Update: Based on the reply seems like the restaurant had lots of issues to deal with. Really think the planning between the tour and the restaurant shoukd have been better. Will increase my rating from 1 star, since I've had some good service here before.

I was a part of the Open Brandon Bus Tour 2022 which was very good. But the last part of the tour was a meal at the Docks. Poor food experience with over 1.5 hrs wait for our food though we pre-ordered a day before. And the order wasnt fully correct

Celebrating a friend's birthday and one of the favorite restaurants with this family is The Dock. I was recommended The Dock burger and was not disappointed. If you can see by the picture, the patty was thick and the burger was delicious! The onion rings were a little bland with taste but dip it in the sauce they have and you won't be disappointed. Although the presentation of the deep fried Mars Bar looks amazing, I was disappointed with the first bite. Not something I would get again. Might have ordered the cheesecake, but their flavor was Tiger Tiger that day and from what I heard from my friend, it wasn't that tasty either. More options would be nice.
The service was superb though. Constantly came back to check on us, was very professional and friendly. Made the time there even more enjoyable.

Connie was our server. There were 12 of us and she handled our wants and needs like a pro! She was amazing and deserves a raise. People like her do not come along very often! She rocks.

Service was attentive. The beer was cold and the appetizers were decent. The daily special cocktails were creative and reasonably priced.

As usual, the food and atmosphere are just great. Came by with a few buddies tonight for food and pool.

Our appies were great, we had onion rings and mozza sticks. Highly recommend the onion rings.

Main courses were all pretty darn tasty, go figure one of the guys ate too many appies and had to doggybag his food.

Great place to come for a good meal or even drinks and appies.

Looking forward to next time.

Very cool place in Brandon. Met a few friends and everything was great. Fast service, great food (fish and chips) and the atmosphere is very nice. Looks like it would be a great place to hang with larger groups or even just two people. I’ll be back!

We got into Brandon late and just picked this restaurant for takeout on the way to our hotel. Thank goodness we decided to grab it before getting to the hotel as it was only a short detour; it would've been a pain to go back into town.

Typical pub atmosphere. However, their gluten-free free menu is just wow! They even have battered foods with gluten-free flours, unheard of!

It's so nice to be able to eat out and have options other than just salad.

We are from out of town, so we picked The Dock because of the abundant gluten-free options, including gravies! I ordered their beef dip sandwich with poutine. Do you know how long it's been since I've had poutine? Mmmmm, just delicious. The beef dip was so good with lots of tender thin sliced beef, horseradish on a soft and moist gluten-free bun, and umami au jus that was perfect! Hubby had their regular bacon avocado chicken wrap. It also was very good.

Was told to seat anywhere and then just left after 25min of waiting after I sat down. Didn’t see a waitress, menu, glass of water.

Stopped here last weekend for lunch and a drink. We weren't sure how hungry we were so shared the calamari and chicken tacos along with a couple local IPAs. The food and drinks were both enjoyable.we will be back!

The regulars, they're like a motley crew of characters plucked straight from the pages of a noir novel. There's Old Jack, with a gravelly voice and tales that could fill volumes, and Ruby, a dame who's seen more than her fair share of heartache but still wears a smile that could light up the darkest alley. And then there's Crazy Lou, a wild-eyed poet who spouts verses that sound like they were written by a man who's danced with the devil.

The food is amazing in this quiet sleepish town. It's a busy place, they have a lovely patio. Food was served promptly.

The best place to go for an amazing meal. The server Connie is the best. The meal was Fantastic. Burgers were so juicy and flavourful and the garlic fries were so delicious as well.

This place has lost its unique touch. This menu is soooooo basic and has been the same for years. Food is mediocre. It needs an update! Its disappointing because this used to be the place to be. Service was fine, just wasn't a fan of waiting 45 min for 2 tacos.

I cannot really rate on atmosphere as I did not eat in the restaurant. I was at section 6 which has their menu on each table and you have to order through the brewery. The food was horrible. We waited over an hour for our food. I know we were not priority as we were not in the restaurant but if you are taking my money as a take out order I think you should treat me as a paying customer. We finally had the brewery call the dock to see if our food was coming. Within minute our food was there. Cold and terrible.
I will never be back. Love the dock as a customer when I'm in the restaurant so disappointing when they know I've paid for my food and can't complain to the brewery. If I had more time I would have walked over and said something to the management. If you want your menu displayed on a table treat the customer with a bit of respect. We all work hard for our money. I would have had no problem walking over and picking up my food 30 minutes earlier when it was ready. Places get busy and staff is hard to come by but if you don't have the staff to manage don't put it a service you really can't provide. Look up all my reviews I don't just put the bad places up I love writing a good review. I have been a business owner for over 27 years.

Not the best past few times I visited. I ordered a salad and they didn't have all the ingredients for it. And the chicken fingers tasted weird and were burnt and were cut open like they had to check if they're ready. If you don't know how to make something or don't have ingredients take it off the menu. Also some dust from the ceiling fell into my drink so maybe clean that.

This was my first time coming here, and it did not disappoint. Came with a couple co-workers and it was very busy and obviously short-staffed, as most places nowadays. We were also on a very limited time crunch. The wait was getting long, over 30 min, but when we expressed how we were needing to leave to get back to work, the staff moved our order up, without us even asking! We may have speed-ate our lunch, but it was absolutely delicious! The prices were a bit high, but that's seen at every place nowadays. I'd recommend this place for a get-together with friends for sure! This is a pub-type environment, which is excellent for a great time with the gang.

Love The Dock, I go here with my family for supper nearly anytime I'm in town. They have a very tasty menu that includes locally sourced ingredients. If you like a good burger and/or fries, give this place a shot!

They chicken tacos and beer battered fries are top tier, super crunch outsides and soft insides. Perfect

Attended mid afternoon and I was greeted by friendly staff. She quickly attended to me and my food came out fairly quick. The food presentation was great, it looked absolutely delicious and tasted just as good!

Always had great food there got green fried rabbit mushrooms it was a plate of fried batter with the odd slice of mushroom. Should have said something while I was there. Couldn’t eat it. Very disappointing

We went off the beaten path in Brandon on our trip from AB to ON. Not the best meal after 20 hours on the road. We chose this restaurant for the bison. The online menu showed bison ribs but they werent on the menu. On top of that they were out of bison for the bison burger. More of a sports bar feeling than restaurant, and after our meal we had wished we did not come across this restaurant.

Had a great lunch and couple drinks I've never tried before. Great food, friendly service & overall nice atmosphere. We were charged couple dollars more for our meal than what was on the menu & also for the side, but no biggie.
