Monuca is amazing at her job. She always ensures the building is clean at all times. I’ve never had any issues with the cleanliness of the apartment building. She’s definitely one of a kind. Thank you Monuca!

I would like to give a shout out to Monica our cleaner at 150 Appleford Gate. She does an awesome job of cleaning the building.she should be rewarded for her efforts as many of the tenants that live in our building are pigs! There is usually garbage all over the floor, people spill drinks, etc.and never clean them up. They drag their mud from the front door right up into the elevator. The garbage room is disgusting on the first floor as people throw their garbage on the ground or in boxes and it piles up, it’s unfortunate that she has to take all this garbage down to the lower level and dispose of it. Monica definitely deserves a round of applause for the hard work she does in building 150 Appleford Gate.

Have to admit that they have really good management team. When you have issues do not hesitate to call the office, and if issues still exist, contact Deveraux directly. Professional& quick response.
Update 2023: Strong immune syetem needed to live here. This pet waste station hasnt been cleaned for days, called the office was told they are busy these days will get it done ASAP but its been more than a week like this and still the same RIGHT NOW. Imagine how it smells in the summer days like this and when they water the grass at night all the disgusting things spread out on the path way. For your concerns, better not use side entrance to avoid bacterial infection (images at bottom)
2021 Dec 14：Moved in since December 1st with noticeable poor quality of construction. Been talking to the office on site for a few times，also been told everything should be fixed 2 weeks ago，but still till today nobody ever show up to check or repair. Have to use cardboard to block the window otherwise we have no privicy at all after night falls unless we dont turn the lights on. Wondering how long do we have to live in the way like this.
Dec 15 Update: good thing！floor in bathroom got fixed today. Was told curtain is on the way but still takes weeks to ship.

The process to secure a home here was super easy.everyone was helpful. Gavin went above and beyond to ensure I got a place I liked.

I have been at this place for 6 months, the building is always clean, and all the staff are so helpful and nice, i have been having such good time here and i will definitely be referring people to come and live here

Amazing all around, helped me move closer to my mom and also was a fast and easy process all around.

Ketan is really nice and he does his job well, I always see him everyday when I’m going out, he is really reliable and diligent.

Krystle answered all of our questions in a timely & professional manner & combined with her knowledge & attention to detail, she made this process simple. Thank you Krystle!

Such a great experience in choosing a suite here at the Traditions. I had Krystel who was very kind and she made everything run smoothly and was very quick to response.

Bad management, waiting for hydro meter for couple days for an actual number, but they always said in the email saying will send it at the end of that day… where is my answer!

Krystle was amazing at helping us secure a lease for this beautiful place. She's patient and helpful in every way and I could not recommend this company enough. Thank you.

This facility was very intriguing for a friend and I. We are looking for a pet friendly Appartement, so when we saw this we were excited. Unfortunately that excitement was quickly gone when a worker rudely told us that huskies aren’t allowed. I could not find anything on their website that states this, but hopefully in the future they will add this so people know, and then they won’t have to rudely hang up on customers.

DO NOT rent here!
1. Not enough parking spots. The lot is oversold. And on top, parking is administered by a pretty lame app/company.
2. These buildings are 3000% wood. You’ll here every little thing your neighbors say and do.
Although the property looks good, quality is not the best. Doors, hinges, locks and materials look (and feel) very cheap.
3. Poor maintenance. Hallways, corridors and stairs are constantly dirty.
4. NO SNOW REMOVAL. We had the first good snowfall since days ago and nobody came to clear it.
Had I known about these issues, I would’ve never rented here.

Think twice before renting with deveraux.

I’ve been living here since July (in a brand new unit, I was the first tenant) and have had MANY serious issues:

- air conditioner broken for 3 weeks
- heater making loud clunking/buzzing sound
- water leaking from the roof in the master bedroom

These are many other annoying issues but these are the most important. I would expect issues in an older house, but the fact that this is happening in a brand new unit is truly unacceptable.

BEST company ever and such beautiful suites. Our view looks like we live in the country and the views are stunning. I rented from a different company before and Deveraux will always be 10/10. They are attentive. I put in two maintenance requests and within 12 hours somewhere was there to fix the problem! They have the clubhouse which is an amazing place to relax after with friends. It has a pool table TVs couches, a fitness center and so much more. The best is that they are SO dog friendly. Apartments say they are animal friendly but Deveraux really goes out of their way to show this is a very dog friendly neighborhood. I plan on living here for many years:)
