Ordered half dozen and told the cashier which one I wanted. Didn't bother checking if they put right order in box came home open the box and all wrong. Why they are in hurry not paying attention what customer ordered.
Really bad service.

Always give me a wrong order. I ordered ice Capp they give me iced coffee lol.
Doesn’t understand the ward I say. Poor communication. I can hear their voice properly.

One of their female employee was very rude
I was standing at the counter for few minutes then when I finally call them that employee give me a very nasty attitude myself as a first responder I was in a hurry that’s why I was trying to call her in the first place. The management should look into their employees how they behave with their

What's the point of being open if you aren't going to have products available?
I ask for 3 different kinds of doughnuts and was told 3 times, we don't have any.
What a joke, staff is also rude and disinterested.

Ordered 2 small chai tea and a medium steep tea. I was given 2 medium chai tea and a small coffee.

I love this Tim Hortons they never said no to my made to order chai tea latte. All employees are nice.

Drive through line took forever, lady told us we could not buy potato wedges but then said they would be 7-8 minutes while telling us we still could not get them. Waited in the drive through line up for longer than 7-8 minutes anyway. Another lady served us at the window and was very polite, the only upside to the visit.

Every experience I've had here progressively gets worse. Long waits, rude service and sloppy drinks/food. Not every establishment is like this but this location is one of the worst ones in the city.

The food was really delicious and fresh. I ordered through drive-thru and served really well. The employee was very nice and kind to me. I really appreciate their service.

Slow service, burns bagels to the point they are rock hard and thinks giving it to customers is acceptable and anything to do with eggs just avoid as they over cook them to the point they are burnt and not edible. Always out of product and the workers are rude and just try to rush you along

Totally against the new upcoming in app in February I'm not going to even bother wasting my time worrying about pulling it up when I visit the drive thru it takes to long to collect any points worth redeeming

Nice clean place great staff and facilities just wish they had a bit more variety for donuts when we visited. Definitely a good location.

The staff is very rude with own employees especially that girl SIMI she thinks she is the owner of Tim and if you confront don’t be rude they get rude at you and start yelling.

They did not hesitate to replace a coffee I was given at a different location when I had originally order a tea.

Out of crispy chicken. Out of wedges. Started making my husband's food wrong (oh we accidently put x on it is that ok?)
I get that it was already 950 but at a 24 hour location.

Worst service till now. Order two tea, grilled cheese melt and a chicken loaded wrap but gave both the orders wrong. They also put bacon in my wrap. Worst location to order

This is the slowest Tim's I'm aware of. Average time waiting here for any item that requires any prep is around 15 minutes, even when the restaurant is slow and there are 5 people working. Not unique to this Tim's, the food isn't good.

So I ordered for take out 2 drinks and 2 bagels, one was ice cap and other drink was chai tea. Bagel was so hard and extra toasted, which was almost burn as you can see. No manner. They don’t know what the customer service is. It’s ridiculous. I want to ask them can you finish this stale food?

Disorganized and extremely busy. Stuff pictured on the wall that they don't sell. All in all not a good experience. Won't be going to this Tim's for a long time.

It was very busy when I was there. The staff were very helpful, friendly and quick to fill my order.

Northgate is the worst tims it is run very poorly they ignore the people in the store and don't serve you. After 15 mins I said hey can anyone help me the 6 people working and one sweeping looked at me turned around and ignored me. I yelled again they still ignored me I yelled at the manager that there is people in the store not just drive thru and why is she sweeping when people are in line she said they are busy I said so is the inside. Will you serve me if I stand in line at the drive thru, no. Then u need to help inside. I told her im complaint she said go ahead who cares.that was last week. Today I also had another bad experience i bought supposedly steep tes i hate coffee got coffee dark roast it wax grose I could not drink it. After work I brought it back and wanted a refund they said no I said u fd up not me and I could not drink it I said I want refund tobuy it fri am she said no I said I want manager phone number one above this one not she went in back for 10 mind brought me a free coupon. I was so mad they would not give me bosses number anyone know it. And she told me Nottoway buy the tes at 530 in the morning anymore I daid who are you to tell me when I can or cannot buy the tea why do I have to stop buying in the morning just fill it right

Worst customer service! The staff even didn’t know how to talk to a customer…. It seemed like she intentionally behaved like that… we order coffee and went out and then came back and the girl at the counter asked to see our immunization proof and even i had the cup in my hand she told me you need to order if you wanna sit inside! Like what she couldn’t see the cup in my hand!? She was the same girl who previously took the order…. They just know to flaunt in front of boys

Girl whoever working at front cash has no sense how to talk with customers. We are not getting anything at free so why are you showing that much attitude. Calm down you don't have to put your voice so loud, people can still listen you if talk with some calmness and sense. Management needs to work on their staff!

