I've spent 50k on material this year at this location for multiple projects and never had a problem.

Good home improvement store. I struggle sometimes to find staff for assistance in this location, but overall it's good and usually has what I need in stock.

Good store to visit if you are planning your home and kitchen renovation! I found their delivery company very helpful and responsive to our needs.

The Home Depot on Bishop Grandin Boulevard

This location has a large parking lot with ample parking.
When entering there is both hand sanitizer and masks, After yhe inner doors a friendly staff member greets you and also has face masks.

We had gone for light switch plates and there was a large selection. They had multiple styles and colours.

We quickly made our choice and walked to the cashier. The store wasn't super busy and there wasn't a lineup at the cashier.

We approached an available cashier who was mostly ignoring us and talking to a younger coworker behind him. We only had two items which he scanned them. We had our credit card out which he activated the credit card machine. My wife tapped her chip and was prompted how she would like her receipt and when she was halfway entering her email address the cashier pushed a button and stuffed the paper receipt into her hand. He wentvon talking to his coworker.

Some staff was excellent and others were rude and shouldn't be working retail.

I went to buy wall and wood paint today and the young lady that helped me was extremely helpful. She even helped me pick out a colour. I hope she is appreciated by her managers for providing such good customer service.

The lady in the window covering lane was super helpful in making my decision, she had lots of suggestions and listened to what it was I was looking for and gave straight forward answers about the privacy films I was asking about.

Typical home Depot. Decent selection but no staff around to help. Also bought Trager pellets and half the bags were held together with tape or ripped. Brought a bag home and pellets were wet. Extremely unhappy

The Staff are helpful. But we went to look at samples of Composite Decking not knowing the samples were located at the contractor's exit. Perhaps they should be moved on the floor near the Lumber?

Beware of getting any kind of door installation, when you buy a door from Home Depot, the installer will not install a door which you have already purchased, they want to come down, measure your door opening and sell you a custom door, which could cost you at least if not more than the pre hung door from Home Depot, The installer flat outside that they wouldn't install the pre hung 32x80 door that I bought from Home Depot.the only reason I gave 2 stars was the Home Depot employee was very helpful and gave good service. I guess that no one had explained the installers are a separate window / door company.

Always polite staff and willing to help.sometimes, due to heavy customer present, help can be slow.

Was picking up 1 box of tile. Shelf was empty so the sales associate.said he would have to take it down and open the pallet, as he was walking away he was grumbling an said all this for one box. Then when he had it down, and after I told him I could hardly walk and was in a lot of pain. He hollered from the opposite end of the asile Your box is here, not making any move to bring it closer. So I retrieved my cart and hobbled down to the pallet. When I get there I had to lift it off the Pallet and put it in the cart. I started to yell the other assoc.he looked like he really didn't care. So rather than loosing my temper, I went to the cashier, but he didn't care just shrugged. What happened to the service with a smile. I mean I was patient. As he spent 10 minutes to find it on his computer till I found it for him on my phone, than another 2-3 minutes complaining about having to get it. He was upset about it being 8: 25pm almost quitting time. Anyway I have only been to this branch 5 times. I usually go to the one on Keneston, and have always bent over backwards to do the best the can.

Has what you need for all your projects. No bargain on prices. No mandate on mask wearing, is that good or bad? Nice to see a business that mandates wearing of masks, put public health before company profits, a rare commodity these days!

Good stuff however I always have a hard time finding anything in this store. Staff are always nice.

Curbside pick up service was horrible waited an 1hr just to pick up order item finally came it was the wrong item faster just to go in the store to pick up any purchases

The customer service is good at this location. They have pretty much everything in stock all the time and the entrance and exit are convenient.

Home depot is known for their great customer service but not this location. I purchased an item from a different store and it didn't work for me. I took it back and the lady at the service desk told me that she need my ID because it's been over 30 days. I asked the reason why she needs my ID when HD return policy is 90 days and she could not explain it. Finally a manager came to speak to me who was extremely defensive and he also couldn't explain the process. I finally gave up and gave them my ID and he said he would only give me store credit because it's over 30 days and I can take it back to where I purchased it from if I'm not happy. He would not refund my credit card. I got frustrated and tired of arguing with this so called manager that had no customer service skills and went to the location where I purchased the item from. Spoke to an extremely nice manager who looked at my receipt and said I can get my money back on the credit card since I have my original receipt and credit card I purchased this with. But it was too late and I left the item at the St vital store. I have had nothing but good experience until now and I would NEVER return to St vital location due to their lack of knowledge and service skills. I am so disappointed that I had to take a store credit instead of the original source of payment and the way this specific store is managed and operates.

Bought paint and paint brushes for really good prices here. Covid measures made it safe to shop here and the staff was very helpful.

They have what you need but most of there employees have no business working at a hardware store. There is never enough staff. You end up stuck in the store for an hour just waiting for someone to cut some wire

Carries a larger inventory than our local Kenaston store does so once in awhile we visit the larger store for wider variety. Clean and helpful staff proactively approaching to see if you need help.

Found people to be uncaring of social distancing. Customers and staff. Too crowded for my comfort

Was there to ask a plumbing question about a cylinder and the sales associate was not interested in helping me. He was only interested in selling me a new faucet.very disappointing

Couldn't give a review as I was quickly in & out because they didn't sell what I needed. I confused Home Depot for Rona's as the item is sold at Rona's.

Excellent service and we had to go to another store to get everything but we got It at The Home Depot

Somehow with my luck, a trip to Home Depot always means 3-4 trips in the same day when I accidentally grab the wrong thing or turns out my house decides to be rude and make it impossible to fix the thing I’m working on anyways unless I macgyver the original parts back in anyways. But Home Depot is very easy with returns and exchanges. I just wish their online website matched up with their stock in store a bit better. That’s the only reason for 4 stars.

Was good but they are running out of stock so you have to go to a couple of stores but they helped me out by phoning the other store to put aside what I needed

Sat in curb side pickup for 30 minutes after checking in. Couldn’t call to talk to anyone because they don’t answer the phone. Waited and waited. Took 45 minutes. So.

Homedepot is one of my favorite stores! I don't normally frequent this location and im glad for that. I visited a couple weeks ago and the service was horrible. I had one associate stand and watch me struggle with 16fy lumber before he got impatient and pushed his cart around. While looking for a ratchet strap I asked another associate where I might find them and was told go ask someone else.

Only reason they lose a star is because it's hard to find workers that can help but they do extra wood cuts for free so that's nice. ;) Probably because I'm here 3x a week but still.
