Tim Hortons

As someone who suffers from neuropathy.it's difficult for me to walk. I stopped to use the washroom, and I literally watched one of the employees put up the cleaning sign, whilst another employee told me to go next door to the gas station.seeing as how I'm a native man, it's nice to see racism alive and well in Brandon.

This is one of the best Timmy’s I’ve ever been to. I drive across western Canada and the food here is always good. The sandwiches are always put together nicely and the hash browns are never soggy. The staff are great too.

In 5 years of bad Tim's coffee the coffee was incredible. Sandwich I got was good too. Winnipeg's Tim's could learn from this one hands down

These guys need to fix their parking lot and entrance and exits. Holes so deep I can't even go thru them with my car. Had enough to renovate the place but not the parking lot. Lots of people breaking their vehicles escpecially semis that want to get back on the highway. There's only a 2 foot hole where they go thru

The new Chicken Cilantro Lime Loaded Wrap is pretty good! Service was quick and restaurant was clean.

Coffee is terrible. Soapy taste at all times. Just give up! Try water filters and change your roasting process. Too much MARKETING money. People are stupid.

Stopped at this Tim Hortons for last 6 years, not anymore. Staff’s attitude and customer service is negative, I am done.

Been here twice and both times was not able to order what I wanted there selection is very limited plus they made us wait 5 minutes for a farmers wrap without a hashbrown donuts are stale as well.

It used to be good before covid but I used to only go there for meetups now it's not really worth going to but if you are new to Canada I recommend it

Coffee is always fresh as expected, 4 stars today because glazed donuts and no napkins. Smarten up. Shouldn't have to ask.

I take my coffee break here mostly because of the truck parking as I prefer McDonald's coffee to Tim Hortons but the boss is always giving me Tim cards. Some servers are good some are not so good but it's typical of a fast food chain restaurant it just is what it is.

Girl taking orders doesn't seem to understand English or at the very least the difference between coffee and tea. Asks me to repeat my order 3 times. Still wants to give me a dark roast. I say no a tea with tea bags. Calls over a supervisor because she doesn't see a button that says tea bags. Supervisor gets snotty with me thinking she must not have heard. Ugh

Worst tim hortons. Staff not responding at night. They saw there is a customer standing but still no body came to take order.

At 6: 00 PM on April 10 we could not order what we wanted because THEY HAD ONLY 2 EGGS LEFT! Why would a business like Tim's run out of eggs?

Current Covid rules apply. Limited indoor seating requires contact tracing info. Indoor ordering for takeout allowed with social distancing. Masks required. Service was quick and friendly. Our order took a few minutes because it was freshly made, not premade and kept warm. Coffee is always fresh so we sipped coffee while waiting.well worth the wait (about 2 min)

Very busy Tim's my hat is off to these workers. I am hichiking across Canada and some of the Tim's I go into they are silly busy.this is one of those.

Brutal! Only one cashier when the lineup was out the door. Was amusing to watch the people walking out the door without even ordering. Someone came to help but the supervisor took him away to the back somewhere. If you want a coffe here expect to be 30 min.

The kids name "Jimmy" had a attitude with female co-worker and through my box of tidbits on floor in front of me! Asked for his name so l could let the owner know.totally un-professional!

Typical Tim Hortons. Conveniently located on Trans-Canada in Brandon. Easy to get to and back from the highway. Service is good.

Spent half hour waiting for two sandwiches then cancelled my order once I realized how many flies are actually were inside the pastry cabinet and around the bagels pretty disgusting service was super slow the guy behind making the food did not want to be there either #nightteamsucks

I hate Tim Hortons now, after being a long time customer they're quality and consistency has dropped. More often then not I get exactly what I don't want. When I bring it back they need it up again

Have to wait longer than I expected. Only one cashier when there 3 parties in line. The second cashier came and served one customer then disappeared. The xhili I ordered came quick.

Worst service. Can't take order. Couldn't provide order correctly. No straws, had to ask 3 times. Soup only 3/4 filled for a large.
The guy behind me was laughing at the calamity.

It's difficult to say I've been disappointed with Tim's as of late. There have been several occasions when I've gotten up to the window and it's not what I've ordered. Looking at the screen doesn't always help. They seem to have some communication issues. Tim's product is great. If you actually get what you ask for.

Hello, my experience at this specific Tim Hortons was absolutely terrible. The workers didn’t even know how to use the register correctly, even after years of working at Tim Hortons. One worker in particular was being very rude, and when she had forgotten my order and I reminded her, she instantly gave me attitude and told me it ‘isn’t her problem’ and told me that I can go talk to the manager if I have any issues. When I requested to see the manager, the other workers said ‘No please, I will fix your order’. But they ended up making EVERYTHING wrong. I am beyond disappointed. I have never been to a Tim Hortons like this, with rude workers and they don’t even know how to do their jobs. Please work on hiring USEFUL people!

This place was disgusting today! Flies galore.dirty, the washroom was not clean. There was a wasp or bee that flew in the drive through window and the staff were all freaking out instead of jist taking care of it! Pull yourselves together people!

20 people in line inside for coffee.guess they weren't expecting customers at 2 ish on a sunny Sunday afternoon. Bathroom was a total mess, no dry paper towel for hands.

Screwed up my very simple order. Had to remake it and even then got it wrong for myself and person I traveled with. Very difficult to understand some staff.

Very poor experience in your restaurant for the following reasons.
1. The ladies washroom was dirty. The hand drier was not working, the roll of towel that was put out was wet and unhygienic. The waste bin was overflowing.
2. Very slow service.
3. The bagel I bought was old, tough and could not be eaten.
4. Will not be using this Tim Hortons location again.

I enjoy the chili soup n a whole wheat bun for a meal. Most Timmy's have fresh muffins as well.try the fruit explosion it's delicious!

Renovated within the last couple years clean very busy at Neil hours parking is free handicap bathroom and accessible doors 4 in ounces and exits to the store not long Waits staff are readily available at rush hours it is close to two high schools so meal hours can be very busy. Is trendy for high-school students for coffee Etc

Went there today, asked for soup and three different kinds they had none.
Asked for a bun with my combo and they said you can have half a bun! What is half a bun? Who are they giving the other half to? Also I saw a guy give his travel mug for a refill the girl took it from him, put her hand on the lid to open it! Filled it and continued serving people food without washing her hands.
Worst Tim Hortons I've ever been too.

Usually fast and we'll prepared however the manager disciplines their staff right infront of customers and not kindly either. Kind of off putting to see people treated that way
