Friendly staff, great coffee arrived just before 10pm Wednesday evening, everything is clean and staff is fast to make the wraps and drinks. Very good service.

I called into this Tim Hortons last week, as my breakfast sandwich was made incorrectly. I called the store to complain as this isn’t the first time it’s happened. They agreed to give me a free sandwhich the next time I came in. I came in today to get that breakfast sandwich and got complete attitude from their general manager. Very unprofessional making me feel stupid that I didn’t know what I was ordering. I myself worked at Tim Hortons at 16. Guess what it’s not hard to make a sandwich the right way, and you don’t talk to your customers like that ever. Never coming back again. Worst service ever.

To me so far the best organized Tim's around. Grab coffee in the morning, big line at the drive thru but they process incredibly fast.

Ordered 2 different types of Donuts And only got one type.

Anyone else double double take more like burnt hot water than coffee? They must wash them beans in India till the water runs clear

Ordered egg and cheese sandwich they had no sausage a croissant with melted butter was burnt and 20 Tim bits that were almost all the same plain and old hard to bite very dissatisfied this has never happened before the tea and coffee were good

I have been to this location three times and every experience has been terrible. On every occasion they continue to get my order wrong, and when I ask them to fix it, they give me nothing but attitude rather than apologizing for their mistake. I thought maybe the first time was just fluke so I would give them a couple more opportunities but it’s the exact same experience each time. Clearly a missed managed location. I won’t be back.

Terrible service. I ordered a coffee and waited for 15 mins. When I asked about it, they forgot what I ordered. Even washrooms weren’t clean. The coffee was good though.

The service was awful, giving us our drinks one by one with long pauses. We'd ordered online (which didn't show up on the broken board) and ordered an everything bagel. They didn't tell us they didn't have it until we had our drinks, and they offered no substitute until we requested a 12-seed because we payed. Bathrooms were filthy.

If I could give less than a 1 star, I would. I went up the chain for this manager's sheer ineptitude and extreme lack of caring. Staff was good. Manager shouldn't work with humans. I'll never attend this location again.

Rest stop just before entering Winnipeg. Ample parking space available and huge dinning area. Clean washroom and friendly staff with great service.

This is the worst place ever took 20min to get a wrap.unbelievably slow I will not be coming here again

The end of my large double double was awful, my last shot was a mouthful of coffee grinds not happy with tim hortons

Best tims to get coffee I have found. It's always stirred properly and tastes like the coffee maker was clean.

Atleast put update if not opening during night, saying 24 hours, closed most of the time during night

Awesome! I got a pumpkin spice iced capp and they actually mixed the syrup in, instead of putting it on the top of the whipped cream.filled it all the way up too!

If I could give the place zero stars I would. The staff were decent, not super friendly but trying their best for being understaffed on labor day weekend but the building itself is horrendous. Unclean doesn't describe the actual restaurant area well enough. Flys going around, your shoes sticking to the floor, tables not cleaned from past customers, and the BATHROOMS, oh my lord what a mess! I didn't take photos of the restaurant as there was other people that would be in the photo but i snapped some bathroom photos. I don't believe the bathroom was cleaned since the building was built. Go to the gas station to use the rest room if you can before attempting the tims rest room.

I walked in and I was the only customer inside and the drive through was empty. I was greeted with a barely audible “wait one second” and I stood there waiting to be served. The fellow behind the counter proceeded to continue cleaning a lemonade container.

After standing there for several minutes waiting.a man came from the washroom to the far end of the counter and spoke at length with the counter staff in another language as I continued to stand there.

After a couple of minutes I finally asked why I was not being served. The staff responded with “I told you to wait a second” and he returned to cleaning the lemonade container. I then walked out…

The staff at this timmies are amazing.anytime I go visit the area I make sure to drop into this location

This is the worst of all Tim Hortons. Service is horrendous. They make you wait in the drive thru line literally every time to “check” if they have what you ordered. 1/2 the time, they do not. Someone from corporate needs to be sent to do some serious training for the employees there.

Usually all is fine and good here.this morning I got a lemon of a dude.first he talk way to quite then, he yell loudly!

Worst Tim Horton's location out there not even exaggerating. Do not believe any positive reviews as they are most likely fake or from their own staff.

Service/wait times are improving and food quality it better then other any other timmies I've been too.

The people giving good reviews either work there or are friends of the owner. How bias is that?

This is by far the worst Tim's location I have ever been to. When using the drive through, once you pull up to the window and to order you have to order 1 item at a time, they need to check on that item (even when it's a beverage) leaving you sitting there awkwardly for 30seconds to 2 minutes, and then will proceed to do the same thing for each item in your order. The customer service is not great, and they frequently get the order wrong. How are you getting the order wrong when you're "checking on" the item and its availability. Manage you're Tims like every other, there's a reason you're a franchise, so we can expect the same kind of service and product at every location.

Got an ice cap a week ago tasted like peanuts a bit of a surprise for someone who has a deadly nut allergy.called to inquire they said I was the only one to complain and they fixed the problem months ago but when I look on social media multiple complaints supposed to get a call back days ago I guess they don’t care about customer safety.

Inconsistent food and drinks, always a wait time and the staff is not helpful. Had a security concern and management / supervisor were extremely dismissive.

Got a fresh from the kitchen meal, meaning chicken was just out from the oil, greens with a crisp though bun was kinda ober toasted.but overall it was good.

Not sure where the 5 star ratings are coming from but they are either family or never been to a restaurant with poorer service. They have no clue what stock they have on hand, place your order, give me ten minutes and I will check and be right back. WHAT? I have never been to a Tim's who ever told me this before. Poor staff, no communication between supervisors and managers with their staff. All act surprised when you make a complaint. Look at the lineups in your drive thru in the morning, that should tell you? Owners need to step in with this location.

Waited inline for 8 minutes and get to the window and no order for me and trying to charge me for someone else order? Drive thru clowns!

Location is amazing, right along the highway, only good coffee in a 10 mile radius. The downside is they are out of stock in almost everything every time I come here. Consistently no bacon, no donuts, no Timbits, no camp bracelets, no hashbrowns. And promotional items like s'mores bar or dream donuts? Never. I just don't really understand because it's not like it's a high traffic location.

Order steep tea and got coffee instead they should listen to what the customer is ordering and not give then what they want

Went through the drive through last night around 8pm. There was a fly in the cream cheese on my bagel. Not sure if I ate any other Flys.

The drive thru usually has great service and still does. However I had to enter the restaurant last time I was there. It was busy. I witnessed a customer asked for 3 bowls of chili. She paused and went to check. Coming back, takes his order and pays. Manager? Not sure comes from the back to tell him they are out of chili. What? I was just as surprised as he was. He was offered soup in exchange, obviously no comparison. I guess she tried? So the already busy line is now delayed even longer to refund his money. I mean she checked, right? I've heard this happen at other Tim Horton's. Something is wrong there, you need to fix it. I'm sure it will happen to another customer. How many people are you willing to inconvenience.
