I've become a regular dropping off shipments at this location. Over 20 shipments this year and zero problems.

The notice they left at 2 pm did not have a time and obviously I overlooked the one tiny sentence in the whole notice that mentions next day pickup when I arrived there later that same day at this location they stated they could not contact the driver to ask if it was being delivered today.

Jay gave my grandfather and I exceptional service. We had previously dealt with Canada Post and had our package with lawyer documents returned to sender due to incorrect stamps. Jay was able to help us quickly with a USA address and overnight service. He helped us with ease, and answered all our questions eagerly. Keep up the good work.

I love their services specially i want to thank Adam. I went there for print out and the best thing without saying anything he provide a envelope so i can store my print outs love it

Great and Friendly Service especially their Passport Photo. Was there to renew my PR card and they did everything for me from making copies, print, and sending my documents to Sydney, NS. All in one place! It’s my one-stop shop!

Very friendly and promptly addressed me while still working with another customer as I was just dropping off. Store seemed clean, easy to access location.

Do not ship through UPS unless you want your shipment totally destroyed and to be given a total under assessment of the damages.

I had Jay contact UPS directly to reconsider my claim for the damage dealt, long story short, it didn't go my way but he definitely made the effort and for that, I've changed my rating from 1 star to a 4 star.

Every time I go to this store on McPhillips I get so much help from them. I am 100 percent satisfied with their assistance and no complaints when I ask for help. Great teamwork! Keep up the great service.
