Went in yesterday for my first ever classics set, had an amazing time! Everyone was so nice, I had a student work on me.and I will say 10/10! Especially for a beginner. The place is very nice and clean, all the staff were friendly.the only thing I will say is that it's COLD in the biulding, so wear something warm!

I am very glad that I found your salon! Master Anna gave me incredible eyelashes! She is really a professional in her field and a very nice girl! I am sincerely glad that I found her here in Canada! I will definitely come back to you again and again and I will trust Anna! Prosperity to your salon!

Saw Maja for my first ever set of lash extensions and the experience could not have been better. Maja was absolutely lovely, showed no signs of annoyance as she dealt with my little game of 21 questions in the beginning (as it was my first time, I had a few questions). She was very welcoming and made the visit very comfortable. The studio itself is very nice, clean, comfortable environment. Even the playlist playing in the background was great (very similar to my personal playlist). The whole two hours flew by and I left with a beautiful set of lashes that give a real confidence boost. Could not recommend it enough, will definitely be returning for fills!

I went to see the new owner Maja for hybrid lash extensions by recommendation from a friend. She was so friendly and accommodating and made sure that I was comfy going into my lash appointment. She really listened to what I wanted and I’m in awe of the result. It’s been 5 days since my appointment and the retention is still going so strong! I got classic lash extensions done for the very first time for a family wedding event oversees end of November. My lash artist was Maja and she made me feel incredibly comfortable, offered me to use the bathroom before starting, and completed the service earlier than expected. I had asked for something that would look like I'm just wearing mascara and the lashes came out beautifully. A lot better than I had imagined. I decided not to go for a refill as I had only gotten them done for the family event but it is now end of February (3 months since I got them done) and I still have a couple of lashes left that don't look odd at all. My natural lashes still look as good as before. Their space is very aesthetic and modern as well. I'd highly recommend choosing The Lash Lounge if this is your first time getting lashes or even if you're a regular!

I saw Steph for my first ever facial + dermaplane. I had never gone to The Lash Lounge before so I wasn't sure what to expect but Steph greeted me with a smile, was super inviting, and did an amazing job! She was gentle during the dermaplane and I felt so relaxed during my facial. The inside of the business is also extremely clean & nicely decorated! I would definitely recommend going here and checking out any of the other services Steph & the other girls provide!

I got my eyelashes lifted and tinted by Stephanie in early July and it has held beautifully over the summer. I’m booked to return shortly and am looking forward to it. Stephanie made me feel comfortable, consulted me on my desired look, and talked me through the process and after-care, which is very helpful. The space was also very clean. The only slight downside is the limited parking, but there are a few reserved spots for this business specifically.

I have been seeing Steph W.at The Lash Lounge for two years and always have had a great experience and perfect volume lashes! The shop is very clean, relaxing, and aesthetic. Steph is professional, kind, and does great lashes. Highly recommend!

The Lash Lounge is spotless clean! Very beautiful salon! Steph is so professional & kind! You can tell she loves what she does. This was my first time getting lash extensions from Steph and she did exactly the look I asked for! Very gentle & makes sure you’re comfortable throughout the appointment. The set of lashes I got burnt my lashes off, after visiting the hospital and calling the lash tech i was told it was a new glue being used and that she was still learning. I tried to call and left a voicemail at salon but nobody calls me back. The garbages were overflowing and the owner uses white garbage bags as pillow cases, it is so dirty. Won’t be back. There’s other salons in the city for 1/2 price I can visit who has more customer service.

I have been going to see Steph F at the Lash Lounge for 3 years in March. From the second I started going, I have been obsessed. Steph is not only beyond great at doing lashes but she’s created such a beautiful, and relaxing atmosphere that I get excited to go see her every two weeks. She’s also been so accommodating and has helped me out so many times with appointment times- always going above and beyond. I’d highly recommend the lash lounge.

The interior is gloriously decorated. The people are kind, generous and accommodating. The finished product is quality and regardless where I travel to I always am complemented on how beautiful my lashes look. Fabulous business.

I was always super scared to get my eyelashes done because I’ve heard horror stories of infection and mishandling of tools! However when I finally decided to get my eyelashes done Lash Lounge by steph proved to be the best! I’ve been going to see Steph for 2 years and I have never wanted to go anywhere else! The atmosphere is always welcoming and clean and steph and her staff are always give the best service and results. This is a must go place if you want a quality experience.

The lash was was a very positive experience. Number one the decor is so adorable makes you feel so relaxed and is extremely clean. The lashes that I received were beyond my wildest dreams they are beautiful and very natural looking, love them. Stefanie is very gentle and super qualified technician. Fantastic experience! ️
