I went in for a simple print job and the staff member in front was excellent! Kind and precise. The vibe of the overall store is super helpful and chill! I live close by and now this will be my go to store for all my print jobs! 10/10

Truly one of the best customer service experience I had with Ted for the passport photos. The staff is very professional, friendly and provide personalized service. They also provide customized service for immigration applications.

I had to make a print order on a Saturday in July during a really busy event at the convention centre, and Gareth (I believe was his name) was really helpful and easy to work with! Our order was a little confusing because the files weren't quite formatted properly, but Gareth knew his stuff and helped me figure out how to get everything printed correctly. Despite being the only one working that day, he was patient and made sure to go over all the options with me. I really appreciated it and we were super happy with the quality of the prints. Got a void cheque printed here while on the run, was easy peasy skweezy and took all of 5 minutes.staff were super awesome!

I had to urgently print some presentations on a short notice. I sent a request and Ted acknowledged the receipt within minutes, walked through some clarifications and later confirmed that my materials were ready for pick-up. I really appreciate prompt communication and great service, it makes a huge difference for situations when you're in a pinch. Would recommend this location and will definitely use in the future.
