I lived at a Thorwin property for the last 2 years and never had an issue. Our resident community manager, Jamie, was absolutely fantastic! She was very accommodating throughout our move, and she was always on top of any issues that arose. Having a great resident manager always makes your living situation better.

This has been the best property management company by far. The staff are all extremely professional and courteous. Nadine at 30UC is the best, she is extremely responsive and helpful. I would recommend Thorwin to anyone looking for a new place.

The fire alarms at 190 Smith Street keep going off without any apparent reason. Just this week, it has sounded the alarm 4-5 times, always in the middle of the night. It's disrupting people's sleep and work, and Thorwin is taking a long time to address the issue.

In the last week the fire alarms have gone off at least 4 or 5 times for no apparent reason. In order to preserve the healthy rest of those of us who live in the surrounding areas and avoid unnecessary noise pollution, better management of these cases is required. My comment refers to the latest events at the 190 Smith Street building. I hope the administration takes actions to solve this problem and we can continue building together a better downtown to live in.

While I was familiar with the reputation of "friendly" Manitoba, it was in Winnipeg that I truly encountered the warmth and hospitality of its incredible residents. Our decision to make this vibrant city our home introduced us to Dare Loxton of Thorwin Properties, who went above and beyond to ensure a seamless move-in experience for us. As part of a promotional package, we even received a one-month rent waiver.

I've been a resident at 703 St. Anne's for 2 years and my experience with the property management has been great. Especially in the past year, the service has taken off to the next level - special mention to our current Resident Manager Nadine at 703 St Anne's Rd! Even on weekends and nights, my text messages are responded to and the quick response on addressing the maintenance tickets are commendable. The staff are respectful and courteous. It's been one of the best property management organizations I have experienced. Please keep it up!

Don't rent an apartment at 190 Smith Street managed by Thorwin Properties. The fire alarm has been constantly going off day and night for the past few months. They haven't been able to fix the problem, and it's been causing sleepless nights with alarms sounding at 1am and 3am. They've also disabled comments on their review page in Google.

This is my first time living in an apartment so naturally I had a lot of questions about how the things worked here and Victoria has been a huge help. She has been very patient and understanding with me and does her job with much humility.

I had my first experience with Thorwin from 2022 to 2023, and I can say that I had a very positive impression. They are very professional and their online system does the job. I used their portal to set upo auto payments and service requests, which worked very well. The property manager, Victoria, was also very helpful and ready to address any of my questions.

Hi. I have been a resident of 703 St Anne’s RD since May 15 2023. Nadine is the Resident Manager and she has been nothing but caring, understanding and professional. From the first time I met her for a showing of the apartment to when I’ve had some issues come up. Nadine has dealt with them right away while being empathetic and just an overall really nice person. I still see her in the building when I’m with my boys and dog. We always stop and chat, they all think she’s very nice. Especially the. I've been to 703 St. Anne's Rd apartment which belong to Thorwin Properties since July 2023. This is my first time to live in Winnipeg and I have to say it's an amazing experience to live in this apartment.
From the first time I contacted Ana Di Stasio via email to every time the apartment manager Nadine Albright helped me solve apartment-related issues, I can feel that they are warm-hearted and professional. Even outside of working hours, Nadine still helps me through text messages. I want to say thank you!
All the appliances are very new and well maintained. If there is a functional problem, they will promptly repair or replace it. The parking lot is under the building, it will be very convenient during rainy or snowy weather.
I will recommend this apartment to all new comers, it makes you feel like in home.

Moving from different province with limited time is very hard! But thorwin property made it very easy for us, plus the resident manager named Victoria was fantastic! She is efficient, fast and accommodating. She do her job with passion and to see every transaction an opportunity to build lasting relationship with her tenants. Highly recommended. I've been renting from thorwin for about a year now and I've loved it! I haven't had many maintenance issues come up and the few that I have had have been resolved very quickly! My resident manager, Victoria, is super kind and helpful. Our building is always clean, and well taken care of.

Regarding 117 Bryce. The resident manager Victoria is amazing. We were stuck with a horrible person named Maggie who treated you like the job she hated.

Victoria is like night and day difference. She's patient, compassionate, and actually helps the tenants across the building. This may be her job, but she treats you with respect and clearly understands this is our (tenants) home.

Thorwin did a great job finding her because everything in the building has been so much more smooth and a lot better with Victoria's hard work and perserverence.

We need more Victoria's and less Maggie's in the world.

I have nothing but great things to say about my experience with Thorwin Properties.
Dare was my first resident manager and he was so accommodating and quick to have my application in and approved. The building was clean and quiet. When I needed to move to a larger unit, Dare was extremely understanding and tried to find one within the buildings he managed but none were available within my time frame.
I did find another within Thorwin and our new resident manager Scott is also amazing.
The staff within Thorwin are all so dedicated to their tenants. It's a great feeling to be renting from a company that actually cares.

Thorwin is great property management company! They are quick to respond and got us into our new home easily with their process. I love their online platform for auto payments. Our property manager (Victoria) is amazing and always around if we need anything or have a question! Thanks guys!

I have lived at a property managed by Throwin for just over 3 years now and overall great experience. My only reason for not giving 5 stars is due to issues with snow clearing on our fire escapes (however that is likely due to issues with the company hired to clear) my resident manager Victoria has been beyond amazing. Quick to respond, kind and always following up when she says she will. A pleasure to deal with. Victoria is 6 stars all the way. Super greatfull to have her as my resident manager.

I've been with Thorwin Properties for a short amount of time, but I'm liking it so far at 370 Stradbrook Ave. Victoria is the Resident Manager and she's been great! She's very quick to respond and very proactive! I like the maintenance feature on the Resident app. I've had to use it once and the issue was resolved within a couple days.

This is the first property management company I've dealt with that feels like they actually care about the quality of life of their tenants! I would recommend choosing a Thorwin Property for your next place to live
The building I live in is always clean and well cared for, any issues are dealt with in a timing manner, and they are continuously working to improve!

I had an good experience with Thorwin at 340 Assiniboine Avenue. Specially thanks to resident manager Dare Loxton is so friendly and when ever we required something he always responds timely and helpful and Eden property manager is also promptly done the all the process. Cleaning and maintenance was really good.
I recommend all who want to rent an apartment at downtown.
