If you buy a major appliance here you only have 48HOURS to return them according to the manager if they are damaged so upset! And to the owner don't you dare send me a generic response you send everybody with one star saying thank you for bringing this to our attention. You are very much aware of this so no thank you for your response

This review is mostly for the online shopping experience, I shop in store all the time and haven’t had any real poor experiences, but shopping online is terrible. In the past I’ve ordered big items online, and while they do arrive it does take a while, I’ve never really noticed how bad the experience is as usually it’s not something I need immediately so I don’t think much about it. Until recently. I ordered a stove online from Home Depot with the whole reason I did that because the delivery date they gave me was sooner than I’d be able to drive to the nearest store (over an hour away) and pick one up. Little did I know that date was completely made up. After that date came and went I messaged them to see if there was an update, that’s when I was informed they didn’t even have it and had to order it from a supplier and it had just shipped from there. After another week passed Home Depot got possession of it and updated my delivery date. Well that date came and went too, so again I messaged and was told they’d follow up. By follow up they just messaged me every couple days to see if I got it. Well then they gave me yet another delivery date, and “shockingly” that date has come and went as well. I have no idea when this is going to arrive but I know I will never be ordering products from Home Depot unless I’m in the store and can physically touch the object. Avoid ordering online from Home Depot unless you are in absolutely no hurry to receive it.

Great experience the first time but the second time the staff wasn't very knowledgeable or willing to help.

Night staff doesn't always stock shelves. Had to wait more than 30mins for an item to be sourced. A very nice helpful young man went above and beyond to assist us. So 4 stars because of him.

The worst home store in the town. Never fulfill the promise. Never go there specially for blind. Poor quality. 6 months wait to deliver blinds. Too expensive.

Lately Home Depot has had everything we've been needing for our renovations, and staff available to help. Good reason for me going back.

Went to look in their garden centre for some larger tropical house plants. Wow! Still have a large selection, wide variety. Very reasonably priced. The clerk was very helpful. Pleasant and a nice smile. Made you feel welcome. Would definitely not hesitate to shop there again.

I frequently find that a fair number of staff aren't very well trained at locating items for the customers. I was looking for a corn broom a few weeks ago and I had to find it and educate the staff on what's a corn broom.

Worst store ever to deal with especially online orders. The are horrible at returning a persons money on cancelled orders!

Why encourage people to use curbside pick up when it takes more then 45 mins to bring out one item to only one person waiting. Also tried calling the phone number multiple times with no one answering.

I bought Ridgid drill set. Drill didnt last 6 months and piled up. I went to return it as its suppose to have 3 year warranty. Home Depot handed me a card to call ridgid customer service. Once contacted them I need to take drill to closest service centre to get looked at. They inform me that it is in Brampton Ont. Definately won't be buying tools from Home Depot again.

Well they were out of stock on what I went for, but at least 3 staff asked if I needed help, better than I can say for most places.

Good selection of products, prices are good on most things. I just wish more sales people can be placed on the floor to help people.

Hard to get through to on the phone.
If you manage to speak to someone, they rarely have any knowledge about anything in store. Poor customer service

Always an interesting place, we were looking for jewelery wire on the recommendation from a Michael's employee and my daughter found what she needed for an upcoming project. It was considerably less expensive and more suitable than what we could find elsewhere.

I like going to Home Depot. I can always find someone to help me and I get advice about home repairs that I need badly (I'm not great with this stuff). Staff are friendly and helpful and they have a ton of products!

Occasionally we get great service, however all too often service is lacking.

There used to be more staff, and they were far more engaged when Curtis Williams was the Store Manager.
