Fiance was super happy with the winter jacket we picked out with the help of their staff. We also purchased a pair of gloves that we eventually exchanged, since it had a tear inside one of the gloves. No questions asked, the staff exchanged it for a brand new pair. Very satisfied with their customer service!

This was my first visit to Prairie Summit at the new Empress location. Excellent staff. Good shop. Nice quality items. I had ordered a dry bag for pickup - it was a great deal ($50 less than on Amazon). I tried on some ladies' sports outerwear - found brands I hadn't heard of. Bought a few items, including a fantastic pair of Smartwool brand sports shorts. I will be back.

Everytime I walk in there I see something better than last time.even though its pricey still it's worth it.
