Still sad that the quality of their food is going down hill but at least the hot chocolate is still good.

A friend and i went through the drive through on roller blades to get water and timbits because we couldn’t go inside with them. The staff ignored us as the place of order so we went to the window. They were hesitant to even acknowledge us. We just wanted timbits!: (

This is the only Tim Horton's in the east end of Winnipeg that is currently open 24 hours. My spouse had a late night craving and the Tim's that is two minutes from our house closes at 11: 00 pm, the location on Dugald Road was the nearest one open 24 hrs.

This is the best Timmies in MB! The staff are amazing and they go out of they're way to make sure things are done right! They often have given me free food without me even asking! Always fast and always friendly. The managers and owners have gone out of they're way to write me a letter to correct they're mistake that I didn't even care that much about! I often drive out of my way to go to this location even though I pass 4 on my way home from work! My wife also does the same!

For the love of all that is good in this world get my order correct. Not sure why this is so dam difficult

I love this tims but I always avoid it on fridays because they’re super busy and backed up. Takes so long through the drive thru.

I got my steep tea, wrap nd potato wedges around 4 pm. I am really disappointed bcz tea was too cold like they made it 15 min earlier nd the wedges u can see its hard I can’t able to eat it. It was like m trying to eat wood sticks. There was two girls who made my order and the wrap taste really good but tea nd wedges poor quality

Probably my go-to when I am hungry and I don't have lots of money on me. The food is delicious and the service is great too!

Great service, went there this friday! WAYYY TOO BUSY though in my opinion, I felt so bad for the staff! They could definitely use an extra person to get the line going.

Superior location to Gateway. Service is always rapid and accurate. Clean place with friendly staff.

Trailer park tims, parking lot is basically an old man tailgate party. All you smell is cigarettes in the drive thru

Really good place for a Tim Hortons, have had a few hilarious issues like when I order my meal, breakfast sandwich, three hashbrowns, and drink, end up with five hashbrowns. Also once order a lg tea took it and I guess she did not see me take it so ended up with two lg teas. What's more hilarious, my complaint, too much in the long run to eat or drink, but I love those types of screw ups. Plus Dolores is very friendly and quite nice, she's strict on her staff but from what I see in a good way for not having any bad issues. She has been funny to, example, on my ordered and she said "bring it up, he's hungry", LOL. Really great place.

This is the best Tim Hortons location in Winnpeg. The staff are great and the food/drinks are ready fast (unlike so many locations around Winnipeg)

This has to be the slowest Timmies in Canada. Definitely avoid it during peak times. It's a regular occurrence to be trapped in their drive thru line for 15 or 20 minutes. Our food orders were also wrong the last 3 times in a row so make sure you check your bag. The staff are friendly and the food does taste good when you get it. The location is nice and clean inside.

Have had a few orders messed up and the lines are pretty long in the early morning. I guess it can be fast, but I wish they would be more accurate order-wise.

Also, I find my food is kind of cold in the mornings. Like not luke-warm, we are talking cold egg patties that feel like they haven't even been warmed up once.

Tim’s in Dugald road is my favourite of all in Winnipeg because it’s very convenient and accessible and comfortable drive thru. I always buy my morning coffee here before I’m going to work. Drive thru here is fast and staffs are pro active.

Great service, very fast in the morning. If you go there often you will recognize the lady say "drive on up please! "

It's not only a great place it's a symbol of the way I live. Aswell as a symbol of our great country.

Visited the Dugald Rd Tim Horton's in Winnipeg this morning. Asked for "add mayo" to my bagel BELT. Opened my sandwich and there was a teeny little dollop of mayo, no larger than a nickel, squirted in the top hole of the bagel. That's it. Not going back to this location since this is the level of customer care provided. Leo Getz was right. "They F you at the drive-thru! " Note: I requested no lettuce, which is why it's missing.

The crew at this Tim Hortons is fantastic. Ordered 100 smile cookies and they were all so appreciative and happy to help package them individually for us. Thank you!

Excellent service, great coffee and good food. There's a reason why they re growing in Canada so heavily.
