Staff are very knowledgeable and helpful and work with you to find the best options for your individual pet. I like the options that they carry and that they have a lot of holistic options and remedies. I appreciate that they are flexible with allowing me to take back unopened food that my dog didn't agree with as its been a big journey trying to find that best food that works for her this past year.
