I got a new phone from sumanpreet, she was really helpful. She went out of her way to help and gave us the best customer service.

Im glad to bought new iphone today. Specially the Guy Shubham gave me best deal and the best quality was his politeness and patience. It was great experience and I personally recommend to my other friends to buy any electronics device from the Source Garden city.

I was always a fan of shopping here but today I called about a specific product which I was told is in stock when I arrived it wasn’t even close to what I asked on the phone. Maybe it’s time to hire some new staff because there’s currently all people that don’t know anything about the products they sell working there.

Return and exchange policy is garbage. I had made a purchase online and upon picking it up there was no mention of said policy. This product was faulty. I called to inquire about a return for this as it is brand new and should be in working condition (literally owned for less than 24 hours). The woman I had spoken with on the phone kept insisting she told me about the policy… she did not and I am certain. It seems like they only care about customer service before making the sale.

A really really redicilious and disrespectful behaviour by SUMAN, when they can earn incentive from us they are happy otherwise she just rolled her eyes while i was standing in front of her, this is not the customer service the customers deserve while they pay so much, if you don’t wanna work go home and someone deserving can get a chance to earn

Gurpreet provide best deal to me im landed as a new comer i am happy with his services and refer to him for great deals.

My family and I were interested in Bell's new phone plan and its promotional offers, and Ms. Hamar provided us with all the necessary information. She patiently waited for our decision since we were hesitant to switch phone providers due to our current contract having a month left. Throughout our interaction, Ms. Hamar was friendly and confidently answered our questions. She even provided us with a great deal and alternative options until we were ready to proceed with the migration. We were impressed with the convenience of the one-stop-shop process that allowed us to sign the contract and make payments all in one location. Overall, Ms. Hamar is a valuable asset to the company and deserves recognition for doing her job accurately.
