The service was very poor and the customer service was terrible.

The donuts were like hockey pucks and stale. They had no selection, won’t be back…

Service is okay and I understand they are under staffed but store always feels dirty and messy, drive thru is full of litter and they are often out of most things. Cookies I got in the morning were rock hard and obviously old.

Dear RBI, this location is hurting the Tim Hortons brand. I see why the reviews are so low, I agree with and have now experienced what the comments say about being out of everything. It would have been easier for them to tell me what they had rather than me guessing in the drive thru at 5pm. Was told the manager said to stop making any food.

I went through all the reviews first to check if I am the only person complaining about the issues that I want to complain…. The responses from the owner is always the same! So here I go with my review.
1) please teach your staff customer service, specially when it comes to taking orders at the Drive Thru. I do not want to be greeted with a ya or yes…. A friendly greeting goes a long way.
2) I ordered a chicken crave able last week…. The bun was totally burned and the chicken was so dry, no sauce on it. I went through the drive thru so did not want to go back and return it.
3) waiting in the drive thru is insane. I was the only car and still had to wait for someone to take the order.

All these above issues as well as those in the reviews (customer service at Drive Thru as well as waiting times) are things that can easily be fixed.

Friendly service, however, they screwed up my order and my husband and I ended up eating breakfast but not completely enjoying it. You know what they say.you only had one job to do!

The drive thru can be terrible at times, I’ve had two separate experiences where the employee was terribly rude, asked if I WANTED MY CHANGE BACK? And when I said yes she said under her breath “ seriously buddy”.

This location was dog water 4 years ago and still is. How I see it is a they know they will always have customer simply due to branding. Corporate office doesn't care about service or quality so why should the employees. I go to a different place for coffee and it's not Tim Hortons anymore.

Drive through messes up orders 1/3 of the time I go through even if the order screen is correct, usually forgetting something or wrong sizes. Slow service, expect to wait up to 15 minutes or more in drive through during busy hours.

Food is okay. It's fast food so I don't expect much, but they never have anything I want when I come here. I doubt the employees ever follow the "always fresh" rule. Never when I was ordering my coffees here have they tasted fresh.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Never had a good experience whether it’s busy or not busy they always seem to mess up my order. Ordered two Stepped teas I got coffees. Ordered a Farmers Breakfast sandwich got a simply bacon sandwich. Absolutely terrible. Staff is unhappy 24/7.

Officially run out of patience for the incompetence behind the counter. I am at this location at least once a day, and it is so rare that my order is correct. Even when asked for clarification, they somehow still mess it up.

I would say that this branch has some serious issues. Half the time they are out of whatever I order. It's like they make donuts at 10 am and that's it for the day. Stock is dwindled by noon and non-existent by 4: 00. Not to mention that most times they get my bagel wrong. I order a toasted 4 cheese bagel with butter and I get one where the top half is an untoasted 4 cheese with no butter and the bottom half is a burnt jalapeño with half a pound of butter. Or, It has even been a 4 Cheese with Jalapeno cream cheese instead of butter.its always a crapshoot. They also can't get a coffee order right for nothin'. Pathetic.

I don’t think I’ve ever had a positive experience here. There is always a mistake or something forgotten in my order. Simple things forgotten like the tomato in a BLT…by far the worst location in Manitoba.

When did they start ripping the buns in half for the chili?

I'm ok with the half a bun but couldn't you take a second to pick up a knife?

5 stars except for atmosphere! Service and workers are great but drive-thru is treacherous in winter time. Clear the darn thing and stop being so cheap!

Store is a little small for the community. Gets very packed inside at certain times of day. Seems to be lacking locally sourced staff. Appears to be hiring mostly friends and family from Winnipeg.

Every time I order for my family there is ALWAYS something missing or is completely wrong. I really don't understand how they make so many mistakes all the time. Alot of the workers are also very rude.

I went on Thursday night as well… the girls working we’re immature, and made me feel stupid. I did not appreciate the service, or lack of service I should say. Bad experience.

I also went on Thursday night, and the 2 girls were just making fun of me while I ordered. They were laughing at me cuz everything I asked for was gone. I was having a bad day, and was excited for some tims to cheer me up and these girls made my day much worse.

Very disappointed, didn't buy anything because there were no selection of donuts at all, only a couple of kinds which are not my favorite Tuesday 5.30pm

The service was slow, customer service terrible, and they either get the order wrong or they make it terribly. I would recommend it but be careful and tell them you got the wrong order.still a one star

Too many times do I receive my order either not filled properly or missing things. My wife and I only order 2 drinks. At any given time we could receive 1 different drink entirely or without the specified ingredients, which is only sweetener. How can you forget to add sweetener to a simple tea order? I would personally be ashamed of messing up such a basic drink order, but to each their own I guess.

Very slow service as they seem not to understand English. Be aware, your order will usually be wrong. Staff somewhat rude and confused. I would wait to get to Winnipeg to get a coffee rather than go here.

Just stopped by to get some breakfast wraps & coffee. They refused to serve breakfast menu as they serve it till 4pm (the first time I see it). The time was 4.01pm. Instead of helping customer the supervisor Rushal (?) started arguing that I came at 4.03pm. These guys don't quite understand what customer service means. It seems I'm not alone giving then one star.

This Timhortons seems to prioritize speed of service over quality and customer service. The food can be tasty but the amount of times I have recieved incorrect orders and felt like I was being rushed along is completely rediculous.

After this long I still don't understand how they consistently get my orders wrong every time I come in
