store took care of the bill. I love my car and it runs great. I found that Elves responded to my texts quickly and always reassured me that they would look after me. Next time I am looking to buy a vehicle, The Car Store will certainly be at the top of my list.

Buying a car from this place was the smoothest, easiest and most trouble free experience. Charles was a pleasure to deal with. Absolutely no high pressure sales tactics. He did listen to what I was after and was able to point out a few possibilities. I zeroed in on a used Outback in fantastic shape and he was able to explain the features very well. Getting financing was a breeze. After I purchased the car, I noticed that one of the cross bars of the built in roof rack had been attached using a really weird screw. Charles went above and beyond to rectify the problem and make sure I was happy well after the sale had been closed. Would definitely buy from this place again.

Amazing dealership. Prices are good and they value your trade-in fairly and don’t lowball you. Workers are even better than the prices they help you with everything and don’t pressure or manipulate you into doing anything.

I wouldn’t go back to this store. I’m not sure if they even have a reputation to keep. We bought a BMW X3 a year ago and I’m glad i didn’t put a review right away when they asked me after the sale. Well here I am now. First, After signing the loan documents we were asked to come back coz the bank disapproved it and we needed to sign a loan documents again with a different bank. Second, we added few additional stuff like remote and even after 3 months it wasn’t available so we just ended up cancelling it. And third and worse, 3 weeks after the purchase the engine oil level is going down so fast so we came back and they just topped it up and were good to go. Then on our second month after the purchase its asking for more engine oil, i called them I was advised to go to canadian tire to buy an engine oil. Then battery needed to get replaced as car is not starting. Only to find out that the oil engine is leaking. So technically these guys will sell you a car that needed to get fixed. You guys have technicians how could you sell a car that you know would break down after 30-60days. You should know better. You just sold me a car that made sure will not breakdown in the first 60days. I spent more almost 3000$ to have it fixed. Unbelievable. Selling a car that is leaking and with battery problem. And you guys don’t call back. I thought i was satisfied with your service. But wait until few weeks and you will see problems. I would never deal with this dealer again. I bought another car (traverse) I got it from Jim Gauthier again and they are fantastic as always.

Very good service working with Charles on finding the perfect car to fit my needs. They have always gone over and above when I bring the car in for maintenance, such as washing it after an oil change. I would recommend anyone looking for a pre-owned vehicle to start at the car store.
