Tim Hortons

I usually go in the evenings or night, and the lady who works at night always brightens my day. She definitely makes an already great coffee 100% better. All the evening night Staff are great. My order is always done quickly, fresh and I've never once been disappointed.

I was recently at this store, I drove up and noticed a long line at the drive thru so I parked and went inside. There was only 1 person ahead of myself and the staff was dealing with customers at both registered. Turned outs I stood in line e for almost 10 minutes and the staff was still dealing with the same 2 customers. I turned and walked out, costing this store a loss in sales. I probably should have gone thru the drive thru, "might have been quicker". Who knows

My husband, kids and I come through the drive-thru for a donut & coffee treat sometimes. Pleasant experience ordering, very kind service at window. They always remember to scan my phone for the app. Any issues have been immediately fixed. The one time I popped in to use the bathroom, it was clean. We will keep coming, thanks.

So busy the staff couldn't keep up delivery window and people coming through the restaurant part. All around good food and coffee!

Rushed to order didn't get to finish saying what I wanted. Once I got to the window each item I ordered seemed to be a problem to add to my order. As it was holding them up. It's sad that they even messed up what I asked for and told me they cant fix it as they ran out of that item.

Hard to get the order right and when they do my XL French vanilla is usually only a large or less and I'm charged for an xl. Also tried to contact owner on the sign and no answer or returned call when message left. I would like to ask if they would like me to only pay $2.25 instead of $3.15 because I'm getting less then what I'm paying for. Get it together Tim Hortons

Ordered a coffee and the cashier would not take my app for roll up the rim. I wanted to give it back and reorder but did not want to be as rude as she was.

Service can be slow and the quality has been going downhill steadily. The selection keeps changing and the favorites keep disappearing.

Good service. Not the best drive through display ever. Hard to see selections until your at the order speaker

Tim's is one of my favorite coffee stop places! Great coffee for great prices!

Honestly I forgot why I stopped coming here but today was a good reminder. Lady at drive thru speaker was extremely rude, latte tasted like muddy water and was un-drinkable and I ended up pouring it out, was not sweet at all like I asked. Don’t waste your time or money here just go to McDonald’s or go support coffee creations.

I ordered bagle BELT with no meat and coffee with two milk and no sugar. I got bagle BELT with sausage and no egg and coffee with no milk and two sugar. This is quite a remarkable achievement!

If your looking for that "HUNDRED MILE COFFEE" better order the large one. Easy to get in and out of, when your just passing through town. Located 1km North of the bi-pass, easy to find.

It was not pleasant at all don't know if it was a racial thing but a worker came in n checked if I was needles after I had just had a terrible in counter not impressed I felt very digrated

Tend to mess up my simple coffee order. It's usually quiet busy but could be cleaner. Some of the older day staff and management are very rude.

I usually like Tim Hortons, but the Dauphin location is just poor. Never have what's offered on the menu, had a 20 minute wait for cold soup and sandwich. Staff are unfriendly and seem incompetent. Possibly the worst TH restaurant in the country.

I don't think it matters witch Tim Hortons you go into. The service the coffee or tea the food its always good. Keep it up Tim Hortons.
