The store still feels a little unorganized with the addition, but the staff I dealt with were friendly and helpful. My first choice for lumber store in Steinbach.

Always a fantastic experience here! Deliveries are always on time, the employees are knowledgeable, and their drive to satisfy definitely shows. The sales can't be beat either! Thank you so much for all you do, can't wait to come back again!:)

Have been there a number of times for various items. Always friendly, helpful staff. So much better than the big box stores. Highly recommend!

Talk to Joel to be friendlier he’s a little rough around the edges, I was by the store Making purchases for our cabin in St Labre with my 63 year old mother she was riding shotgun and she was impressed with him to tell you the truth

This location is under construction and renovation with machines driving throughout the yard. A bit of a maze to get to the store if you're a customer. The staff are doing their best to maintain good customer service during the expansion. Looking forward to the new store/new look.

Asked for a simple deck quote a week ago. Followed up and no response. I guess they don't care about the little guy. Joel asked which location was closest to me after emailing where I needed delivery. No attention to detail.

This company and the owner have been one of my worst experiences ever dealing with a company, the owner is beyond rude and has a God complex where whatever he says is the law, this company took me for over 10g of un received materials, tried better buisness bureau the owner would not talk to them or myself, he finally made me sign a form just to try and get a small portion of the money back they stole from me! Please if you are considering using Lumberzone for a project look elsewhere you will thank me and likely save yourself thousands of dollars, you can see if you read the reviews below the owner Joel is beyond rude and if you have any difficulties with your purchase you will be screwed as whatever he feels is right is the only answer your opion means nothing to this man

Wrong material delivered, was specific i did not want a certain type yet once arrived it came plastered with what i did not want all over it. Took return yet still charged the delivery fee!

This place is a joke! I can't believe that you will use kids in school to further your beliefs!

Attitude of sales person at the desk was not friendly barely spoke a word. Website is horrific and completely unhelpful. Rather go to home depot at least you can get help and pricing off the website
