The Magic Room Beauty Bar & Med Spa

I love the magic room, I always go there and get treated nicely.but today nov 25,2023 i went for my birthday and got the worst pedicure and when I let the receptionist kno she completely ignored me. She was rude after i finished pay for what I was unhappy about she told me I can go now. I tried to let it go but I couldn’t so I call the store asking how can I place a complaint she told to call on Tuesday to talk to the owner, so I leave my name and number. She place me with a apprentice and did not let me kno then ignored me after. Anyways I will not stop going there because of her but am not happy with the way she handle the situation that’s all

Got a pedicure and I must say it's the best I've had in years! The staff was friendly and professional and their rates are reasonable. Won't be going anywhere else!

I came to get my acrylics removed and the service was quick, gentle, and great value. She maintained the length of my nails and didn’t damage them during removal. The place is also super nice inside!

I would've rated my experience a 4 but due to the rude manager Erika, I will never come back here again. I got the apres nails done and after going home and doing a closer inspection, many nails had polish in my cuticles and many nails were uneven with lumps, bumps and and texture in the lights. I spoke to someone on the phone who was understanding, but Erika was not. She called me with an attitude, sounded very passive agressive. Also exclaimed when I told her that " I just walked through the door, and I called you back, now how can I help you? ". I was disgusted, how does a manager talk to someone like that? I had to tell her to call me back because how rude she was. I ended up calling back to tell her how rude she was, and her tone only changed for a second. Very unprofessional, if you cannot handle complaints, let alone your job, since calling me back was such a hassle, try a new career? Terrible therapuetic communication, I am not even going back to get these fixed or for a service ever again. This place is never busy, so it's not like I am missing out on great service.

Bobby is an absolute eyebrow threading wizard, cannot recommend her enough. I’m in and out in maybe 5 minutes and my brows are perfect every time. I don’t ever have to tell her how I like them, she just knows! Welcoming atmosphere and very friendly staff.

Idk what to say, it wasn't what I expected. I'm not one to complain about anyone in particular, some things are over priced. I couldn't bring it to myself to complain while I was there, I just paid and left. Sorry.

Got my acrylic nails filled in and repainted, the service is phenomenal and the nail technician is a gem, Aline did an incredible job on my nails and I couldn’t be more thrilled with the result, this is my new nail place (best service) I left feeling like a million bucks

I always love going to the magic room. The atmosphere is so cozy and the staff is nice and polite. I always get my eyebrows done by Bobby, she is great. Highly recommend!

I always enjoyed booking my eyebrows with Bobby, only person I will miss, due to the poor customer serive by Manager i will not be returning. My left eye brow raw, from the technician trying to correct and remove wax. Technician did go ask not charge for the Henna brow, however, I was Cleary upset and crying, bc the tooked off and my skin on top brow is raw. The Manager says "you will pay for the second service lumi lash lift and tint", which I thought would be 108 (95 + taxes) Manager told the girl to charge me $120. After being tortured and coming out with uneven ugly eyebrows, henna was suppose to be painless never going back horrible bad Manager. Gross soul

Went with a friend based on her recommendation. The cost was an extra 17$ then what I normally pay. It was not worth it at all. I received almost a minute rub with hot rocks followed by another less than a minute massage. If that extra cost is for the hot rocks I would rather receive my 3 minute massage at my other place. I told my friend that I don't think it was worth it and she said yeah it wasn’t as nice as it was before. She did comment she came after work and we went on a weekend. The whole carry this card with you I thought was silly. Certainly makes you feel like you are about to get an amazing experience but you don’t. Not happy at all with the higher cost for less service. And, when you have two people sitting side by side, services and time should he equal. Or at least somewhat close.

Downtown in a convenient location for visitors. This place is huge inside! Sparkling clean and nice decor. I got a Express Pedi and a Manicure with Shellac with Kim who did a great job. I am very happy with it and the price was low!

I made an appt for my husband and I and we were there 5 mins early to ensure we were on time. However, they do not have the same consideration as we left after 20 minutes and we had still not been called in for the services. I was not going to write a review at all until I received an email stated I MISSED my appointment. Very disappointed

Never going anywhere else - I've recommended this spa to everyone! Always such a nice experience and the staff is so professional yet always makes you feel like family. I've had my nails done (gels) here by the amazing Natasha! I let her know I was nervous of getting my nails done, as I had never gotten this before.she reassured me and took her time to make them perfect. Now I've only ever gone to this spa AND once my nail cracked within a week and they replaced it for free! Lasted till the end of the month. Seriously great experience and I plan to come back soon.

Great salon, very bright, clean, lots of space and friendly staff. The master that done my nails was very efficient and not talkative, 1 hour for shellac including removing the old one. Second week, no chips yes, even though doing renovation, painting everyday/wet hands etc, which usually ruins polish very quick. Very pleased.
Same, if not a bit lower prices than at smaller, dirty nail places that are on each strip mall. Was my first time there, definitely will come back.

Walked in without an appointment. Had a bit of a wait to get waxing done but the service was performed professionally and quickly when the esthetician was available. Clean surroundings and friendly staff.

Very nice staff. They did a great job on my waxing and threading. The prices are a little higher than other places, but its definitely worth it. It's my face spot now to get beautified!

For the amount i paid to get acrylic nd shellac, the shape wasnt that nice and they started to fall off after less than a week, not impressed

Holiday treats were a nice surprise and LOVE that you can now get alcoholic beverages with services!

Shellac polish in on very lightly, and the lady doing my names cut me while filing my nails. Also my nail shapes are all different. Had way more expectation for this place.
