Had a great experience, with the evening staff helping us find exactly what we needed! Thank you again!

Staff very welcoming, friendly and helpful. Hygiene 10/10. One of my favourite second hand stores.

This store is an eyesore in the community. The back is always littered with garbage that blows around the area and down neighboring streets. Staff doesn't care when you tell them and just say "It's not my job".

Love this store! Always new stuff out to browse! Kept neat & tidy, making it a pleasure to shop. The staff here are welcoming, pleasantly warm & helpful!

I went there recently and purchased an electronic item for $14 which seemed high for it. Went home with it and fully tested it to find out it’s broken. Now since you can’t return/exchange anything but clothing I’m screwed with this broken item I wasted $14 because I can’t return or exchange it. Why do you guys sell items that are broken and overpriced and have to let the customers get screwed in every way. Absolutely terrible business practices and policies.

Great place to stop, shop and slop! The good ole Sally Anne's reminds me of being a child. Back then second hand stores were not mainstream. Plus, thrifty spenders are a constant, so, this growing segment is not a trend - they're a mainstay.

A bit- or alot of everything! Not too crowded but interestingly busy. Great variety of food trucks and live music which fits in with the museum, fiddles and banjos. Amazing handmade products and wholesome produce!

Absurd and disgusted by pricing of the clothing I saw a nike shoe that's cost 159.99.
You get donations and price it where people can afford it, it's not even buy and sell, greedy people working or whoever in in charge pricing.

Prices be crazy, everything apparently it's a rare collectable behind glass. Only garbage on the floor. Seriously, the glass displays always overflowing

Expensive. The pricing is ridiculous. $10 for an old threadbare cardigan? Fast fashion is more affordable.

Only place open during a pandemic. This place is pricy for second hand. They had no shame in $25 old coats. A gorgeous Native coat was $129.00. Think pricing is off, at least for now.

I have been going to this store for a decade and it use to be a great store. I use to spend 100’s of dollars almost all the time. Ever since the Tall blond haired guy with a (ponytail) and glasses started working there he has marked up everything. I think he is even keeping all the good stuff too, because ever since he started working there is nothing good. There use to always be GOLD all the time and now there is nothing and has been that way since he’s been there. Also they use to have vintage toys now there is never any toys. There were a few video games there the last time I went and he is asking more than Value Village $14 a game at value they are $6.99. I spend maybe $20 at most There now. I’m 100% positive he is keeping all the good stuff that’s donated. I don’t even go there hardly because there is never anything there and if there is, he’s got it marked up high. Even if you tell them about the marked up prices they won’t adjust it. Im pretty he’s the store manager now, Guaranteed he’s ripping off the store. The last staff before he started were great, i always felt welcome. The old staff would adjust prices if they thought they were marked to high. Now with that guy running the show, it’s worse than Value Village prices. No mark downs/No negotiations. I quit donating there too, I would rather give it to an organization that’s giving back to the community and not some manager that’s pocketing all the good stuff coming through the door and putting ridiculous prices on items that were FREE. I give this store

What use to be a reasonably priced store is now ridiculously priced. Some items marked more than the original. I donate there all the time and think twice now when people are being ripped off by something I have donated.

A well organized and clean store. Shopping for clothes in my size had never been easier. The floors of the changing rooms need a sweep, but otherwise was a great store to visit.

Go and find something you need like a quality fry pan for five bucks.
It's for a great cause that helps marginalized segment of society.
When I want to get rid of something or just clean house the first thing I do is call the thrift store of drive organized my giveaways.

Always find interesting items at great prices. Can't believe how many still have original tags on them. The staff are friendly and the store is clean.
