Tim Hortons

Worst service ever. This one guy behind the counter shouldn't be working there. He acts very condescending with his coworkers, he hits things when he gets angry, He tries to act tough by showing his aggression. He obviously doesn't work well with others. Other coworkers were telling him to calm down.

I'm actually going to contact guest services. I know its a small town and life is stressful, but you can't act like this all the time.

I've often go to Tim Hortons in the ghetto areas in Winnipeg and even being treated like garbage, the employees are calm and don't act like the man-child behind the counter in Gimli's Tim Hortons.

No bathroom! We stopped for coffee and a bathroom break in the middle of a long drive and this location has no bathroom. We had to get our coffees and run across the street to co-op

Clean place and professional associates! Thanks, I want same level of service in Winnipeg branch on Main Street!

In my humble little opinion I think that if a coffee place like that is in such a tourist place they should be open at least till 11 pm.the drinks were pretty good though

Very congested place. Very few tables. There is no washroom for itself. They share with adjacent pharmacy. So Sundays or whenever the pharmacy is closed, customer has no access to toilet.

Great coffee and breakfast sandwiches. The staff is friendly and efficient, and the location is convenient with plenty of parking. Highly recommend for a quick and satisfying breakfast or coffee break.

Super busy location. I ordered a few timbits and 3 drinks. It took at least 10 min for the order, I feel like it was longer. Nothing exceptional or awful about this location.

Makes a fellow feel like he is being herded like cattle. Better off to head down the street to Robins. Nicer staff and better donuts.

Slow service. Waited for my order and people that ordered aftrr mebwere getting their order beforr mone.

Tim Hortons has steadily declined in quality ever since they got bought by the corporate conglomerate that owns Burger king. That is what happens when corporations put emphasis on profit margins instead of quality and innovation.

Its okay, but not great. There's no where to sit, only one Friendly employee and lastly some poorly done things

I like Tim Hortons and i rarely eat elsewhere. They are friendly and polite. When im traveling i seek out Tim Hortons. Thank You.

Hadn't been to this Tim's before, the line was out the door. Quick service and expected quality snacks.

Very friendly staff, and there is one gentleman there that can make the best London fog. He should train the tim hortons staff in winnipeg how to make them.

I had a terrible experience here. An old lady (employee) there yelled (literally yelled) at my kids for not social distancing & threatened to kick us out even tho we were standing on the designated spots. My Son leaned on his Sisters shoulder & She yelled at us to "get out if we were going to wrestle" Tim Hortons stocks are taking a nose dive, I really dont think their employees should be treating their guests in this manner.

Very covid conscious. Employees wear masks and gloves. Well organized and respectful staff. Also quite fast service.

The order came out fast but the coffee tasted old and the older ladies behind the counter had very bad attitudes and were very unpleasant

It was clean and very cold. First time coming here and didn’t have what I wanted. The wrap I ordered was rolled small and skinny and half wrap half food. I won’t be coming back for sure since this is way out of my way. Ruined my whole day and mood! Wasn’t told when I made my order that I wasn’t allowed to be served what I wanted and when I went to grab what I wanted to eat it wasn’t there since I wasn’t told I couldn’t order it. I hate when people mess with my food and they don’t tell you what they have and don’t have and the time limits on food is bull. While standing there waiting for the food that was poorly made an old lady was giving my children dirty looks, ages 6 and 4 my two kids! Clean place for sure, bad communication and not a very welcoming atmosphere.

Service was fast. However, I was told I would have to wait 20mins for 2 breakfast sandwiches so I canceled that part of my order. As I am waiting for my coffee the person 2 orders behind me got their food order before I got my coffee and I was told it would be a 20min wait. And she ordered the same thing as I did.

The staff are very friendly and polite. They did very well making sure the social distancing was always followed.

Donut selection was good, not the best selection of timbits though. Coffee was good as usual. New lids were good too (Justin Bieber!)

A Tim's in Gimli! With seasonal walk up window (like a drive through!) So awesome! Or maybe I'm just addicted to coffee? ! Go there!

Management refused to allow an employee to make me an ice cap well stirred with extra cream! How bizarre is that? Wouldn’t cost them anything extra — its no different than a double double. Crazy! I wouldn’t recommend this Tim’s. Go to Robin’s in Gimli. They’re friendly, love to see you, and offer you their best! Flatlanders has fantastic coffee too! Don’t bother with this Tim’s.

If i could give no stars i would employee argumentative wrong order multiple times and wouldnt make it right pathetic place to go
