The Common

The beer flights were inexpensive and fun to try. The bartender took great care in helping select beers I like for my flight.

A Winnipeg must seem the forks is a great meeting place in our city. Even better, the common offers a variety of food and drink options. The grounds are licensed outdoors throughout so you can have drinks with friends while enjoying the river. It's a little expensive upscale casual vibe. Drinks are expensive for Winnipeg standards but it is a tourist spot.

It is a vibrant public space that features a variety of shops, restaurants, food vendors, and entertainment options. Visitors can explore diverse cuisines, buy handmade crafts, enjoy outdoor activities, and learn about the area's cultural heritage.

Very racist place. I was eating my food and the guy with the beard asked me and my friend to leave for no reason. Never coming back here.

Was here to witness the new year eve fireworks but the place was jam packed just before midnight a stampede was imminent if anything triggered the need for a lot of people to want to leave the building at the same time.

Very good variety of beer and wine offered. However seating is super limited. Lots of people taking seating without food or beverages and it would be nice for a rule to exist to gaurd against loitering on seating so paying clientele can enjoy a drink or two.

Great atmosphere. Good place to go if you can't decide on food. There are a lot of options here.

Love the craft beers, had an excellent Fort Garry radler that is unfortunately not available anymore.

I guess at basically $10 a beer the service better be good. Place is always clean.

Outside lights in the seating area could use a dusting

That Everett guy, he really knows his beers. He makes everyone feel welcome. Everett has a good recommendation, no matter what I'm craving.

Update2022: damn they were hustling at that outside bar. The bar tenders, the custodians and security were all working hard.

Tuesday July 26th. Whoever the bartender is was extremely slow. Must be new. But why not give him some help?

The non-local beer are nice to try but paying roughly $10 a beer for a local Winnipeg beer is a bit much I think.

Nested inside, and outside the forks, the Common is a great place to sample local beer of various flavours. Good periodic rotation, decent seating, the Common is the place to be in the summer time.

Grand choix d'alcool. Tables dans différentes zone pour intimité. Accès au bord de la rivière et au sentier. L'hôtel est à côté quoi demander de plus!
