Excellent customer service, friendly staff. Got few services from the store Sukhman provided us best deal and we were very satisfied by staff. Definitely will go back and recommend others to visit the store.

It was around 8: 35pm on 16th of January. We entered in mall. And we were at the door of source store in st. Vital shopping mall. I entered into the store. I focused on laptop. And store keeper was doing gossip with someone outside from the store. He run and said HELLOand he repeated this word many times. He run after me. Asked what you want. I showed him I need this LAPTOP. I checked online. Like available in your store. No we don’t have this laptop. His customer service was so bad. He behaved us so weird.

Jaspreet Kaur is wonderful and a sincere employee. She helped us with getting a new phone for my sister and even pulled off a discount! Very happy.

The lady at the source knew exactly what I needed and answered all my questions. Thank you!

When I visited the store to purchase an item, I had a great experience with a salesperson was a lady. Very cordial, polite, great attention.

I dealt with Jigar and Ishaan they amazing and fabulous their manager Jaspreet was absolutely fantastic

Had to buy a new printer, nothing glamorous needed and got a 3 in 1 colour printer/scanner for half price with a 2yr warranty, less than $100

Friendly staff, they didn't have the phone case I was inquiring about but I appreciate them looking for me.

Hands-down one of the most miscommunicated stores I’ve ever shopped at.
Staff doubts what you say, one says one thing one says another.

Excellent service by the employee named Jaspreet Kaur. Every time we went over there she treated us very well. She is very polite and cooperative.i suggest must go over there for any phone plan or electronics deal.

Am got good service at this location. Deal with Asif he is very good guy and very helpful and i got very cheap and best deal.

I was stuck in a huge mess with my phone contract. But Jaspreet helped me out. She is awesome and really kind and helpful. Thanks for your help Jaspreet!

She is friendly and professional all at once!

I went today to st vital mall, I was really confused about phone plans but I met jaskiran, she is very nice and good personality. She explained everything to me and helped me to get iPhone 13 pro and AirPods with great deal. Her customer relationship is top notch. I will definitely see her again for my home internet services.

I went with my wife to buy an Iphone 13 and we were assisted by Harpreet Gabria. What an excellent service beyond the limit. We were assisted happily and calmly. She had to transfer our connection from Lucky to Bel and she took maximum care and did the best for us. Highly recommended place and worthy for money.

Amazing Service!

Harpreet and her team was awesome. They helped me with every step of the purchase of a phone and gave me really good deals. Jesse was very knowledgeable and Jigar was very passionate about their products and services. Id totally recommend this store to anyone.

Luc was the Source representative who helped us. He was very patient and knowledgeable. He went far beyond the normal sales clerk's reaction with a customer. Granted the store was not too busy at the time but it was most pleasant to deal with him. No doubt we will be back.

My wife purchased 2 cellphones on March 17 and until now, March 30th 1 of the 2 cellphones is still not activated yet. They went back to the store on March 23rd to find out why it's taking that long to be activated and the rep told her that they're having problem with the other provider and will get back to my wife in two days and until now she still didn't hear anything from The Source. Not a call or an explanation.

Was at the source in garden city and the phone I wanted to buy outright as the price stated 109.00 no term/contract needed so I asked they had none in stock and sent us to kp cause they had 2.so get to KP and the guy says he does have them but can not sell it without a contract even tho it states no term/contract needed. Complete bullshat. False advertising at its finest.

Dealt with Luc on black Friday. The guy was very helpful. Helped me on everything. Look for Luc if you are buying from the store. Highly recommended!

The worst customer service, right off the bat she had attitude and ended up hanging up the phone when I told her not to tell me how other stores do returns. I will never purchase another thing from The Source and I suggest that you don’t either. All they care about is getting your money and once your out the door too bad your on your own. The worst customer service I have ever experienced, never again! Good luck to the rest of you.
