One star, which is a shame because the food usually tastes pretty good. When you pick it up. I do not know what system they use for deliveries but it does not work. I have never had such terrible delivery service in this city. We called twice for our order. We live very close and usually I can pick up my order but this time I could not. 2 hours later, during our second call they said the driver was outside and looking for us. We were outside and we did not see him. We asked them to remake our order due to how long it would have been sitting and we would come and pick it up because by this time my partner could pick it up. The food they gave us was obviously not freshly made, it was cold and dry. I can not see myself going back there in the future after such an extremely disappointing experience. There are many other pizza options in the area that will do a much better job with your food.

I placed my order over Skip and didn't know what to expect for notification because the app said that there wasn't tracking info as they manage their own delivery. I called the restaurant after 90 minutes to follow up with my order and Alexandra was very rude to me. She apparently only just received my order. She chose to focus on the fact that when I quoted the order number from what I referred to as my confirmation email, that I shouldn't have received the confirmation email because she didn't confirm it yet. She sounded angry at me. Really? It became obvious why they have a low rating on Skip. I won't make this mistake again.

It was a little pricey but in this case it was worth it, the was staff was super friendly and welcoming which was nice to see during these troubling times (covid), If ur aloud a certain amount of carbs a day full up on the bread sticks here, one word to describe the bread sticks. AMAZING! And the salads were awesome I forgot good fresh lettuce tasted like in a salad

First time I've tried it today and left a very good first impression. I came in to just buy one slice, but the owner gave me two out of generosity. I will definitely return to this restaurant.

Ordered for pickup and everything was delicious! The best place for pasta and their breadsticks are amazing! Staff was very friendly as well

I ordered food from here off Skip on Valentine’s Day and it honestly took almost a full 3 hours to receive the order. I sympathize with them because I know how busy this holiday is but the food was cold, the order was wrong and there was oil literally dripping from the bag. I tried calling the restaurant 3 different times trying to find out when my food was going to be arriving or IF it was even coming. They couldn’t tell me when it was coming, where the driver was, and I was told they couldn’t even contact the driver. They said they didn’t even have a system to track their own deliveries and couldn’t give me a time on when it went out. If you’re going to be ordering from here, I would either pick it up yourself or don’t even bother. If I could I would give them 0 stars.

After waiting a hour and paying by credit card. I found the order was wrong. It took longer then necessary to convince the driver the order was wrong. A hour later Driver came back the order was incomplete (as far as I am concerned garlic bread makes the meal. Told him not to bother getting the rest. Sat down to eat the lasagna. Only to discover it was sour. As in had gone bad, Wil be contacting the health department. And it will be the last time I use them as well

It was incredibly delicious and satisfying! The portions were huge and so hot and fresh. The staff were very polite on the phone while ordering and again while picking up! Thank you for the delicious Birthday meal!

Ordered on SkipTheDishes spaghetti and lasagna, orange pop and iced tea. First of all it took 2 hours to show up, that’s not spaghetti and meat balls and second of all I didn’t order Diet Coke. Everything is cold too. Never again $76.54 yuck ripoff

Really enjoyed my experience here! The food was amazing and portions were quite large with a very fair price. Service was friendly and I liked the atmosphere. Will definitely be returning!
