I love Tim Hortons coffee…. But I’m getting really tired of going through the drive through…. Opening my coffee only to smell someone’s perfume on the lid! Most places these days are sent free which they absolutely should be when they are handling food and beverage!

Listen to the customer. Stop chatting about your weekend. So use don't screw up orders.

Drive thru is always slow. Not sure why most of the staff working are usually focused on drive thru. One person handles inside customers

By far the slowest drive thru I have ever been in. Everytime I come to this location they are extremely slow. I have currently waited in line for 10 minutes now and I still have multiple cars in front of me!

Really nice staff, great coffee and lots of options. Always nice stopping in first thing in the morning

They always running out of things and not have enough staff and have long lineups waiting for their orders

Friendly enough, but SLOW! Always a long, long wait whether inside or drive-thru. Two people in line inside and I was 15 minutes getting a bagel, which ended up out the drive-thru window to the wrong person! Sorry buddy.it was supposed to be a breakfast sandwich, not my bagel.
It is the slowest Tim Hortons I have EVER been to.

This was always a good place to go for coffee, but lately they have been under staffed and there food options are very limited

Every time I go to this location, I always have to wait 10-15 minutes in drive thru. There were 3 cars ahead of me today and it took 20 minutes ro get 2 teas. I'll never go there again.

Seemed very disorganized and could not help with scanning the app for the Tims reward. Seems like something they should be able to help with.

Im deadly allergic to sesame and everytime I’ve been to another Tim Hortons and I’ve told them that I couldn’t get the artisanal bread because of my allergies they have always been understanding and it has never been an issue before. However, at this Tim Hortons they told me they couldn’t use any other bread and therefore I couldn’t eat. Very disappointed.

Friendly staff. Excellent coffee and white hot chocolate.
However, the 10-pack of Tim Bits provided through the takeout window (Manitoba still is in lockdown) had only 8 Tim Bits in it. The 8 tasted good but we were shortchanged on the number of treats to enjoy with our beverages.

I have never had to wait more than two minutes for my order at this location. Quickest Tim Horton's in Winnipeg.

I mean, it's Tim Hortons. Coffee isn't great but it's usually hot, food isnt great quality but it is edible. If you have the option of elsewhere I'd probably go there but there are few options for coffee/donut drive thrus

This place is always crazy busy, especially in the morning. But the staff is always very efficient and friendly. Also because it's so busy the baked goods always seem "fresher" than other Tim Hortons locations.

It's a times. Sad this location closes at 5 for indoor ordering. When I ordered in drive through person was in a rush forgot no sause on my sandwich and wip topping on hot coco.

I do not understand how you can screw up a simple order.one large black, one large 2milk, one large double double. One rb muffin.
It's not like I was asking you to launch the space shuttle.

The staff is friendly, but their lobby is almost never open. There is no signage that their lobby is not open, or if there is, it’s not evident until you get to the door and pull in the handle. I’ve sat in the drive through this morning for 5 min and watch 6 people try the door, only to get back in their vehicle and get in the drive through line. I get it, you guys are probably understaffed, but this has been going on for months. Figure it out already.

Good sausage breakfast wrap and coffee, but not really open for sit down service with only 4 two person tables available at this location.

Worst place to visit. The door was locked nd the guy who is working there was infront of the door but ignoring me

This is the worst TH in Winnipeg, really. 75% of the times there, the orders where wrong, over and over and over. Yeesh. One day when I mentioned my displeasure of all the wrong orders I've recieved for months with the manager, she immediately got her back up and came at me with an openly hostile attitude. I explained to her, as a manager, she has many tools in her public complaints toolbox, and rather than bring out the calming brush, she brought out the old school forewoman's hard hat and attacked with a mean spirited blurb - and to mark this up to a learning experience. My order that day was complimentary. However, the accuracy for the drive through has yet to be improved.

Definitely tasted better than the others ones around here but your ice caps were a little thick

They have to learn to make London fogs not so watery. They need to take lessons from the gimli tim hortons they make the best London fogs

They never toast the bagels right. Just the edges are crisp and center is warm. Please go back to grilling the bagels. I even order inside so not to tie up the drive through. UGH!

Gluten free food at Tim Hortons is nearly unheard of but my sisters like going there so I tag along / I love their hot beverage options.
I was hungry so I asked about the soup options and when the rep didn’t know what gluten was she asked me (which is the best thing she could have done - and few servers do) and when I thought that perhaps the cream of potatoe soup may be gluten free she brought the box of it to the front and read off the ingredients to me! I couldn’t have it as it has wheat flour but the effort the rep went thru for me was definitely appreciated! Thanks so much Misty!

Supervisor very unfriendly to staff and customers. I will not be returning. Witnessed many employees being mistreated by her.

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! LIKE HOW DID THE MANAGER GET HIRED IF SHE CANT MANAGE HER TEAM WELL! THE WORKER WAS ASKING THE MANAGER SOMETHING AND SHE SAID NOTHING. WE ORDERED $19 WORTH OF FOOD AND WE ONLY GOT WHAT? ! NOT EVEN $10 WORTH! WE REALLY HAD TO TELL THEM WHAT WE ORDERED AGAIN AND THEY STILL GOT EVERYTHING WRONG.

PLEASE TIM HORTONS CHANGE THE MANAGER OR AT LEAST TRAIN THEM WELL!

Significantly faster going through the drive-thru than going in to order. Friendly staff, overall, but I have rarely been here without seeing it busy and the staff needing to take care of multiple things at once.

Great produce and deli. Prices have soared in the last year to a point where people are shopping elsewhere.

The service wasn't that good I didn't get my receipt. I have to ask for it. I know is not a big deal but when I get it the employers almost trow it away I have to catch it in the air. That really look so bad.
Please get better on service.

I stop here quite frequently, and there is a new guy working in the drive through who sings to greet you. It brightens my day every time. Besides him, the food and drinks are good, service is prompt, and the place looks clean.

Got what I ordered, so that's fine. But holy Hannah, could barely sit here and eat my food without constantly being annoyed by flies

This Tim Hortons is a bit slow. Every time I go it takes awhile. But the staff is very friendly.

Small but clean. Would have gotten a 5 but when it takes 5 minutes to toast a bun cuz the 2 girls were talking so much, I'll bump it down to a 4.