I ordered two stepped tea 2m/2s and 1s/2m
Nd they gave me coffee double double, and coffee with 1m/2s.
Seriously how hard it is to make right order, if you punch it right why can’t you make it right

Horrible sausage and egg on a biscuit found egg shell and wait time was atleast half hr not satisfied today

Both times i went there for smile cookied and both timed i had an issue.the first time i paid for 12 smile cookies and 6 donuts.i had only got the donuts and 6 cookies, if 1 was missing oh well but half the cookies were gone.the second time i ordered the same thing, 12 smile cookies and 6 donuts.i ended up waiting for half an hour for the cookies and it turns out i was forgotten.

Disappointed again. Tim's really needs to figure out a better solution to their machine hot drinks. I order an XL french vanilla and because of the foam I lose 1.5 inches off the top of the cup. I ask staff to top it up and they never do. I basically paid for an XL and got a large. It's so frustrating!

Especially mentoring the girl was working on Monday august 30, around 8: 30 pm in the evening was literally shooting and not even listening. Worst tim hortons i have ever visited, Do not want to give one star, Worst staff i have ever met with. Surely not going back. Staff need classes for customer service.

This doesn't look like xl steeped tea 1 milk. Not impressed since I don't have time to go back to exchange as I have to work until 9 and I needed a tea. Thanks a bunch next time maybe staff needs to pay attention to what they are giving to customers as the girl did say to me steeped tea 1 milk but that's not what it is clearly.

I ordered 2 sausage breakfast sandwiches and the sausage was left off. I had to leave work and go back to fix the mistake and I asked for a coffee for my trouble and they could not be bothered to accommodate me with that simple request. Very unhappy

Service is not good. I know there was big line. I ordered one ice cap with espresso they just put shot on top of ice cap but that's fine. I also ordered donut it was missing

Worst place i never get satisfied with their coffees, they always just rush with their orders and never make a good coffee TIMHORTONS is not the same anymore as it used to be!

The quality of food is what you would expect out of a Tim Hortons. The drive through service tends to slow significantly if cars back up. Also the drive through empties into the Northgate parking lot which is a mess, so be prepared for that.

One of the worst locations I've been to. I came here to grab a quick coffee when passing by, this experience was anything but quick. I waited in the drive thru for over 12 minutes. I was at the speaker thats on the left. I seen 3 vehicles on the right side go threw with out a hiccup. I didn't give them the satisfaction of having my business. I drove ahead and when I made it to the window I explained to the workers my frustration with there system and that there speaker may be down. I don't think she new much english or what I was talking about, so I drove away. When I made it past the building there was a flood of skip drivers with their farmer stickers obstructing their vision blocking the parking lot. I'm not much of a fan of Tim's and I will definitely will not be back here any time soon.

I ordered ice cap today. At first the staff kept me waiting for 20 mins for only 1 coffee even though I was alone in the line and then the coffee was worst. There was no cream. It was just a cup full of ice.

Terrible staff. Very displeased with the service I got today. Order had to be done 3 times before getting it right while the staff working the window argued with me. Have to do better guys.

Ordered a crispy chicken sandwich and they made it wrong, no tomatoes or the sauce it usually is made with. Only lettuce and two chicken strips

Today Dec 15th at 9: 15pm I was in the drive thru and one staff member was very rude I also have his name written down. I am not happy with the experience I had.

This drive thru is horrible! They are very rude, I order the same thing everyday and it takes them a few tries to punch the order in right, however, pull up to the window and still, I don't get what we order? Why can't I get what I pay for?

Worst Tim Horton ever, the staff don’t listen to customer orders, staffs are giving customer wrong product. I order a French vanilla and got 1/2 cup!
